I cannot say enough good things about Jake & how well he took care of my mom during an extremely difficult time. He listened to her & her concerns. He was very thorough explaining & re-explaining everything to myself & my mom answering all of our questions, no matter how silly or repetitive they were.
Jake helped minimize the stress for myself & my sister while caring for our mother & took care of everything needed regarding what was needed from a legal standpoint which allowed us to focus on my mom & her care.
When Jake needed to meet with us, he came to us. He came to our mom while she was in rehab & also in her home.

Had an incredible experience with Williams DeClark Tuschman! I was in a really bad car accident in Ohio where I was rear ended and sustained some pretty bad injuries due to the speed at which I was hit and my vehicle being almost completely stopped. I was afraid that having no insurance at the time I was not going to be protected and have no way to deal with my injuries and going through therapy. My lawyer, Jacob Hamilton took care of me from the moment we spoke all the way through my entire case and helped me not only find the right place to be taken care of thoroughly until I was completely rehabilitated but also kept up with me after the fact and was able to get me the money that I deserved for what I endured!

Gretchen was 100 percent on my side from the minute we met! I was wrongfully accused of 2 major felonies and could have been put in prison for a long time! James helped me have squatters removed from my rental property in Akron. There is a complicated process that is far from easy in order to evict someone from your home and James knew exactly what to do and got it done without a single mistake. He is very professional, diligent and responsive. I never had to wait long for a return call. James was there all the way to the end and was even onsite when the Sheriff removed the tenant. Ken handled my personal injury case for little over a year. I hardly heard from him that year. He never tried to settle my case he waited for the other at fault insurance company to make an offer first and then accepted their lowest offer right away. When we had to meet in front of a magistrate Ken couldn't answer any of the magistrates questions regarding my case. (it was like he didn't even look over my case). The magistrate was getting frustrated with him. Was not happy with his representation at all.

These lowlifes aren't even worth the time and trouble of hiring. They are greedy, care nothing for their clients and can't even do their job. I know of an individual they represented and this educated librarian sat there with his finger up his nose while the judge did his job for him. And if you owe them money, they threaten you, even if you are making payments to them. There a lot better attorneys in Columbus you can hire.

I have been working through some issues with my ex husband, regarding child support, parenting times and other things associated with this, and Ed Vardiman represented me through it all.
Going into this process, I was unsure if I would be able to convey my message and communicate with him enough, what I was up against, as it was an extremely exhausting and stressful time. Ed consistently instilled me with just the right amount of confidence that things would work out. We have not received the magistrate's decision just yet, but that regardless of the outcome, I was thoroughly impressed with his work, and felt confident in the room having him on my side.
Ed did a GREAT job, and everything he said would happen, and what to expect happened. The other attorney spoke a lot, was overly and ineffectively loud. We stated the facts and I remained somewhat calm, before I almost fell off the stand.
I feel like this profession may be a thankless job at times, but I didn't want to let the opportunity pass, to let him know that his hard work was appreciated, and like I told my family and friends, he outshined the other attorney in every aspect, and I can't thank him enough for the support he provided.

I put one star but I wish I didn't have too..what's so funny is that the people who write a real but negative review, she instantly says she don't know the person and never represented them..smh..She didn't represent me and I will NEVER call her..She represented my nephew and he got life, didn't object to not one thing the prosecution trumped up, how tf a detective contaminate shell casings and she not object to the ones he claims were not..how can the prosecution play video statements in front of the jury when they were not introduced as evidence and she not object..How come not one victim show up in court other then the store clerk who didn't see the alleged aggressors but you let video statements from co defendants get played in open court with no objections..How was two Co defendants in the same cell for a year together when in statements they both admitting to being best friends and not know my nephew..Now with witnesses saying it was two alleged aggressors and none matched my nephew description, how the hell did you not fight for him, Ray Charles could see the B.S that was concocted in this case...But all u people saying she is a hands down good lawyer...lmao..yall must of had traffic tickets..

