Absolutely an incredible experience. Did absolutely everything promised and more. This Law Firm went above and beyond to fight for me and I was so much better off having an advocate fighting on my behalf instead of trying to go at it alone with the insurance company. Very dissatisfied with the services and I do not recommend. Communication is very poor, attorney does not follow-up with clients at the important deadlines that he sets which are critical to the case, the attorney did not follow-up with the rental company as promised either. He told us he had emailed the rental company as a follow-up during the process, however, once we fired him for poor service, and requested our records, we discovered that the emails he claimed to have sent to the rental company was never sent.
I have text and email confirmations for all of the above mentioned. My husband and I are now fighting a battle with a rental company that we shouldn’t have had to if the attorney would’ve stayed on top of things, communicated effectively with both parties and did his job instead of lying to us. 0 stars.

Had a case that was long 2013 case settled in june13 2017 here we are in january5 2018 and they have not paid me ive been calling ever since lady tells me its becuase of a lein which i have confirmed has been paid since july then she wouldnt take my calls and put me in touch with book keeper which told me it was cause doctor hasnt responded then i called him next day to question charges and from one day to next he tells me ok doctor has been paid how is that possible if he has to make check and he would need time to cash it on my charges was a 8000 depo charge which someone who works for law has suggested noone pays that much even if there was a doctor present which there wasnt. Went to see them right before Christmas cause i had been calling for my money the guy said the bank was holding check cause of the doctors 5000 bill then he said as a favor to me he would give me a 10000 check which i took cause i took out a loan which im paying intrest for i let him know this he said he would get them to pay intrest although i dont know who is them that are paying intrest all this time it was me calling and staying in touch trying to get paid from my position i csn honestly say these guys are taking advantage becuase i am a immigrant and my lack of knowledge of how this works is obvious to them i have 3 people that work for law firms and tell me this should not be anyone looking for a lawyer should concider my experience if they do this to me it could be anyone else my next step to take is to file a grievance and see if they can help me collect my own money that i suffered and still do

Just spoke to this law firm, I would not reconnect this law firm. Stay far away. Their first duty is to the court, if a judge tells any one of their lawyers not to wear a certain suit again they will bend over backwards. Their duty is not in the best interest of the child but to the court first! Do not hire this firm, they will not argue your case in court. They will let the judge violate your rights and help them do it. When I heard this from their attorney during the consultation I immediately asked where is the duty to your client and the best interest of the child? She hung up. When a lawyers says their first duty is to the court that means you should run! Don’t be to quick to hire an attorney, look around ask questions because lawyers like these will backstab their clients!

A while back I was in need of a lawyer to handle a tax issue I was having. I must admit that it literally kept me up at night, and seemed impossible to overcome. I HIGHLY Recommend Attorney Zachary O'Neal Luce. His Firm and Staff are very patient and professional. I was in a terrible auto accident that destroyed my GMC Yukon. We were luck to survive the crash. I suffered some injuries and was referred to outstanding doctors and rehabilitation that got me back on my feet again. I was able to recover and get back to normal life within a relatively short period after the accident. I cannot say enough about Mr. Luce and the way his Firm attended to my every need to include winning my case. The large settlement I received was nice but I feel it's secondary to the way I was treated by Mr. Luce and the Firm during this difficult time in my life. It's hard to say how important that part is during difficult times and hard to put a price on great customer service and compassion.

Zach Luce is currently handling our auto accident case. I was referred to him by a family member who had a wonderful experience with him, and after doing my research I decided to select him and his firm DLG Luce.
My case is not one that is going result in a million dollar verdict, but from our first conversation over the phone I could tell that he genuinely cared to help me and my sister receive the best results, regardless of the amount of money he will end up making. He immediately got me in touch with the right care providers and handled my hospital bills. He gave me all the direction I needed on what to tell the insurance companies so they wouldn't trick me into giving them a statement and has been in direct communication with them on my behalf ever since.
His team is also very helpful and they never make me feel like I am bothering them or act too busy to help me out.
Mr. Luce has prepared me for what is to come and I feel very comfortable knowing that he is not afraid to go to trial if necessary. I trust his judgment because everything he has suggested so far has turned out better than I expected.
Hiring an attorney was an overwhelming thought for me when I had my accident. My sister also had no idea what to do because she lives in Mexico and is not familiar with the insurance system and the scams we would have encountered had we not hired an attorney and handled it ourselves. Mr. Luce and his team communicate with my sister (they are all bilingual!) to keep her updated on the status of the case, even though she is in another country.
I think a lot of people are scared to hire an attorney to handle their case because they don't know what to expect. I have never needed to look for a lawyer and when I did, I called one on my own and one a good friend of mine referred to me, the choice after talking to both was clear and easy. After speaking to Mr. Luce on the phone he was very sympathetic to my health and came to my home and spoke to me and explained everything in detail of what was to happen or be expected. He even went so far as to ask if i needed anything prior to his visit and after, as i could not drive due to my physical condition at the time. Mr. Luce was very courteous and not overbearing or pushy, he was very understanding and made no attempt to pressure me into hiring him at all. The time my case played out, was a long waiting game and he was very good at keeping me informed and explaining in detail what was going on. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case and the way it was handle by himself and his staff. If for some reason I ever needed a lawyer in the future, i would not hesitate to go with Mr. Zach Luce, and would refer him to anyone I know who may be in need of a lawyer.

