During the course of a ten-year (!) lawsuit that was eventually heard by the Utah State Supreme Court, Greg was an absolute rock. The case was more complex, longer-running and higher profile than I think any of us expected, yet Greg's professionalism, attention to detail, compassion and care for how I was feeling, and complete determination to make sure justice was served never wavered. I am grateful and amazed how professional and fast Garrett Handy worked on my case. My case was basically lost and only had a few months to start a lawsuit or lose it forever. I went to talk to Garrett. We reviewed my case. He was hesitant to take it since three lawyers took my case previously. The three of them did basically nothing with my case except to keep it in their office forever and I didn't know what was going on. One of those firms was Siegfried and Jensen; they are only known due to advertising, but have nothing close to what Garrett has: Lots of professionalism! After reviewing my case a couple of times, Garrett decided to take my case. He started working on it right away. We opened the case at the beginning of January and we had only until July to win or to lose. Well, surprisingly, five months later I got my first check as part of the settlement. Then in a month or two, I got the rest of the money. I even took a picture with Garrett for my personal file, since this was absolutely a won battle. Garrett, you and your team ARE AWESOME!! Eric was brought into my case after it had been with another firm for over a year. I went to George with a question regarding a medical malpractice issue I was dealing with that ultimately led to blindness in one eye. Other attorneys held on to my file for weeks and months at a time, only to tell me in a form letter that they would not take my case. George on the other hand took the time to review my case file with me and helped me identify the major issues of my case.

They say three times a charm. I was involved in a slip and fall in Utah however I live in the state of New York. I was required to be represented by an attorney in Utah. That made things extremely hard . Trusting people you never met and just holding on to their words. I had two previous attorney's who just didn't want to put the work in and kept using the fact that where I lived made things harder. After they both dropped me I called around and came across Gabriel. I knew after the first conversation he meant business. Was this case going to be a challenge bc of living across the country and depending on zoom calls due to the pandemic yes but him and his team proved to me that they were in it for the long hall. Gabriel is a 10 star attorney. I have been searching for help with a troublesome situation I encountered with the University Neuropsychiatric Institute, Mobile Crisis Team. Gabriel was not like the other lawyers who I had brief phone conversations with. Gabriel gave great attention to the matter I proposed to him, and discussed with me the possibilities. I have worked with many attorneys. Most work well, bill semi-honestly and most are afraid to go to trial. Gabe is one of the few attorneys I have worked with that has no hesitation pushing issues through to trial. There is not a glimpse of intimidation where most attorneys will do whatever it takes to avoid the complexities of litigation and trial work. That being said, if it is in a clients best interest, Gabe will settle and avoid trial but he has no fear. He is aggressive and will get you the results you would expect from a high profile law firm without the high profile law firm prices. I would recommend Gabe to anyone for anything, but especially for litigation/PI and Medical Malpractice issues. I have not had to use Gabe for medical malpractice or personal injury issues for myself but I have referred people who did and they were very happy.

We had unforseen delays in obtaining some of our needed paperwork for our bankruptcy, due to a less than compliant previous employer. Things became so complicated our council dropped us. We appeared in court as prepared as the circumstances allowed us, with no attorny and appealing Pro se.
Mark was willing to speak with us before hand, technically he was our opposition. Much to our surprise he worked with us to find an amenable resolution.
The amount of gratitude I feel for helping, and stepping in on our behalf, when he was technically supposed to oppose us, is something I can't fully express.
Thank you for seeing people behind the situation, and not forgetting that something you're professionally trained for and probably see as routine, is likely the most terrifying thing the average person has ever been faced with. Dave came and met my husband at the hospital after our 18 year old son was nearly killed in a head on collision. There wasn't much insurance available so Dave told us he would be happy to offer guidance and counsel, but he wouldn't feel right about taking us on as clients and having some of the insurance settlement go to him when we would need it for the life-long injuries our son was facing! WHO DOES THAT??? Who turns away an "easy to win" case? DAVE DID! I hired Jeff Handy to help me with the problem with my house because WNINGS & MORE moved my double-wide manufactured home using a regular white-cab pickup truck and destroyed my home. Jeff was very unprofessional; he discriminated against me because I was Hispanic. Jeff charged me more than $10,000 and was working with the other party. Jeff also brought Mr. Vance Strunk, a professional, to see the damage to my house. However, Mr. Vance Strunk does business with MHP#1, LLC, which works as Wasatch View Estates, and Silver King Companies, Inc., an Arizona Corporation. Mr. Vance Strunk is familiar with the owner of Awnings & More.
In my case, Mr. Vance Strunk was in a conflict of interest because he does business with Wasatch View Estates companies. When I informed Jeff Handy, he treated me as if I were ignorant or stupid.
I didn't want to work with Jeff anymore because he took advantage of me. Helping these companies has caused me a lot of harm, not only financially but also in terms of my health. Jeff wanted Mr. Vance Strunk to work in my house when all the beams were not in good condition. The structural integrity was damaged, and they wanted to do unprofessional work in my house. He only wanted to do a partial repair. Jeff Handy was working for the companies, not in my best interest.
Mr. Vance Strunk also shared this information with the lawyers Jeff, Tim, and me. According to Mr. Vance Strunk, a few years ago, before relocating my home, Awning & More moved a manufactured home using a regular cab pickup truck. Unfortunately, the home was dropped during the move due to the improper equipment used, leading to the tragic death of one of its employees.

Mr. Paul saved my life and my career in Unit States by helping me to fighting with my case, Since my girlfriend and I are both very emotional, we had a minor argument while driving and ended up being involved with the police because of some conflicts. However, due to some misunderstandings, the police arrested me and defined it as domestic violence. This was a shame for me and I stayed in jail for a night. He never gave me information about my case. Every time I would contact him he was on vacation and would inform me that he will contact me once he gets back to his office. That never occurred, then I receive an email saying "Testing... testing..."!! No information about my case and expected me to pay $300 more because of that email. I missed the court date and haven't been able to track down my ex-wife since.
If you like throwing your money away, this is where to do it.
