In 2021 my husband found himself in need of an attorney for child custody. Mr. Vecchio went above and beyond and helped my husband obtain 50/50 shared custody of his daughter. We are now in the process of obtaining physical custody. Mr. Vecchio is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and will fight for you! We are out of state and he has made the process so easy for us! I highly recommend Mr. Vecchio!

During our divorce Robert was more concerned with the lies he heard from my wife than representing me to gain custody of my daughter. He said on multiple occasions that the mother should automatically be granted more rights and the majority of the custody and thought nothing wrong of it. He also gave me some false legal advice that ended up backfiring. He was also having private conversations with my wife's lawyer and when I asked to be included in the emails he informed me that there are certain private matters that go on between two attorneys that would be inappropriate for the client to see. I could go on for a lost time describing all the things he did that were shady and wrong but I'll just say this, 2 weeks after hiring my new lawyer I had 50/50 custody of my daughter after barley seeing her for 6 months. Save yourself some trouble and pick someone else for your divorce lawyer unless you are a female I suppose.

BACK IN THE 80S HE WAS A PERSONAL FRIEND, BUT BEFORE HE WAS MY FRIEND, HE WAS MY ATTORNEY.HE REPRESENTED ME IN FEDERAL COURT , CO-COUNSELED WITH THE LATE ELMER GULIANI AND EVEN THOUGH MY FEDERAL CRIMES WERE MULTI STATE AND OVERWHELMING I RECEIVED THE LOW END OF THE SENTENCING GUIDELINES. Recently worked with lawyer Matt Nakajima and his paralegal Suzie after being seriously injured in a car accident. Working with these two was absolutely the best. I was unjustly accused of a crime, and retained Mr. Rittgers as my defense attorney. I had never been in trouble in my life and was quite upset and nervous. Charlie walked me through the process and assured me that I would come out fine. He kept me informed during the entire process and we won the case. I felt like he really was emotionally involved in my case, and that he was completely confident in our defense, which in turn, made me confident that the outcome would be favorable. If you need a good attorney, I would highly suggest hiring him, or anyone from his firm.

We hired Charlie to represent our juvenile child who made a very poor decision that could have had a major negative impact on our child's life. Charlie was honest and straight forward with us and shared with our child how lives can be ruined by the wrong choices. For all of the parents out there that may face this awful time in your child's life, remember it's not just about hiring the best lawyer ( which we have no doubt Charlie is) but also taking action yourselves immediately with consequences, no car, counseling, etc. We breathed a big sigh of relief after court that day after months of a lot of stress. Any kinda of legal trouble can cause stress but I was never worried when it came to my case. Matt Flemming was one of the best lawyers I have worked with. No communication and no updates. So far it’s been almost a 2 year journey with this law firm, and I have absolutely no clue whatsoever where they are in my case. My calls and texts go ignored, my case manger has changed twice. And I’ve been told the lawyer is going to contact me for roughly 3 months now. I have not heard from the lawyer since I was initially contacted by him about my accident. I honestly feel the firm could care less about my case and situation. The last thing I was told was the lawyer is looking at my file, that’s after being told he would contact me a week or so prior. Which he did not.

They have not returned my calls, email, or voicemails. They are very unprofessional but talk to you like they are the best. I have tried to separate from them two months ago but they never responded now out of complete frustration and being ignored having no clue what's going on in my case. Now I'm forced fill out Bar Association and BBB complaint. I can't believe a lawyer office acts like this smh.

For some reason my sisters name is showing. I’m Roseann Philips, Mr. Castelli handled my auto crash and won me a very nice settlement 27 years ago. Tony is a very caring man that listens. Edwin Vardiman Jr. Was my lawyer and he screwed me over. Only after money and not actually trying to help you. Just pushed through the case until it was over and he could be done with it. Even went as far as giving me misinformed advice so the case would be over quicker. Would not recommend this firm to anyone but my enemy.

Had an incredible experience with Williams DeClark Tuschman! I was in a really bad car accident in Ohio where I was rear ended and sustained some pretty bad injuries due to the speed at which I was hit and my vehicle being almost completely stopped. I was afraid that having no insurance at the time I was not going to be protected and have no way to deal with my injuries and going through therapy. My lawyer, Jacob Hamilton took care of me from the moment we spoke all the way through my entire case and helped me not only find the right place to be taken care of thoroughly until I was completely rehabilitated but also kept up with me after the fact and was able to get me the money that I deserved for what I endured!

