In August I found out a lawsuit has been filed against me. It was in regards to a very emotional and sensitive matter, plus having never been sued before I was nervous. I got recommendations from lawyer and court employee friends, and looked up lawyers on Google. I called 12-15 law offices in the area but ultimately decided to put my trust in Mr Chris Turner at CRT Legal. His office staff was friendly, personable, and professional right from the start. Mr Turner then took the time to speak to me in depth about the case on our first phone call. I knew I needed a lawyer who is smart, organized, and can fight. Mr Turner is that. I felt like he's old enough in his career to know what he's doing extremely well, but young enough in his career to enjoy the fight. Exactly what a good lawyer should be. He hasn't disappointed. He's professional, incredibly smart, and great at what he does. Glad I made the choice to have him fight my battle for me. I contacted Mr. Turner about a possible civil law & defamation case. Mr. Turner was very prompt about returning correspondence. He was quite knowledgeable and informative in his response.
As a physician, i deal with many attorneys (typical personal injury lawyers), but i found Mr. Turner to be insightful, honest, kind and not pushy. He seems like a very caring individual to me.
If the need arises, i plan on using Mr. Turner again and if someone asks me for a referral in the civil law department, Mr. Turner would in fact get my referral as i do recommend him.

Jeff and his staff helped me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I initially attempted to do the process on my own and failed at it. After looking into getting legal counsel I came across the Badgley Law Firm. The reviews were great and very informative. Upon my first consultation via phone I was offered an in person interview with Jeff which was a nice change because other firms wanted to do virtual meetings. I met with Jeff and he explained how things worked and reviewed my case. He was upfront with the process and cost and then said he would be able to assist me with my case. The first 341 creditors meeting had to be rescheduled and the second one was successful. I was able to be in the office for the meeting with Jeff right there in case I didn’t understand what the trustee was asking me. That helped me so much because I tend to get confused when doing the virtual meetings. Gisel was great as she kept me informed about my case and gathered all the paperwork needed to proceed with my case. I’m forever grateful for Jeff Badgley and his team for assisting me. A huge stress relief for me and my family.

I had the wonderful experience of having Charles W. Smith as my lawyer. When I tell you the attention the detail and the kindness that he puts out was absolutely amazing.
Anytime I would call I was always greeted by Gina Amat & Rebeca McCormack. They really take care of their clients and completely listen to any issues or concerns you have. Whether I emailed them or called them I always got a response.
This is a no fool around law firm, they are there to get the job done and make sure their clients are taken care. I did not feel like a client to them, I felt like I was somebody that they truly cared about and they wanted to make sure that I was happy by the end results.
I would recommend them to anybody that I know because I know that they would be in great hands. If they could write a handbook on how respectable, honest and hardworking that they all are and have the other law firms use that as a guide, then I believe all lawyers would have five-star reviews.

Mr Smith is by far the BEST lawyer I have dealt with in every aspect of the way. Between his values on client satisfaction and his dedication to his cases on an individual bases shows that not only is he a very personable man but a highly professional one as well. I did not care for Attorney's but Ryan has renewed my faith that there are great attorneys out there. James kept us very in the loop, always up to date on changes within our case. If we had any questions on the process or what something meant he had a way of using layman's terms that made it easy for us "non lawyers" to understand. James still is a point of contact for us when we have any questions regarding our auto insurance policy, when we're not sure what exactly covers what, as it can be complicated.
Also, our case was completed with settlement in five months, our accident was in September and settlement was given in January. My sister has an ongoing case that has lasted a year now and I told her she should have hired a better lawyer like I did! I couldn't be anymore satisfied after a stressful accident James got us justice for all the damages we sustained not only with our vehicle but with our lives (time out of work, medical bills, injuries overall). I found out the the driver who ran into me at 70mph had only the minimum of insurance. I didn’t know if my medical bills would be covered. The “big name firm” who called daily until the lack of insurance became known, had now stopped returning my calls. I fired that firm and called Kevin Butler.
