He ran my retainer down to nothing on emails alone. During child custody trial he did not speak up or attempt to dispute any of the non sense said by the guardian. He charged me 320 an hour and was not prepared for trial. He conducts himself very Unprofessionally by how he speak to you. He Is very happy to collect payment for answering emails and making motions but for trial he went belly up. It was embarrassing. I wish I had someone else.. anyone else.

Hired Rick and nothing was done. FIRST round custody case he advised he has a partner lawyer that if hired judges could not take the case due to them handling the judges divorce and forsure would get another judge as supposedly the judge was byast against fathers. That is a lie judge denied removal and then Rick advised case was over nothing they can due not even a court date just a file submission knowing it gets denied and chatged 10k because him and his friend would be a team. come to find out. It had happened to them before and they know it doesn't work. They advise it to take your money.
Second time with Rick. Hired to file share custody. Took payment blamed covid for the reason we couldn't get a court date. Court offices advise that was a lie as they where having virtual court. That is in 2020 and 2021 and 2022 used excuse of being sick and never available. Had two meetings in 3 years and both times same line of Need the same documents nothing done. Trying to contact no answer. Come to find out by the court he removed himself from my case with out any notice or contact advising me. Lied and charged over $15,000 between both rounds.
This has been a horrible experience I regards to having a lawyer.

I hired Mr. Hernandez for a case which thought was going to take over 6 months. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and i was able to collect on my settlement within 5 months. He is a very aggressive attorney that will fight for your case and because of such he was able to get me a resolution that other attorney never thought they would. I DO NOT recommend you work with this law firm, they are complete BS and will waste your time and money to accomplish absolutely nothing. Hired them to defend against a scam artist landlord trying to sue over excessive claims of damage to his property after the lease ended. I provided more than enough evidence to defend against these frivolous claims and cooperated the entire time. Mathew and his team allowed this law suit to drag on for YEARS, consistently sending invoice after invoice and billing me for services rendered. Communication was poor the entire time and after two years of paying them come to find out they accomplished absolutely nothing the entire two years, allowing this landlord and his attorneys to keep delaying the lawsuit and would create excuses as to why the court dates kept getting extended. Save your time and money and DO NOT hire this firm!

I received a consultation from Matthew to discuss an exorbitant fee the property management company of my duplex charged me for sending over a plumber to fix the hot water, which suddenly stopped working 8 months into the lease. Prior to signing my lease, the company sent me a list of utilities that I was responsible for setting up accounts with; however, they failed to include that the hot water was gas and that I would need to set up an account. I even had to send them a confirmation before moving in of all the active utility accounts I set up. It was their mistake that they didn't include this one utility and failed to inform me that it was my responsibility. Matthew looked over my lease, reached out to the company, and was able to extinguish the fee. He was quick to be helpful and showed me fast results. I recommend using his services.

I call to speak with my attorney ..they don't hear u out there very rude but this are the law firm I decide to have on my case they don't hear me out they over talk me in a very rude way. I was a client of attorney Bobby Nunez. During the first meetings with the attorney I asked some question that were not cleared answered and y were many more that he would not answered. Since it was my first accident, I was very confused about the procedures when to do what and who will do what. I signed contract with this firm sometime in the middle of February. At the end of month, our situation got worse not only economically since we lost all incomes but also the only vehicle in the household broke down. We have limited transportation and liquid assets to manage the regular bills (mortgages and utilities) then credit cards and loans, any other bills. Unfortunately, we couldn’t continue with the physical therapies and We participated our decision to the attorney. At the beginning of June, I contacted the attorneys office to obtain a case status. To our surprise the assistant asked if we stopped the treatments and we told her yes. We have communicated the information to the attorney back in February not because we were feeling better but other situations were pressing that required immediate attention. To our surprise she said that without treatment there was not case. That she would consult with the attorney but that was pretty final and she did not believe it would change. She was flabbergasted when I asked why did not the attorney let us know. He knew we were stopping the treatments and never indicated otherwise. She also said that she checked with the clients monthly, so why didn’t she check with us not even after a month or two months or not even after four months? Why? Immediately after a validation email came from the attorney confirming that without a treatment there was not case and he would not represent us anymore. I was disappointed because we were expecting to be informed about the process, the steps during the process and also informed that it was imperative to have therapist in order to have a legal representation. We thought we have stopped an important aspect of our case with justifications or not, but we also have talked about other factors that weight equally or more than the treatments for example: I bought my car and I have paid 14 k towards that property which I lost? Wages, emotional distress? All other problems that come after the accident that can not be resolved with physical therapy. i recalled the attorney said, don’t worry please write down all your lost I will present them to the insurance company. So what happened to all those lost besides the health issues? They are not valid? They don’t count ? They are not important? All those factors were important to us because we were affected by a guy that was negligent while driving i95 and hit our rear back while moving. He broke our balance and equity in our life’s, he made me particularly feel disoriented, lost, lost lost. -and we had an attorney but he did not support us as we thought and at the end he dismissed us totally.

On my first traffic violation which I hired him to actually go to court for, all he did was take the deal at pre-trial (which I could have done in 5 minutes and saved like 80 bucks) and ended up having to spend almost the same amount as the ticket for what he called "court fees"

Mr. Speiller is affordable; however, the adage "you get what you pay for" is true. Mr. Speiller represented me in negotiations and did not keep my best interest in mind. I made several clear written and verbal statements about what terms I wanted in the settlement and he did not include them in the settlement. The settlement was one-sided (not in my favor) and I had to deal with the fall-out from him not including those provisions I requested. I felt as though he was sometimes misleading when communicating with me. He is not helpful and I would not recommend his services.
