Although there was little time left to take action, Attorney Spurling was willing to take the case. He and his staff immediately took action and worked diligently on this case. Mr. Spurling helped me when I was in the deepest and darkest moment of my life. Most lawyers start the conversation with how much their retainer is, but the conversation on money was not his priority. Absolutely an incredible experience. Did absolutely everything promised and more. I hire Mr Lewis to represent me on divorce case. Worst mistake of my life. During trial, he was coughing up blood on his shirt and drooling on himself. My wife and I had two properties on the separate property. He failed to provide the deed Hearing for which I provided to him prior to her hearing. Cost me compensation on our second property. Didn’t sign the decree or review it, so my divorce got thrown out and I had to go through the process again. Such a horrible experience I’ve thought about going after his law license.

Matthew shrum handle a bunch of my cases I think there was a total of 7 or so a few 2nd degree felonies a couple 3rd and a state jail he originally got me an amazing offer to get all the cases dismissed through a pretrial diversion program unfortunately me and my ex wife wound up not working out and I messed that up anyways Matthew was still the attorney on my case after getting my pretrial diversion revoked he wound up getting me 3 years deferred adjudication In a extremely quick manner there was no going back to court four different times talking about different offers Mr. Shrum just had one conversation with the prosecutor and worked his magic and got me the amazing offer of 3 years deferred probation on one case and the other 6 or so got dropped he never hounded me for money and expressed through out these past 2 years of dealing with my cases that money is not why he does what he does Mr. Shrum is an amazing attorney and even more amazing of a human being he want to do nothing but help people through hard times I'm their life. If you choose any other attorney other than Matthew for your criminal cases you are stupid this man knows what he's doing in that court house and he's definitely someone you want on your team. Mr. Shrum handled my DWI case in San Antonio, TX. My original charge was a DWI with a BAC of 0.15 or higher but he was able to negotiate my case to be deferred adjudicated with some community service and online courses. The results of my case ended with the best possible outcome thanks to Matthew Shrum.

I was rear ended. I hired my Lawyer Reyes because I received a lead from my job. He told me that he would represent me and needed all information of the case. I explained that I was rear ended at stop light and was taken by ambulance to Baylor Hospital. I was treated and discovered I had neck, shoulder and lower back stiffness. Would require Thearpy and rehab. The professionals at Reyes led me to my necessary rehabilitation and recovery guidelines and also my car was totaled. They explained it would take a little time for all of the procedures following the accident but the group will keep me posted. I’m satisfied with their proficient handling of my case

Clark hermanson was recommened to me about 2 years ago when i was hit by a drunk driver.
My first car accident so didnt really know what to expect with the whole lawyer thing.
Just knew my car was totaled and i suffered some minor injuries thank god.
So i saw clark he took my case he was straight forward on what can happen.
Hes firm was also helpful during the case like hes asistant Rosy im assuming hes right hand.
Never kept me in the dark,kept me updated on whats to come n so forth.
They got me my money within a year which was pretty fast to me n it also came in at the right time i needed it haa.
I thought i got a fair amount and if i was ever in another one he would be the one i would go too.

I have used two separate lawyers for my child custody case that started in 2011, one in Houston and Mr. Anderson in Bellville. I paid a ton more for the one in Houston and was completely upset when all was said and done. I had been fighting for more than a year recently without a lawyer to just get a dime after my sons father stopped paying child support and nothing ever happened other than disappointments and many case resets. I hired Mr. Anderson in October 2018 2 weeks before my court date that has been being pushed back and reset since 2017, we were not only done with court, but I got more than I could ever have prayed for in less than a month. We went from fighting for 20K+ in child support to having the very absent but stubborn and toxic father sign his rights over to me without an adoption taking place.. in Harris County this is rare, but it's more than I ever dreamed of happening and exactly what we needed. Thanks to Mr. Anderson he turned 7 years of fighting into 1 month of winning, closure and freedom. I can't recommend this lawyer enough. If you need someone to fight for you, to do the unthinkable, to challenge the system, to go above and beyond all while explaining everything to you and really making sure you understand, and most importantly -winning, he's your guy! I can’t say enough about Josh Collum. I am so thankful to have him in my corner! My spouse and I were involved in a series and embarrassing situation against the PISD, involving abuse of authority against us at our own home, a police officer distort the version and we both were arrested, I was charged with a MISDEMEANOR for resistance of arrest and search and my spouse who is only 5’4” was charged with a FELONY 2 for assault of bodily injury to a Pasadena Police Officer. The mobile phone containing a video of the scene was confiscated from us and all video cameras were turned off from the police cars.
Joaquin personally visited our home for our first legal consultation to check the scene of the incident and decided to take both of our cases, in three months he was able to DISMISSED our cases, I was DISPOSED and my spouse was NO BILLED. During these period of time he always kept us informed of every step and detail.

I contacted this law firm regarding a dispute with my auto insurance company. On Friday 8/30/24 @ approximately 4:15pm. I called other law firms that probably closed early today due to the upcoming holiday on Monday as they did not answer. This lawfirm had a live representative that was not an answering service that actually answered, took my info/ reason for calling and sought assistance from their legal team to see if they would be able to assist me. I’m very pleased with the Stark law firm as a whole. Every person I talked to was very professional. I was involved in a wreck that I thought was going to be a minor ordeal. It ended up being a lot more thorough than I imagined and I had sustained an injury as well. Tadarious and his team worked hard to get a favorable outcome that was adequate for what I went through. Had to do much of Mr. Holladay's work myself, calling and giving the insurance companies information. Found out money was left on the table simply because claims were not filled in the appropriate amount of time. Seemed almost scared to fight case in court and pushed to settle out. Stay away if you're looking for a big pay day.

Unprofessional representation On 9/10/24 I found out that I was dropped from Holladay law firm. I found out by text from my therapy clinic. My son and I were hit by a drunk driver with a .178 blood alcohol level on 8/3/24. I call Terry Byant law firm soliciting my case to them. After taken my case I was asked some questions then I was recommended to Holladay law firm because they were close to my location. On 8/14/24 Holladay law firm was representing case. From the time Holladay law firm was representing us me and my son we were going to physical therapy. I was getting calls from doctors office to have one of their doctors check me out but time never permitted me so I called back the next week and I nolonger needed a physical check. On 9/10/24 I received a text message from a unknown number telling me that Holladay law firm dropped us on 8/28/24. I also received a message from the therapy clinic that we had been dropped and we had been going for three weeks. I never received any communication with Holladay law firm that they dropped us. I call Terry Byant law firm on 9/10/24 to find out any information because they were the ones who associated me with this law firm. I spoke with a lady name Veronica on 9/11/24 and she recommend I speak with Holladay law firm to get answers. I called Holladay law firm and ask to speak with Ashley or Jason and I was told they both were busy. I feel lies. Unprofessional wouldn't recommend Holladay law firm nor Terry Byant law firm to anyone because you're thinking you're being represented but all your getting is the run arounds and text messages saying our wifi is down so Unprofessional Holladay law firm. Very disappointed and left hanging.
