Mr. James Ballidis represented myself in a Uninsured motorist coverage case. Geico insurance (my insurance company) refused to offer an award under my policy even with no issue of liability or comparative negligence. The case went to arbitration where the parties presented the nature of injuries and medical care necessary, and economic damages. Mr. Ballidis' preparation throughout the case was extremely thorough and his presentation and cross examination was damaging to respondents attorneys. The arbitrator even came to me on a side bar and complemented Mr. Ballidis " You are lucky to have such a good attorney representing you". Without going through the details of the entire case, I will close with "you too would be very lucky to have Mr. James Ballidis represent you." Approximately two years ago, I had the unfortunate experience of being in a rear-end car accident. The young women, who was texting did not even look up and hit me at around 40 mph. I suffered severe whiplash along with soft tissue damage of the back and shoulder.
After the shock wears off, you are confronted with doctor visits, hospital bills, decisions on where to fix your car and of course talking with your insurance company. It can seem overwhelming at the time and especially if you are in a lot of pain. Fortunately, I had known Jim Ballidis through our mutual business networking group and I knew exactly who to call.
Since this was my first accident, Jim explained the entire process of what I needed to do as well as what Allen, Flatt, Ballidis and Leslie would do for me. Jim's firm handled all communications with my insurance company, the car repair agency and towing yard. This allowed me focus on getting my health back so I could return to work.

I had a case with them a few years back from a referral and they did a horrible job of their due diligence when it came to finding out the other party's insurance limitations. Due to their negligence, they wasted time and my settlement money sending me to get MRI/X-Rays that were not able to be used for further treatments and the treatment they sent me to was horrible. I was VERY vocal about my needs at treatment and was ignored. I was not treated for my pain and suffering. back and knee injuries just don't go away, not even with $4500.

A little over three years ago in December of 2020, I was involved in a hit-and-run car accident (on the job) where the other driver fled the scene. Being that it was my first ever car accident, and the identity of the other driver was unknown, I didn't really know how to go about seeking legal advice, or if it would even be worth it. However, after being released from worker's comp care prematurely, and still being in pain, I decided to get a consultation from a legal firm. I utilized Google to search for personal injury attorneys in my area, and I'm forever grateful that I came across Bentley & More! I decided to establish contact with them based on their numerous 5-star reviews, and the "family feel" that their firm seemed to have. They were very quick to set-up my phone consultation, and they took the time to listen to my story and concerns.
Throughout the 2.5 years of being a client of Bentley & More, I interacted the most with Braydon Bentley as he represented me as my personal injury attorney, and I never once felt overlooked or that I wasn't being taken seriously. Also, I'm not sure that my injuries would have ever been properly diagnosed if it weren't for Braydon connecting me with the medical specialist that he did!

Found Haasty at her initial firm she was with and she was awesome. She left that firm and I actually stuck with her and was happy with her attentiveness and compassion. My Family law case was a couple years total and a few months before I was to finally put the whole ordeal behind me, she literally disappeared. The only word I got from her new firm was that she was not available for my case and assigned me to another attorney I knew nothing about. A year and a half of hard work and trust tossed aside with not even an email from Haasty saying...well something at least. If it were just me involved that’s one thing but everything was and still is about my daughter and that’s the worst part. No explanation, we never had any slight hint of an argument, she had my total trust and vanished. Clearly she has come back into the google searches and good for her.
