I would definitely recommend Marc as representation. He was always upfront and clear and I always knew what to expect from any situation. More than I ever dreamed of...and better than my worst nightmare! I never dreamed of needing a lawyer and in a matter of months I was involved in two career changing car accidents! He took the case to trial,his firm brought in a high-resolution monitor and projector so the jury could see all the evidence better. He provided professional-quality poster size photo's to show the jury the environmental conditions of my accident. He provided a certified snow expert as a witness on my behalf to explain the icy conditions in my case. The most damaging thing to the opposition was not all the evidence or witnesses, it was the trial attorney provided by Mitchell law firm. She was articulate, detailed, and overcame all the obstacles in the trial. The outcome, I received 17.5 times more than the insurance company originally offered.
