Mr. Willaims was very helpful in sending to the county court paper work/transcript from the Federal Court and wrote a letter stating why this case should not be heard again due to the federal ruling. Shortly thereafter we received a letter from Mr. Willaims that the case was over. After many months of aggrevation, we could now go about our normal lives. We told Mr. Williams what was going on, and he kept us informed through the whole process, and he copied us on everything that was sent to the county court. Our family would recommend Mr. Williams to anyone.

We found ourselves in a somewhat embarassing position last year when our 19 year daughter was arrested for shoplifting. We were referred to Mr. Kim through a friend and contacted him for his help. Since she had never been arrested before he was able to work with the prosecutor and allow her to attend anti-theft classes which enabled her to have this minor charge expunged from her record. Without this expungement, she would not have been able to get the job she had been wanting for some time. Mr. Kim helped to ease our fears through this whole process and without his help, she might have been held back in life. Even though this was a minor charge, it was a big deal to our family and we can't thank Mr. Kim enough.

I want everyone to know that my personal experience with Mr. Kloosterman on two legal cases we faced with Mr. Kloosterman, in my opinion, and many others who I know, that know him, is that he is one of the best attorneys not only in East Tennessee but possibly the whole state of Tennessee.
Mr. Kloosterman has honor and integrity; I have witnessed this in and out of the courtroom and in trial. He fights for his clients, but at the same time, he also knows what is right not only as an officer of the court but also as a man of God. Everyone I have ever spoken to regarding Mr. Kloosterman, including other lawyers, judges, and state representatives, all have said nothing but the highest regard and respect for Mr. Kloosterman. Kloosterman helped me to have visitation with my only son while a scumbag named Todd tried to delay it for two years so I couldn't even see him ever, Dylan is very happy and doing well despite Todd. Dylans whole life has turned around for the better, me and his mother are getting along and would like to pursue damages against Todd and his little law firm. I'm hoping that Stephen Todd will be disbarred and dismissed for unethical behavior as I had to blackmail him into showing up to mediation because I had photo and video evidence that he was intentionally delaying meditations for over 4 months. Todd not only disrespected the courts but he also violated his oath, please someone report him and have him removed as an attorney.

Thank God for Wesley Southerland! He and his team went above and beyond for me after I had a car accident which resulted in a head injury (vision damage & memory issues) and neck/back injuries. The other driver was 100% at fault, but his insurance company refused to pay enough to even cover my medical costs. Wesley negotiated hard and long without giving up. He got me the maximum amount the other driver's policy covered! The settlement was five times more than the original offer AND Wesley accomplished this without us ever having to go to court! This was far more than I'd expected and such a relief.
I've worked with attorneys in other capacities on several occasions, and this team was by far the best of them all. They were prompt with communications and very understanding when I had other life issues that interfered with the progress of the case. Everyone in his office was a pleasure to work with. Well as a protection, in the event, a wreck occurs it is the law to have car insurance. And as I've seen that work or not in my case, still a wreck leaves you hurt in more than one way- opening you up as a target for more devices. Why does this attorney merit 5 stars? Mr. Peel recently represented me in motorcycle accident. The case took a long time but he and his staff stuck with it in a professional manner that kept me at ease. When the case ended up in mediation, Mr. Peel not only wisely advised me and my wife during the process but he was on the phone with the insurance companies and hospital reducing the amount that we would pay from the settlement. This in no way increased the amount that we would pay to Mr. Peel but increased the amount of money we would keep. A sum of 2 years ago I was charged with 6 aggravated assault charges, and later the DA felt I got the lesser charges so they decide to charge me with first degree attempted murder. I was arrested October 28, Mr. Reaves came on the 30th just two days after, I was impressed. When we first talked and he gave me a consultation he made sure he let me know that he will fight for me to the fullest extent. I didnt expect to much but I wasn't in full belief because I was in a city that wronged me, but over the course of 21 days in jail attorney Reaves built my confidence by displaying his incentive, knowledge, and determination. I was his first criminal case, so in all other metaphors he took those gloves off and prepared to win. He knew what possible outcomes could take place but his diligence allowed him not to be defeated. Even though I had no criminal history and I was eligible for first offense diversion he didnt take no plea, even when I was reindicted for the higher charge he never gave up on me. During the course of 2 years we had several trials and although he was a civil attorney he went against two of the most respected defense attorneys Memphis had to offer. But Mr. Reaves was prepared for them and surprised them as well. In the end result I can still be an engineer with my clear name because he was triumphant. I owe him so much more then money and gratitude he saved my life and I'm eternally grateful. If you ask me what Lawyer is the best for any situation civil and or criminal I will say attorney Reaves. He knows the value of your life and your possessions and he will fight for them with all he has.

I was injured in Nashville at a bar on Main Street. It was the middle of the afternoon and my jaw was fractured. Without going into detail, I will be having quite a bit of dental work in my future.

He told me not to worry and let him handle the rest, and so I did. After hiring Duke the only decision I had to make was whether to accept the offer from the insurance company, or not. He handled all the hospital bills and everything else. A few weeks later, everything was settled up. It's nice to have someone take over and handle everything, because I was getting nowhere trying to deal with the insurance company, even when I was hit from behind and the other person was clearly at fault.
