I was struck by a car while walking in a marked cross walk with a favorable signal. I received a traumatic brain injury and was unconscious for a substantial period of time. My friends recommended Tim when I needed a lawyer for my daughter. Tim is extremely helpful to fight back to insurance companies. After paid my medical bills, I am still getting money for return. I am glad I went wit him because before I hired him, insurance wanted me to sign off for $1200 to pay my medical bills. Instead, in the end I got over $4000 after the medical bills.

Mr Hansen was referred to me by another attorney to handle an accident where my car was rear-ended. The insurance company representing the person who struck my car completely stonewalled my attempts to get restitution. A friend recommended Scott who was handling her accident claim after expressing my frustrations to her. We also had a accident and were suffering from so much pain but the insurance wouldn't help us and we didn't know where to turn. From the first time we met with him he was amazing. He told us even if we didn't hire him he still wanted us to get us in contact with Doctors that were specific to our needed care. We felt like we were talking to a dear friend every time we spoke. He helped my family not only get the medical attention we needed but walked us thru all the processes. We felt like Scott and his firm were in our corner and took so much of the stress of the financial situation off our shoulders. Mr. Scott Bowen was recommended to us through a friend’s business lawyer. Upon reaching out, Scott got right back to us and consulted us on what was to come. This was a higher profile case than the average accident. He was sensitive to my partners situation. Under the circumstances I can imagine it made it more complicated on his end, which he handled with grace. The process which Scott represented her was top notch. Nelson Boyd Attorneys represented me in a bicycle crash and did an excellent job. They are a caring, professional team, where I got the benefit of them both working on my case together. Each brought their individual strengths to my representation.
As much as a legal intervention is an inherently stressful undertaking, Nelson Boyd made the experience as low-stress as possible. They did this by being good listeners, providing assurances that they were fighting for me, providing prompt and excellent communications, and always doing what they said they would do.
My suit was settled satisfactorily (they worked on contingency) prior to reaching court, which was preferable since it took nearly two years to get to that point-- though not due to any fault of Nelson Boyd. Going to court would likely have taken another six months or longer. My case involved personal injury and I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing this sort of representation -- and probably other issues, as well. At minimum, it will be worth your while to call them to discuss your problem.

So far they have been on top of things clear communication and got me into one of the best chiropractors/physical therapist. If I could give a negative 5 star I would they do not even deserve 1 star my husband went there with a serious injury to his back and stomach from being squished and penned against a machine that luckily didn’t kill him. We went to this place to get an attorney for professional help and got not one bit of professional help first off the attorney, Laura, Fedorko has very poor communication, she excepted my husband’s case and I feel like she didn’t do anything, except for maybe dispute a denial, but other than that was just sitting around like ducks, waiting for whatever to happen instead of fighting for her client like she should when my husband and I went into the office, to take bills that we are receiving from his injury, and give them updated APF papers for work they would get upset. The lady that works at the front decided it would be OK to holler at my husband when he was trying to talk and practically tell him to shut up not giving him a chance to say what he wanted to say after she told him that he had to pay his bills from the work injury, which is not our responsibility after that situation, Laura decided she was going to have her translator call to make an appointment not to give us updates on the case but to tell my husband that his wife is no longer allowed to have anything to do with his case no communications to help make things easier because I told her assistant upfront not to raise her voice and holler at my husband like that again to act professional, like she should and to tell her own client that he cannot go into the office or call that he had to go through a translator named Carlos and when he tried going through the translator, he would always have attitude as well and his response would be I don’t know I’m not a lawyer but then not even relay much of anything to the Laura so with that being said there is so much more but I don’t wanna get into everything however, if you’re looking for a professional attorney to help you in the situation that you are in DEFINITELY DO NO GO THROUGH PUTNAM you need somebody that is going to be more understanding more caring about their clients, more communicating and help their client get what they need and deserve you will not get that from this place and if you decide to go through them good luck hopefully you have better luck than we did. The only two times she made an appointment was because she wanted to vent because we were calling to try to find out if there was any new news on the case and that upset them Because apparently clients should not call or know any new updates or anything with your case you just need to give it to him and let it sit for who knows how many years because it’s a long process she says it makes it even longer when you don’t do anything to try to speed things up so if you decide to go with them, good luck, God bless and I hope you the best of luck

Many thanks to Harold and his team! Shirley at the Puyallup office location was Excellent to say the least. I have not been through any legal processes before and needed guidance, and was naturally skeptical at first. Overtime that changed as Shirley educated me along the way by taking the legal language and explaining it in a way that most would understand. Allowing me to make educated decisions as I figured out my best course of action. At the end of the day, their team made sure I came out whole once all was settled, and made sure I was well taken care of :)

Two weeks before we were set to move across country, I was served with a combination of papers that would not allow my son to move with me. I showed up to our first meeting nervous and a complete wreck, but I left feeling at ease and confident. Everything about our case was unusually rushed, but had you been sitting in the stands- you never would’ve guessed that Clarke had less than a week to prepare for our first court date. He took the time to listen and understand what I wanted, and then he fought hard for exactly that. There wasn’t a single phone call or meeting that left me feeling like I was talking to another monkey in a suit who only cared about the money. I felt like Clarke truly cared about me, my family, and our case. We are now living happily across the country (my son included) and I can’t thank Clarke enough for all of the work he put in to make this happen. I definitely recommend Mr. Tario to anyone needing representation for personal injury. He was professional and knowledgeable, and helped me win my case. I liked how at ease he was during the whole process from beginning to end. You can tell he's done this many times, and he knows what to expect and what to do next. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the additional fees. He is upfront about his 40% contingency fee and let's you know there is an additional charge for filing fees and whatnot. However the additional fees are 2000.00$ on top of the 40% which is already a little higher than the 33.3% that other lawyers charge. I just wish I would have known that or maybe I overlooked that in the contract.

John Wilson and the staff at RHHK was by my side for almost six years as we had to file suit against 2 insurance companies and deal with Covid. He was optimistic but also realistic. He prepared the case so well we netted over 96% of the insurance policies limits during our mediation. Even more importantly he referred me to a neck and back specialist who greatly reduced my pain at least temporarily. When he told me my insurance company only offered us 4% of the available funds and he recommended filing suit for the full limit I was quite surprised. But over the years the medical bills grew and will continue to accumulate, with this settlement I should be able to get the necessary treatment for years to come. I couldn't recommend him any higher.
