We have used Paul Lauto many times, as has our family and friends. No one has ever been disappointed. He is committed and dependable. You don't have to wait until he "gets around" to calling you, he calls you back promptly if you have a question or just need to talk to him. I have never met a more honest and professional person. I was in a car accident in 2015 and had fractured ribs and injured my low back. I contracted the services of an attorney which was not a good fit and probably over two years of waiting the case did not move forward. The attorney turned the case over to John Ford and from that moment EVERYTHING changed. John contacted me immediately and we met at the office soon after. We reviewed the case and he explained everything that would occur going forward. i was kept informed every step of the way, my calls and texts were returned timely which instilled great confidence in him. My first impression on meeting him was that he was professional, on my side, smart and fast on his feet. By 2019 I had my settlement which was more than expected. he moved the case along. I called a bunch of attorneys before calling Mr. E, the other ones kind of gave me a run around and didn’t want to listen to me before I paid big bucks. I called Lawyer E and he answered every question I had. Was easy to talk to and understanding of my situation. I hired Jeremy after I was being mistreated by my attorney at Bogarez law firm
They scammed me into so many contracts and I googled great lawyers in nyc and Jeremy’s name came up. Jeremy had always been great with communication via email and phone. A lot of attorneys don’t speak to their clients but instead allow you to speak to their paralegals, well not Jeremy. He settled my case after 3 years and I am super happy I had loans that was outstanding and he negotiated them he fought for me for months.

I would first like to note that my case was lengthy and tedious. He took a chance on me when the outcome wasn’t guaranteed. taxi fleet. His fees are reasonable and he is much more attentive to
our needs than any attorneys we have worked with before. This is very important in our business where we have alot of time pressure and look to minimize any waste of our time. Jean Marie handled my personal injury/medical malpractice case. Approximately 5 1/2 years ago I had a routine surgery which left me with a permanent injury and terrible pain. was in a motor vehicle accident in November of 2011. I was given Ben’s name and contact information from a friend and I must say, it was the best thing that could have happened to me. I was going through a career change and this accident caused me to have to put that on hold. Mr. Papa was very patient and went well above and beyond the call of duty. He took the time to explain to me sometimes more then three times just to ensure I understood what to expect and what could occur as I am not at all savvy with legal jargon. He was always readily available via phone. If I got his voicemail, he would call me late at night or while on vacation even. He cares. This meant quite a lot to me. I was referred to Jeff by a family member who is familiar with him and has been for at least two decades. If I could give more than five stars I would, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and it took five years before it went to trail. Ive only known him for about an hour before my trail, and I wish i had hired him sooner, in the court room he had facts and evidence to a Tee. He was able to get me the maximum amount that was allowed for my case, and it really put me at ease, not the money but how he interacts with his clients. This was my first court accident and sitting on the stands i felt so much more at ease. He really cares about his clients and can sympathize with them as well. Most lawyers only car about winning the case and the big check but he actually took his time to go over every piece of my case no matter how small it seemed. He was able to answer every question and never left me in doubt. The minimum amount for my case was $10,000 and he was able to reach the maximum 15 times over. Honestly the only lawyer youll ever need for a personal injury case.

Attorney Peter Thomas was assigned my case for trial in Queens County. I asked about him before I met him and found that he is both respected and feared. Respected as a prepared and experienced litigator and feared by his adversaries as lawyer who gets big money verdicts. While I was pleased to hear such feedback I was not sure if the facts of my case needed a guy like him. Turns out the other lawyer lied to the jury and made ups facts that were not part of my case. I saw Mr. Thomas politely rip into the other attorney and tell the jury to focus on my case. He was riveting to watch during summation. The jury was consulting for 2 days and gave me a great verdict.