I put one star but I wish I didn't have too..what's so funny is that the people who write a real but negative review, she instantly says she don't know the person and never represented them..smh..She didn't represent me and I will NEVER call her..She represented my nephew and he got life, didn't object to not one thing the prosecution trumped up, how tf a detective contaminate shell casings and she not object to the ones he claims were not..how can the prosecution play video statements in front of the jury when they were not introduced as evidence and she not object..How come not one victim show up in court other then the store clerk who didn't see the alleged aggressors but you let video statements from co defendants get played in open court with no objections..How was two Co defendants in the same cell for a year together when in statements they both admitting to being best friends and not know my nephew..Now with witnesses saying it was two alleged aggressors and none matched my nephew description, how the hell did you not fight for him, Ray Charles could see the B.S that was concocted in this case...But all u people saying she is a hands down good lawyer...lmao..yall must of had traffic tickets..

We were referred to Mr. Erney and his office by another attorney due to his experience and reputation in dealing with personal injury/ accident cases. I was not disappointed. He explained everything up front clearly (fees, expectations, timeline, etc) and went straight to work on building our case for the insurance company. It took time to get a complete file in large part due to the length of my recovery and cooperation from the OSU Burn Clinic (I also recommend - great people). Once negotiations started he relayed information and tempered expectations without delay. I was very pleased with the resolution of my case and care it shown by Robert, Mary, and Rachel along the way.
Did I mention that the insurance adjuster was complete jerk-wagon? He was...I was so happy that Mr. Erney dealt with that man and the insurance company on our behalf.

I was referred to him for my car accident. While he and his staff seemed kind I was mislead, He gave me a proposal that was to be sent to the person's attorney that would have covered me getting my car replaced. I didn't get 10% of what was in the proposal and he even asked for some of the money back! I would never recommend him to anyone who wants a fair case!

Rob guided me through the legal process after I was in a personal injury vehicle accident. He put my best interests first and was reasonable and rationale as we worked with the insurance companies and bodyshop. I placed everything in his hands and he took over. Even months after the settlement, he followed up to inquire on my well being and the status of possible long-term ramifications the accident might have as it related to my vehicle being leased. Rob is an honorable attorney who puts a client's best interest before his own. I will absolutely recommend him to family and friends.

I was in an automobile accident in April of this year. My car was rear ended with me and my two children in inside. My two children were not injured by very much shaken. I on the other hand injured my shoulder pretty badly. After a visit to the ER I contacted R.M.B the very next day the that the accidnt happened and got Sarina Mitchell as my representative. She was very efficent and quick in her responses. I was treated so well and professionally! I had never been in this type of situation before and didnt even know what the first steps were but she walked me through and explained every process. Not only did she get me a settlement within 6 months after my accident, following many doctors appointments and physical therapy, but she was also able to get me well over what i had thought id receive! If i ever encounter another incident like that (knock on wood that never happens again) i know exactly who to call and ask for!

We recently closed and requested a check for the funds. They did not have a check for us. The gentleman who did the closing seemed to have no idea. They made us do a wire transfer, which is not what we wanted to do. After we left a received a call that they did issue the check but forgot it on their desk. That's just unacceptable to "forget" proceeds for a closing. On top of that they said I could come pick it up. I would think that they would've made accommodations on their end to get the money to me anyway possible. I was not impressed and im still waiting to get my funds. I did not receive any notification they wired the money.

Ken handled my personal injury case for little over a year. I hardly heard from him that year. He never tried to settle my case he waited for the other at fault insurance company to make an offer first and then accepted their lowest offer right away. When we had to meet in front of a magistrate Ken couldn't answer any of the magistrates questions regarding my case. (it was like he didn't even look over my case). The magistrate was getting frustrated with him. Was not happy with his representation at all.

Ben kitzler best family attorney ever. He gets things done and very straight forward. I found out a child wasn’t mine and never had a relationship with the child but because I signed birth certificate I paid child support for 15 years for a child that wasn’t mine. The child that was mine the mother signed me up for child support when he was 4 or 5 and they made me pay back pay from time he was born until time she signed up putting me behind 15 to 20 thousand dollars even though I’ve never missed a payment. He not only removed the child who wasn’t mine off the birth certificate and no longer pay he also had the back child support removed all together. It was the right thing to do for a father who has always took care of his kids and not only pays child support but is present In their life.
