I first came across Justin’s profile for his bikes, tattoos, and similar content as mine several years ago. Long story short, I ran into some legal trouble for a dui, but have used justin multiple times for other legal purposes and have won. Justin, also known as kpac, is the only, and only, lawyer that has answered every call, text, and voicemail I have ever left him no matter how many times I have reached out through social media, direct number or email. I have used him for multiple cases, and he has never judged me or each situation and has always been very honest each situation and each possible outcome. Kpac is worth every penny regardless of his charge and I not only look at him as the most honest lawyer but as the brother I never had. He is the first person I always reach out to in times of need, answers to my questions and confusion (unfortunately). He will not leave you wondering what is going on. You may think hiring older is better but justin 100% knows what he is doing and I never had to question him, his proceedings, how he goes about things, or his team. Definitely put him at the top of your list if you are juggling lawyers.

I was working in the construction industry as an electrician when I was injured when a malfunctioning tool struck me in the side of the face. I was devastated to have left the ER with what the doctors told me was undoubtedly a permanent scar in front of my ear under neath the stitches. I felt hopeless and very insignificant, I had been permanently disfigured by one of the largest tool manufacturers in the world and there was nothing I could do about it. A family memeber recommended I speak to a lawyer which seemed like a waste of time because I was just me and they were Milwaukee tools. After getting in touch with Mr. Boland he assured me he would fight for me with all his might and hold this massive company accountable. Thinking this was an insurmountable task I reluctantly signed the papers and it was the best decision I have ever made. From that moment forward I felt like i was in control. He did as promised and without lifting another finger I had a check in my hand before I knew it. Not only did Mr. Boland deliver on his promise, he made me feel like I was his only client, answering his phone everytime I called after just a ring or two and treating me with professionalism and respect. To him I wasn’t just a crummy construction worker, like the first couple attorneys I spoke too made me feel, he made me feel like an equal peer, a person who had been wronged by a large company and he was going to make it right for me. John Rosenthal is hands down the best Injury Lawyer in the PA/NJ area. He went so hard to get me back the most money possible for my case. When he thought we deserved more, he fought and got us more money. He wasn’t satisfied with the settlement until I was completely satisfied with it. Most lawyers work Mon-Fri 9-5. With John I was able to reach him on. Saturday at 8pm if needed. He answered all questions and made sure I understood every aspect of my case. Five stars isn’t really enough to describe the level of satisfaction Mr. Rosenthal gave me. He deserves 10 STARS!!! My case was handled in a timely manner and I would recommend John to ANYONE who was involved in a accident or has sustained some type of injury. Mr. Rosenthal will be and still is MY lawyer. God forbid any other accidents happen but if so I know for sure that I don’t need anyone else and John is only a phone call away. I’m so thankful to have been referred to such an amazing lawyer that fought for me like he was fighting for himself.

I was approved for my settlement from an accident in 2018 it is now in the settlement department my only problem is I got a letter from centers for Medicare services a collection agency for Medicare saying that I owe Medicare $3,900 and something odd dollars they sent me another letter that they took $197 on my social security check and another letter said it will be coming out monthly until this matter is resolved and paid in full it is also accruing interest am I having a hardship with paying my rent and daily living expenses I would just like to know when I can receive my check so everybody's paid off
