Erik is the Greatest! He was the third attorney I’ve had to turn to over the years and he was by far, the best lawyer in every aspect. My situation was difficult because I had moved from the area at the time and I was in a huge time crunch. Faith, in the office, went out of her way to make special arrangements to accommodate me, enabling us to meet. After my attorney dropped the ball on several occasions I had no choice but to find another attorney. A case that definitely needed a seasoned criminal defense attorney. I contacted Beckwith Law, after my conversation with Cristine she agreed to take my case even though it was already months into the process. She immediately grabbed the ball and ran with it. I followed every suggestion she made. I was patient as I knew she was working for me, she kept me updated to all aspects of the case. Beckwith Law assisted me in getting a no-contact order modified. It had been over year since the initial no-contact order was issued. Cristine's due diligence and explaining to me why being patient was best before the motion was filed. In my eyes it had been over a year since I was able to have communication with my life partner however, in the courts eyes it had only been four months. She understood that he did everything he needed to do and was able present a good argument to the judge to have the no-contact order lifted four months after his sentencing hearing. If you want an attorney who understands the judicial system and listen to their suggestions on how they handle a case Beckwith Law is an excellent choice.

Mr. Balerud was very helpful to me in an extremely difficult situation. I had been arrested for DUI, and since I had only ever gotten one speeding almost 20 years ago, I didn't know what to do! He met with me for a free one hour consultation, and discussed everything (to the last detail) that happened that day. He really listened to me, even taking notes, then went over all my options from best case scenario to worst. He was quick to meet me for my first court appearance, so I really felt like I wasn't alone, I had someone on my side. It can be a scary experience if you haven't been there before! Tom walked me through what to expect at each court appearance, advised me what I needed to do legally to fulfill court requirements, and helped me locate the assessment centers, and where to take my required classes. He was a great support, even offering words of encouragement as I cried! He was able to get my DUI charge changed to negligent driving, and I was able to save my self-respect and my job. I worked with John Acken regarding a collision I was in. He spent 2 long years working hard and advocating for me on my case. This was my first experience having a lawyer, let alone such a lengthy car accident resolution, but John and his staff were absolutely phenomenal. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from Mr. Gossing although it’s not GHG legal if you run into this attorney it’s hit or miss. I have read several reviews as to how great and attentive he is however at this point I feel it’s just personal because he is so unresponsive to me. I try not to be a bother but apparently that gets me nowhere as well. Throughout my bankruptcy I pretty much received the same service and when he and his previous business partner parted ways I felt a loyalty to him and stuck it out with his piss poor service because when he is responsive he is AMAZING!! Unfortunately that type of service an unresponsiveness is truly unacceptable. It seems as though he is way to busy to even attempt to make you feel as a priority.

When we filed bankruptcy with the help of GHG Legal in March 2017, my credit score was around 500 and I had more than $500K in debt. Our bankruptcy discharged in July 2017. The attorney's there are nice except for a few like the one that helped me,. She was rude and screamed at me for wanting to get answers on why they took 2 years for such a low offer that didn't even include pain and suffering in the settlement offer . She told me if I didn't like it I could go find another attorney and hung up on me.. so un professional it's not funny. I don't recomend this firm to anyone. I guess I found out that you get what you pay for ,. They were cheaper and now I know why .
