Furthermore, Mark took over the case and did an excellent job as well as Eunice and Karla. They kept me in the loop on every step of the way. Also, I was given updates via email and text messaging. I was in an auto accident in December of 2015, it started great, they came to my home to sign the papers, and things were moving smoothly. I had surgery in February of 2016, there were long delays for doctor appointments, mri's etc... The other insurance company accepted liability right away, but I kept getting passed around different Point of contacts on my case. The ride was bumpy, I am not an easy person to deal with when I feel the communication is not there, however, once turned over to Chatree (managing attorney) , things went smoother. He was incredibly patient, and professional, even when I was not. When we hit negotiations, the tort's insurance company started "playing games" , however John was very persistent in keeping on top of them, letting them know we were ready to litigate. We agreed on pre litigation settlement amounts and post litigation amounts, as the fees are higher in litigation. Well, John did an incredible job keeping us out of court, and getting me far more than I expected. When we reached dispersal, April, was very expedient and professional. I have since recommended a friend to this firm and she referred them. I guess things have changed over the past 13 years, but they got the job done, it took longer than I thought it would, but I am more than satisfied with the outcome.

We have had the pleasure of working with Joe Riccio and his staff recently for our son's divorce. He was 21 when he got married, and was married in CA, where his ex still resides. We weren't sure if two states being involved would be tricky. Joe knew exactly what needed to happen, and when, to benefit our son, and our case. His expertise was very apparent in our consultation. Adriana and her team are exceptionally professional , attentive and detailed. I interviewed numerous law firms prior to hiring her. Adriana was fantastic. I fired my previous lawyer who did nothing on my auto accident claim and never updated me. Adriana kept me informed every week on the status of my claim and fought hard to get my previous attorney to lower his fees (he tried to get a big fee for doing nothing. She even remained calm when he cussed her out). She got my auto insurance to pay me more money for my totaled car beyond what they originally paid me. I had the pleasure of working with CPK on 2 occasions: once in 2017 for an auto collision and again I hired them in early 2023 for a workers comp claim. Leon was my first attorney for the car accident and Billie-Marie was my second lawyer for my work comp claim. They are amazing. They’re both very friendly, helpful and patient. I have only gone through a situation similar to this, once before in my life. That was 50 years ago and all I do remember is having to switch attorney's in the middle of the process, which took 6 years to settle.
More recent, my husband who was hit by a SUV in 2019 and has lost half of his left leg due to the accident, to this day hasn't seen one red cent. I can count on my 1 hand how many times they actually have called him in 5 years.
The point I am making is Jeff and his staff are awesome!!! Jeff personally dealt with me constantly. He kept me up to date on my case. He was always, polite, pleasant,took his time with my questions, and most importantly to me, when he said he would call me back he or one of his staff did just that. I never even met him because I was in the middle of relocating.
If you or you know of someone who needs a accident attorney, you definitely need to call Jeff Temples firm. I promise you won't be disappointed. From start to finish, it took about 5 months, give or take. I am waiting for my settlement money to come in the mail and going car shopping. I can’t believe how Mr. Krametbauer is practicing as an Attonery and a temporary Las Vegas Court Judge when he rules in favor of defendants who are fraudulent. In our case he stated we have not met the burden of proof to be entitled to a relief when proper documentation was provided to him. He is supposed to serve the community of Las Vegas with integrity, judicial diligence and impartiality. When presenting our case Mr. Krametbauer, he failed to make a decision based on the law, common sense and the evidence presented. He ruled against the plaintiff (the victim) even though the defendant (a debtor) was properly served, never showed up to court and forged documentation. Mr. Krametbauer ignored relevant evidence, and this is considered an error of law practice. Proper evidence was presented against the defendant and still he ruled in his favor. We have spent energy, time, and money on attorney, court and serve fees and are still not entitled to a relief, are you serious? so this means that fraudsters can hurt people and businesses and that is ok. The defendant would just get a letter stating the case was dismiss without being penalized and continue affecting other people and businesses from Las Vegas, this is the reason why criminals, thieves and fraudsters are still on the streets affecting other innocent people. How can anyone rule in favor of forgers who are affecting businesses and the community? Mr. Karametbauer never requested additional documentation from us, everything he asked for on the court day was provided to him, it’s obvious that he just ignored our evidence. I would never recommend an attorney that fails to execute its judicial duties to represent any individual in the Las Vegas area. This Law Firm should monitor his performance and the court too