10 days before the 2yr statute of limitations to file suit… my mom and dad are hit with a $50,000 lawsuit for a fender bender. My mother who wasn’t even in the car is being sued because she allowed my dad to drive the vehicle. The car belongs to both of them. They were both on the insurance. What kind of person thinks it’s ok to try and squeeze that much money out of two retired people? My mother is dying of cancer and now she is being sued for something she had zero to do with. My father who was the driver was stone cold sober. Not speeding. And had my 11yr old daughter in the front seat. There was no recklessness on his part AT ALL. Yes he was sighted as responsible because it was a left hand turn at a light. A green light may I add. HOWEVER, even the cop said he felt bad writing him the ticket because many witnesses saw the woman pull out and in front of him at a high speed.I think it’s disgusting that as a personal injury lawyer who claims to have her clients best interest at heart, be so low as to file a claim such as this. This is an obvious money grab. An ambulance chasing lawyer looking to take advantage of a sick dying woman and her husband. We should be suing the plaintiff for pain and suffering. My father has ptsd from this. My daughter who was in the car still has nightmares. The stress of this has only made things worse on my mothers health. AND don’t get me started about how being without a car after the accident prevented her from going to chemotherapy. There’s a special place for lawyers and people who file claims like this. A very special place.

Tom Robenalt should be nominated as Attorney of the Year. And let us not forget Lauren and Tiffany as the Best Assistants and Office Staff ever!!! Mr. Robenalt took the wrongful death case of my Father that another firm what not even look at. I was injured and I am quadriplegic from the injury. This guy didn't do his job at all. Waited until we had less than a month to file the lawsuit bc a statue of limitations. Then he decides he doesn't want my case. No one was willing to take the case bc there wasn't enough time. So my case never got heard. I'm living on 629.00 a month. And no justice.

We were referred to Mr. Erney and his office by another attorney due to his experience and reputation in dealing with personal injury/ accident cases. I was not disappointed. He explained everything up front clearly (fees, expectations, timeline, etc) and went straight to work on building our case for the insurance company. It took time to get a complete file in large part due to the length of my recovery and cooperation from the OSU Burn Clinic (I also recommend - great people). Once negotiations started he relayed information and tempered expectations without delay. I was very pleased with the resolution of my case and care it shown by Robert, Mary, and Rachel along the way.
Did I mention that the insurance adjuster was complete jerk-wagon? He was...I was so happy that Mr. Erney dealt with that man and the insurance company on our behalf.

I was referred to him for my car accident. While he and his staff seemed kind I was mislead, He gave me a proposal that was to be sent to the person's attorney that would have covered me getting my car replaced. I didn't get 10% of what was in the proposal and he even asked for some of the money back! I would never recommend him to anyone who wants a fair case!

Rob guided me through the legal process after I was in a personal injury vehicle accident. He put my best interests first and was reasonable and rationale as we worked with the insurance companies and bodyshop. I placed everything in his hands and he took over. Divorce case. The case went right up to trial. He forgot a lot of stuff and had several repeated meetings to discuss the same things costing a lot of wasted money. His trial preparation was extremely poor specially his time in the court. It was all last minute in the morning and all on paper. He did not share the discovery and a lot of information with me. He kept on reducing expectations as the case went on. His lack of preparation worked against me and helped the other side. Even during the negotiations he left several things open ended leading to loosing outcomes. Focused on money and showed no empathy even after loosing the case. Within a year I was going through so much with criminal court, custody, and cps. I hired Ray to take care of all my stuff and he has been a blessing because I was looking at 6 months in jail and he got me out of it!! Also was going through a nasty custody case that’s now been going on for over a year and he rocked in trial and had not only my back but my children’s!! Today I found out we won!! I was in an automobile accident in April of this year. My car was rear ended with me and my two children in inside. My two children were not injured by very much shaken. I on the other hand injured my shoulder pretty badly. After a visit to the ER I contacted R.M.B the very next day the that the accidnt happened and got Sarina Mitchell as my representative.
