Mr Gray is very pleasant. He listens to concerns completely & focused on the matter at hand with a plan to back it up. When I talked to him, he discussed different view points & tactics. Sean is an intelligent fighter who offered a free consultation. I found him by referall after hitting bottom from numerous other phone calls with other attorneys. That phone call with him gave me hope. He was fair in price and determined. He gave me insight. He was able to accomplish so much for my husband! I met Matthew Kikta at Julian Grey Associates in 2016 when he put together an Asset Protection Trust and associated documents (POA, Last Will & Testament, etc.) for my elderly parents. Matthew is very knowledgeable and professional. When my parents passed in 2022, he helped me by submitting the Inheritance Tax return to the state. My name is Clyde Manns. On may 5th 2023 I was in one of the worst accidents anyone would ever want to see. I was hit be a vehicle that ran the intersection. The impact of the vehicle colliding with me pushed me into on coming traffic on the other side of the road. I smashed into a barrier and pole and ultimately totaling my vehicle. Patrick handled a nursing home abuse case for our family. He was consistently respectful, sensitive , caring and efficient throughout this entire process. Anytime I phoned or emailed with a question, it was never more than 12hours before he got back to me. Usually he responded within one hour. I'm sure ours was not Patrick's largest or most important case, but he made us feel that it was. I always felt confident that Patrick was doing whatever was in our family's best interest. My husband and I attempted to use Notaro to draft a prenuptial agreement prior to our wedding. We had some unique aspects to our situation, and before agreeing to work with Notaro got confirmation from them that they had the experience and would be able to deal with those unique aspects. Unfortunately, that was not the case. There were many rounds of back and forth - we would explain what we wanted to have Notaro confirm they understood and would draft it up, only to have the draft not reflect what we had discussed. Ultimately we ended up drafting the language ourselves to ensure it was what we wanted and had Notaro review. Upon their review they made substantial changes without informing us of their impact, and did not even point to where in the document they had made changes without us asking. It is common practice for all legal edits to be done in redline to make sure adjustments to long, 50+ page documents, are easy to spot, but this was never once done with the Notaro group. We ultimately canceled our agreement, but despite failing to deliver the work they had affirmed they were capable of handling when we first approached them, we did not receive any meaningful reimbursement back.
If there is anything even a bit unique about your situation, I would not recommend working with them.

This place has no respect for your time. My reservation was updated that was booked couple of weeks before, but the new person supposed to handle it wasn't even there. The receptionist made a few calls and seemed to have no idea what was going on. Not sure how their system works. Overall, it was a complete waste of my time, and my friend had the same issue with them.

Dan was incredible with handling my divorce. My divorce seemed like it would have been simple (uncontested, no children) however it ended up being anything but!
