Great lawyer, friendly down to earth and non judgmental. He helped with a difficult auto accident case, when the insurance company wants trying to get over, and barely pay for injury damages. My name is Joseph M. Percoco and this is not another B.S. Review story. As a long term driver and valued employee of Fed Ex freight making over six figures a year who never once took a vacation in over 10 years and has earned yearly safety awards as a safe driver with zero accidents where I would have to drive 648 miles each day awoke one morning not able to return to work and was denied unemployment by my employer and was also denied workers compensation.
I can not go into detail as this is an ongoing case but I must tell you that I was turned down by other prominent law firms and was told that this case would be to hard to win and they were not interested because the amount of man hours that would have to be put in would be grater than the end result. My case was rejected by Lenahan & Dempsey , Merwinw Hanyon & Kaspszyk and a handful of others that you see on T.V.

Upon consulting Mr. Preate regarding allegations made against my 11 year old son - he eased all my worries and gave our family the confidence we needed to proceed accordingly. I hired him to handle a personal injury case and he did nothing for about 4 years and didn't fight for me with the case at all. I just let it go because I wanted to move on with my life, but that injury was permanent and he could have won easily with the witness I had and even the police were on my side. I learned the hard way do not just hire someone because they are in proximity to the courthouse.
