I went to three law firms and they were highly recommended. I met Mr Caiazzo and he told me to go home and grieve. He was the only lawyer who actually cared. He was experienced enough to take the time to counsel me. He offered me grief counseling. He touched my heart with his kindness and understanding. I retained him six months later. I can’t say enough about this man. He settled the case while the jury was deliberating. I spoke to the jury afterward and the settlement was way higher than what they were going to award. He knew. He told me that we couldn’t risk the jury not understanding what happened. They didn’t. He donated part of his fee to St Jude’s Children Hospital on my behalf. I may never need a Lawyer again but if I do, I know who I’ll call.

I sustained injuries in a car accident in 2016 that required surgery and extensive rehabilitation. I knew I needed a lawyer, but had never used one before and had no idea where to turn. I would highly recommend Attorney Levin. I needed immediate help and action to be taken, and he allowed a free consultation, after which he felt secure and ready to tackle the case on the spot. My frend’s father was the victim of a car accident caused by negligent driving. My friend contacted Dean, and despite the fact it was a Saturday, Dean spent an hour on the phone with my friend, discussing his situation and recourse in detail. I know that my friend was very concerned about his father, and the fact that Dean was so immediately responsive even though it was the weekend, as well as his compassionate and caring nature during the lengthy phone call, was very reassuring and really meant a lot to my friend. Months had gone by without any help so it was time for a change. I came across John Mattiacci Attorney in civil suits.
I explained to John in detail about the person who ran a stop sign, and he always kept eye contact except to write down information. John was the attorney I needed.
I fired the firm who I had who did nothing. John went to work and I mean he went to work.
John took on my case which the defendant knew some police officers and received no tickets. If I met John earlier I would guarantee summonses for many motor vehicle violations for this person. I know some about law as I protected former presidents, just not the knowledge John has.
The real truth came out when John did the interrogatories and deposition. He used the right questions and got the defendant to admit running the stop sign, that I had the right of way with my blinker on, and the name of the upper echelon police officer. He also picked up on auto parts damage missing out of the interrogatories insurance pictures. My car had very little damage and the insurance tried to say there is no and John cut in and got the defendant to admit he hit my axle sending my car into a fishtail and the damage was to my person not the car. That is a trial attorney who puts the fear of God into insurance companies.
Then came the insurance company doctors, and John sent his paralegal with me. I was comfortable with this, and Kristin who came with for my insurance exam “WOW”. I read the doctor he was not pleased. The questions were short, and the exam was not painful as they can be with their tests. Because of John sending Kristin with me on my behalf the doctor was flabbergasted, and it showed.
My wife got very sick; John always asked what could I do for you. I was worn out from my own doctors and the insurance company charade. I actually felt better when I spoke with Mr. Mattiacci. I told John about myself and he said hold on it would not be long now. He did not tell me not long was less than two weeks.
John had offers coming in but said not yet; we had an offer I was comfortable with and said let’s settle. John asked me to let him work his magic or he would settle if that’s what I wanted. He always asked what I wanted never forcing me. Oh his magic worked well.
The amount of money is between John, and I, it was five times what I thought it would be. John is the nicest attorney until his clients are pushed. I have seen this in person in action, need I say more.
When I met John I knew he was the Attorney to represent me. I can only recommend but I would go with Mr. John Mattiacci with reading this Attorney review without doubt. I had the chance to meet with several attorneys and have several friends who are Judges and Attorney’s. John was my Attorney.
I have one regret, I really wanted to see John in court but my body was giving up. I was afraid to let him down. I knew the defense had no chance against this man. I told John I would not lie I had my honor, he said of course. I told him in the beginning we could not be friends something my father taught me, who was a Pearl Harbor Survivor, Police Officer and worked with judges for juveniles. I can say now he is my friend and he showed me his Honor.

Through no fault of my own, I found myself embroiled in a complicated multi-level governmental personal injury case. I was struck by a vehicle driven by a municipal employee assigned to a federal task force. I suffered significant serious injuries and loss of work time as well as property damage. While riding his bicycle, my husband, Chris, was hit by a car whose driver ran a red light. I was injured in a car accident. This was my first time involved in any type of litigation. I sincerely hope it to be my last, but I would absolutely work with Renae again if the need arises. She was helpful in explaining the process and easy to reach if I had questions.

I believe with all of my heart, Ms. Santiago is a true leader in providing the best legal services for her clients.
She is a great listener....."have a seat an d relax" she told me when I first entered her office stressed out about my 20 year old situation. Once she listened to my story and reviewed my documentation; I could see on her face she had an idea of how to approach my case. She explained to me her what her initial plan would be. When I left her office (PA case); and drove 900 miles back to my home in Alabama; I felt in my heart I was in good hands. After a full year (6/13 to 6/14) of probing into what I think is a "psychotic child support system in PA"; she was able to resolve my case; get my passport reinstated, block attempts by others to freeze my assets while my case was before a judge and reduce my payments. In 12/14, someone in that "psychotic child support system" entered another asset freeze on my account while I am out of country in the Philippines(10,000 miles away).
