If you locate yourself in need of an lawyer this is the guy for you. He become able to secure my launch from jail on a Sunday of a 3 day vacation weekend. When each person else was announcing nothing can be accomplished he were given consequences in a depend of mins. I wish to never want those sorts of offerings once more however I may be maintaining his range for any future problems and could refer my pals and circle of relatives to him. Our artist's cooperative was having difficulty working with our landlord. The landlord wouldn't work with us to improve several safety issues associated with the retail site. We hired Ms. Pheasant to give us legal advice on how we might proceed with severing our ties with the landlord. Her legal advice was concise and spot on. We followed her advice, drafted our letter, submitted it to our landlord and reached a resolution that was palatable to both parties. Ms. Pheasant saved us quite a large sum of money which, in turn, allowed us to look for a different retail space without the safety problems.

Joann helped us find a family lawyer in New York - we live in Washington - during a messy family law case. She not only put out a call to all her peers, but she looked up precedent info and reassured us about jurisdiction rules. Despite a full case load of paying clients, Joann was very responsive and helpful. And she didn't charge us for the advice she provided. I was referred to Jeff Weninger by a chiropractor to help me resolve my injury case. My accident occurred in April 2021. The communication is close to non existent, it takes days to get a response via email and every time I call to check the status of my case Jeff is in a meeting. I was originally told my case would easily be resolved in 6 months it’s now going on 10 months and this case is still has not been settled. Jeff the lawyer I’m working with shows no sign of proactive involvement or a sense of urgency to resolve my case. Please be warned if you are seeking legal assistance with an accident case and looking to move on with your life, look elsewhere because Jeff Weninger has a lack of urgency, horrible communication, and he will take FOREVER to resolve your case. Today I had to find out my car has been deemed a total loss by going to my dealership. Jeff was not aware nor have I been compensated for anything this situation is a TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

I recommend Jeff to anyone wanting clear directions. I had no clue what to do or where to start. I had no idea what was going to happen. Jeff lead us through all the legal stuff that was foreign to us. He was patient, thank goodness. His staff took care of all the research, paper work, etc. The only hard part was the travel time to Sacramento. I had a hard time riding in a car after my accident. I was rear ended. Any little sudden movement was upsetting. But we persevered. Thank goodness we had Jeff to handle everything. He is very kind. Thank you Jeff.

Eric is the best lawyer. He took my case and worked so hard on it. When things did not look good he told me not to give up hope. I hung on to those words for four years. my calls were never returned.he didnt tell me bout an ins check he recieved for over a year.which i never seen or signed! it took four years for me to recieve any of that money.some of the medical providers thought he went out of business,because they could not get in contact with him. in the end, i do not recommend this attorney to anyone.

Our case was a travesty. Mr. Brelsford told us we were at third base with regards to settling. Then he did a 180, after we had met with all the attorneys involved. He told us we could not win, that no one would care there was an assault by a healthcare worker, that we had gone to too many physicians trying to get help for an undiagnosed spinal cord injury resulting in a permanent disability. He said we had to settle for what was offered by one physician. The settlement didn’t even cover the three years lost income. He claimed to have thousands of dollars invested in our case, but settled for a fraction of what he said would be offered.
