Received a traffic violation and I’m so happy I contacted Repetto Law to represent me on the matter. I was served a summons for a hearing with very short notice. My ex was making an unfounded and misguided attempt to reduce the parenting time I have with our child.
I hired Christine, and from the beginning she was comforting to me and a strong advocate for my child's rights, and my rights as a father.
This sort of situation is extremely stressful and anxiety inducing. She let me know what I needed to do to look my best. She negotiated strongly and fairly with the other attorney.

Travis has been such a great attorney. I’m not from Rhode Island originally and got myself into a tough situation with a landlord who charged me two months rent for a deposit, and then refused to return any of it 3 years later when I moved and left his home spotless (with proof). My landlord is highly connected and I have been nervous to pursue him, but Travis showed me that I have the law on my side. Good day. Approx. 3 years ago me and my service dog were attacked by 2 pitbulls that were loose. My dog was almost killed and I sustained serious injuries that kept me incapacitated for months.
The dog's owner had no home owner's insurance and he would not cooperate. D'Oliveira and associates refused to take the case because there was no insurance. Ben Perez represented me in a criminal matter. Unfortunately I was dumb enough to admit everything to the police. The prosecution offered me a standard deal and was unwilling to budge. Ben took my matter to trial and though my admission pretty much sealed the deal Ben made the prosecution earn their win. He cross examined my accuser so hard that he gave a ton of attitude and made the judge hate him. And ultimately based on the facts he was able get me the same sentence as the deal the prosecution offered to begin with. But he made them earn it! Had I not admitted, I think Ben would have won my case.

Professional, Caring, and Attentive it was worth saying twice. The title should say it all! About five years ago I was nearly killed in a workplace accident (2016). The accident left me in a scary place to say the least. When I was introduced to Peter my case had been started by another attorney.
