I had a bad fall out with my business partners. When I hired Adam I was on the verge of completely losing all my shares to my partners because they had the majority vote.
After our first meeting, I knew he was going to be my lawyer because he asked all the right questions. He explained what my rights were and the legality (or lack of) in what they were trying to do to me. He discussed a few approaches I could take and discussed all the pros and cons of every approach. He took all my advice into consideration when putting a game plan together. So of course I hired him.
I was ready for a very long battle because it got very personal between us. I knew nobody was willing to budge. To make a long story short, it is now 6 months later and the case is over. I sold my shares for almost 10% more than my asking price.
Adam is hands down the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He made me feel like I was his only client. He remembered every detail about my case every time we spoke. Not to mention he is very generous when counting his hours.

Steve represented me when I was involved in a car accident on the interstate last year. I suffered a closed head brain bleed. In 2021, I was a victim of police misconduct and excessive use of force by the police department in a small town in Arizona. I decided to sue the city/police dept and begin making calls to attorneys in the area. Spoke with at least 20 or 30 different attorneys before finally being referred to Andy Gartman. Andy was highly effective, professional, and helpful throughout every step of the process. My first conversation with Andy was very encouraging because he listened to everything I had to say with open ears and an open mind. Andy obtained and reviewed all of the evidence including body cam footage, police reports, an d other key documents (all of which was strongly in my favor, and helped both Andy and I build conviction in the strength of our case). Andy then crafted a masterful notice of claim and negotiated a favorable settlement before ever going having to go to trial. I would also note that Andy's fees are very reasonable and he is very fair in terms of what he charges. Andy is also a down to earth, good hearted person who wants to help you if you have been wronged. I cannot recommend him more highly, and I strongly suggest you contact him if you are looking for help in the legal areas he covers.

I highly recommend Attorney Carl Engstrand. When I was involved in a wreck I was on the receiving end of the other person’s insurance company, and although that company was admitting fault, it was obviously in business to cut its losses. I was left feeling frustrated and powerless to adequately represent myself without an attorney experienced in accident law on my side. Carl Engstrand was recommended to me. This was my first ever car accident. I’d never gone through this experience before and boy, was I put through the ringer. I was hit by a semi truck changing lanes and pushed into another semi truck to my right. I was scared, confused and this was my very first car (which I loved, so I was very sad about it haha). The moment I spoke to the team and to Chris, I felt comforted. I felt supported and encouraged.
The other guy’s insurance company that we were trying to settle with fired and rehired at least 5 different case workers for my case alone. Now the company is going under. Chris. Was. Awesome. They put red tape, hoops and so many other things in front of him and he just led me through it every step of the way.
During this time (March 2019- December 2019) my car was classified as abandoned, had the wheel stollen off of it, the battery stolen off of it, and some of the items inside were also stolen while it sat on the lot. Someone from the tow yard decided to steal the title on the car. I moved states. I got married. I was taking classes. AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS.
So everything that could have happened during this time DID. And Chris was ALWAYS on top of it. He was so communicative and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I could ALWAYS get a hold of Chris at least within the same day and that’s something I really appreciate.
I’m very grateful and blessed by Chris and the team because of the way they “held my hand” from start to finish, even through the absolute WORST parts of it. Thank you Chris!!

Charles had a special way of handling situations that to say the least, we're my oversight and poor judgement on my part and he would flat out tell me my position and what we could do or not. He doesn't waste your time or his trying to undo what has been done. I had not put my name on a house we bought 2004, put in her name only for personal reasons, then got married the next week in Maui. 2013 ex wife filed for divorce, I had never put my name on Deed of Trust. I thought for sure it was like Chicago and I was going to to get My fair share. Had alot of hard knocks, fun time remodeling.. The return when sold netted her a fortune, which in my case not so good. I learned a valuable lesson and my attorney teased me which he does to lighten the grief, shock. He means no ill will, just some words to ease the pain. He has helped me when I did not think you needed a lawyer, such as DUI blood test had me convicted before I got to court, not so fast he said, then proceeded to dismantle the states shotty blood analysis by doing our own independent blood lab. Had a little luck of the Irish behind the gavel also. Reckless driving be OK with your client. As a fellow lawyer that recommended him in 2012, Did I want the fancy clothed, big building, TV commercial guy or do you want the guy that fights the fight, gets the job done, and tells you the truth, bills a fair dollar, and also tells you your wasting your time and money. It's about results some good, some hard to swallow. If you hire him, tell him to shine those shoes and wear a belt and get one fancy suit, which will have to be made since he loves the gym...

In 2006 my son got into a little trouble coming home from a Senior trip in Mexico.
At first I was a little worried about my son having a court appointed attorney but when I saw Mr. Camarena in action my worries were wiped away. He got straight to the point and made sure my sons rights were fully exercised. What would have been a drawn out case, was short and sweet, Prosecutor requested another day in court, Instead the case was dismissed due to Mr. Camarena's aggressiveness and knowledge of the law. I was so impressed that when an unexpected event occured a couple of years later (2008) that involved my husband, there was no question who to call, unfortunately he was not available so we hired his associate Mrs. Terri Capozzi we figured if she works with Mr. Camarena then she must be just as good. so far all is well, as soon as it is all over I will post a reveiw for Mrs. Capozzi I'm confident that there will be a positive outcome.

Richard represented me and the estate for which I was the executor in a wrongful death suit. He agreed to work on my case when several other attorneys had declined either because it was a conflict of interest (they did work for the insurance company involved) or the case appeared to be too difficult. I found Richard to be conscientious, passionate, and caring. He vigorously represented my interests and I found his work to be exemplary. Richard's extensive knowledge and broad experience guided us to a reasonable settlement which I was fully satisfied with. His rate was not cheap, but one cannot expect to find good help for cheap. I feel Richard delivered good value.
