Abby was so helpful for us as we tried to recover money after our van accident. Liberty mutual was really not cooperating and she gave us lots of guidance about how to proceed against them without actually having to file suit. We were just about to give up and hire her when we got notice that we were going to get compensated. She is compassionate and persistent. He was totally unprofessional, his assistant talked about other cases to me . He showed up 2.5 hrs late to my court case. Check the tapes and records. I fired him in front of the judge and represented myself. He then proceeded to chase me down the corridor like a dog yelling my name afterwards. He then pleaded with me not to fire him…why??? That’s weird. …anyways I would choose a houseplant over him any day

Tyler Hitch represented me, he is really good at “what ifs” like possible arguments the opponent could have. I took a plea so didn’t see him in action besides one court date which he was 20 minutes late for -I do believe that hurt my case a bit but ultimately 2 felony charges dropped to misdemeanors is a blessing although them being dropped would have been better. I think he has potential for sure, he talks the talk.

It went on for years and even with a brain injury, I barely got my bills paid and still owe a balance on my car. Had to call in Tony at the very end just to get that lil a$$ check because State Farm played with Rob but not with Tony. I could say so much more but it doesn't matter. Just know that I was very much disappointed in working with Rob. Horrible experience. The two stars are for Tony who's a pretty awesome guy.
