I was hit from behind on my way to work on January 22, 2014. My 2 year old car was totalled. I incurred neck pain and a pre-existing back condition was aggravated by the impact which eventually resulted in my having back surgery. The auto insurance companies, as they are prone to do, were being difficult and I felt I was being rail-roaded due to my lack of knowledge in this type situation as to responsible parties to injuries and damage incurred. Also, my medical insurance provider was being difficult since a 3rd party was involved. Dwight Feemster was recommended to me by someone I totally trust and so I gave him a call. At that point Dwight took over; he handled each issue promptly and professionally. I felt at ease knowing he was working this out for me. The entire process was completed in just a few months time, not years as I had expected. In short - Dwight Feemster is awesome! I would (and will) recommend him to anyone who needs legal help.

I could never understand the magnitude and depths of their motto “Aggressive Representation” until I found myself indicted on federal charges in which the court reassured me with all certainty that I would face several years if found guilty. I was immediately made aware that most federal cases do not avoid going to trial, regardless of whether they have little or much evidence. The chances of the government dropping the charges, as cited in past cases involving the government, were slim to totally impossible. I was in dire need of an attorney with “Aggressive Representation.” I had never been in trouble with the law before, and could not image going to prison for something I did not commit. Fear and anxiety kept me awake at night all of these things are in the past now, because today, against all odds, I am free, and I owe that to the “Aggressive Representation” of Nye and Siamos Attorneys at Law. From the very beginning, my attorney, Attorney Nye, proved that my best interest was of primary importance. We built an attorney/client relationship from the threshold of the legal process. Communication, whether through phone calls or visits to the firm, were consistent and meaningful. He helped me to understand all of the particulars of my case, and kept me informed of our progress. He examined and reexamined witnesses to get to the truth. He spoke to necessary persons with boldness, confidence, and competence concerning me. John was referred to me by my Father and Step-Mother after I was injured in a car accident. He had helped them a few years before and they insisted I call John, even though I don't live in Savannah. (I do live in Georgia)
I am so glad they gave me this advice! I have permanent injuries and John and Adam were able to navigate the insurance red tape while I was able to heal. They did a fantastic job , much, much better than I could have done myself.
They always called me when something was going on. They took care of everything.
If you are in an accident, take my advice and call John Suthers before you deal with the insurance company!

I contacted offices of Harold J. Cronk regarding hitting a guard rail and leaving my car and not reporting it! My court dates were postponed a couple of times, but my attorney worked miracles. I was fortunate enough to not have the police show. But, regardless, the judge was very familiar with my lawyer and granted me a dismissal! I had this firm on retainer for the last 6 or so years for a child custody matter as i live out of state at first they were great but since 2021 they started raising there rates and billing thousands of dollars with no communication with me when there was nothing going on in my case then when I dispute the charges it takes 6 months for the attorney to call me about it had a discussion about how to end the case and the fraudulent billing and was told she was going to fix the problem received a email a few days later that they were removing themselves from my case and refused to talk further just continued to send billing statements worse lawfirm if you have a case that isn't quick and easy
Beware anyone who has them or is looking at hiring them in the savannah area be prepared to be ripped off
Ps To owner maybe pay attention to your lawfirm and less about your podcasts and seminars
Im sure I'll get some bs auto response from owner just know I had too finish my case myself and did a better job with better outcome then with them representing me and didn't cost me thousands of dollars magic

I had this firm on retainer for the last 6 or so years for a child custody matter as i live out of state at first they were great but since 2021 they started raising there rates and billing thousands of dollars with no communication with me when there was nothing going on in my case then when I dispute the charges it takes 6 months for the attorney to call me about it had a discussion about how to end the case and the fraudulent billing and was told she was going to fix the problem received a email a few days later that they were removing themselves from my case and refused to talk further just continued to send billing statements worse lawfirm if you have a case that isn't quick and easy
Beware anyone who has them or is looking at hiring them in the savannah area be prepared to be ripped off

Im sure I'll get some bs auto response from owner just know I had too finish my case myself and did a better job with better outcome then with them representing me and didn't cost me thousands of dollars magic
