I met Matthew Kikta at Julian Grey Associates in 2016 when he put together an Asset Protection Trust and associated documents (POA, Last Will & Testament, etc.) for my elderly parents. Matthew is very knowledgeable and professional. When my parents passed in 2022, he helped me by submitting the Inheritance Tax return to the state. Matthew always responded quickly to any emails I sent to him (questions I had regarding how to handle things after my parents passed). Dan was incredible with handling my divorce. My divorce seemed like it would have been simple (uncontested, no children) however it ended up being anything but! There was a battle with my ex over the house value and vehicle(s), plus a bunch of nasty behavior thrown-in. Dan handled everything like a pro and had a solution at every turn. Patrick handled a nursing home abuse case for our family. He was consistently respectful, sensitive , caring and efficient throughout this entire process. Kevin was a very caring and honest attorney. He kept me mostly aware of how my case was going and where I was standing with my situation. He was concerned with my health situations. Jim represented the insurance company and me in a personal injury suit where I was the defendant in slip and fall case. The initial amount the plaintiff was requesting was well above my insurance liability limit. It was settled well below the limits of my policy, so there was no cost me me.

Colm William Kenny is terrific as a person and very professional as a lawyer in court of law.
Two years ago we purchased our first house and found out that the seller omitted to disclose structural work that was made in the past in the basement. Bill agreed to represent us in the case, came few times to our house to understand in depth the problem in our basement. The hearing lasted more than 2 days, and Bill demonstrated tremendous speech and strong arguing abilities, always having the last word.