Son unas personas tan desagradables y tan poco profesionales. En el 2022 pagamos 5 mil dólares a la abogada Monica Saenz para hacer una petición para mi hijo y para mi esposa. En ese entonces yo era residente. El año pasado me hice ciudadano y ellos vinieron con una visa de turista a Estados Unidos y ya no se regresaron a México. Cuando me hice ciudadano les pedí un ajuste de estatus. Al meter el ajuste de estatus nos dimos cuenta que ellos jamás sometieron un I 130 para mi hijo. Y ellos solo dijeron que eso no era necesario que porque mi hijo iba incluido con mi esposa. Pero eso no era verdad. Ellos no hicieron su trabajo y nos vieron la cara de tontos. Tenemos dos días pidiéndoles una solución y ellos no aceptan su error. Los asistentes muy groseros. no todos pero si la mayoría de ellos si. La abogada nunca nos dio la cara y después solo llamó para tratar de intimidar y asustar diciendo que no nos volviéramos a parar en sus oficinas que porque estábamos dañando sus instalaciones y en ningún momento eso fue así. Ellos tienen cámaras de seguridad y está claro que eso nunca fue así. No pierdan su dinero y su tiempo con estos abogados que solo roban el dinero y el tiempo.

7-10 day wait to get a phone call or email, maybe, then cancels the phone appointment you waited for, only to do more waiting and hoping as you try again. You have to beg her to pay attention to your case. Months of waiting and hoping she will take the next step or take the time to talk to you - then you get 10 minutes, maybe 15 at best (3 times over more than 7 months), then she has little to say about anything including the process. We went with her because of the claims on her website. Experience shows otherwise.

Hired this Atty. For my son, facing an MTRP felony probation. Cuellar did manage to get him a bail set,which doesn't happen much with probation violations. So that's the positive.
Negative, Mr.Cuellar does not return calls, letters,etc... I didn't expect the best results,considering the hard a** judge, but Cuellar kinda all but promised freedom and that turned into a couple years of TDCJ .
Overall,I wouldn't recommend him,don't expect your calls to be returned and look around!

Mr.Cuellar was my atty. on one felony case (MTRP) and 2 misdemeanors . In the beginning,was great , SOUNDING. "Let`s fight this" . Went from that to not returning any of my calls , Not letting my family know anything as a professional courtesy . Gave me his word he would visit me in jail (3 times) , Never did . Only returned a call when I mentioned the State Bar . Very unprofessional. A seasoned 'jailhouse lawyer' could have resolved the misdemeanors faster than he did. So I got ISF (90 days) for the MTRP , but couldn`t get started on that because Cuellar couldn`t/wouldn`t get me a court date to resolve simple,Non -enhanced misdemeanors ! There you go, choose wisely! Doesn`t even have a secretary to take phone calls, just leave a voicemail and HOPE he calls back.

He has done absolutely nothing to help my brother in laws case. He was in jail when his court date up they took him to a family violance court instead of criminal court. The judge ordered a RWOB till his reset trial court date. This attorney didnt fight for him he agreed with leaving him in jail without a bond!! Then when my sister called him he hung up on her. He is a horrible lawyer and will not fight for whats right. He should not even practice he just wants the money.

Due to major medical errors by my orthopedic surgeon, I am now living with the most painful chronic disease known to mankind. Our land/property attorney referred me to Samuel W. Royston to handle a medical malpractice case for me. We received NO communication from him for almost a year, other than through our property attorney. He never followed through with anything and deserves no less then a ZERO star rating. Because of his unprofessional attitude and lack communication, our case lapsed past the time when it was no longer a viable case. When he finally met with us, it was simply to apologize for not doing his job and to inform us that our time to file a suit had passed. Of course we were cognizant that there was a time limit, therefore our experience with Mr. Royston was an exercise in futility from beginning to end. Both my husband and myself would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere for an attorney.
