Got hit by a drunk driver. I think God kept me from dying. While in the emergency room I instinctively asked my wife to call a lawyer. She contacted Andrew the next day.
I was in the hospital about two weeks and after that out of work a good bit.
My health insurance paid the bills, but they kindly told me that they expected to be paid back by the auto insurance and I was glad that Andrew was able to take care of that for me. About a year after the accident Andrew presented me with a rather large check, which made me quite happy.
If this kind of thing happens to you the most important thing to do is always get medical treatment and always follow the doctor’s instructions. Keep track of all the money and time you spend getting medical treatment and let Andrew know how you feel.

We had an issue with our local cemetary, involving my daughter's burial and the issues we faced. It was a horrible, awful thing to have to face after the death of a child, but Kevin was there for us. After my initial denial for social security disability, I did what most do, l googled lawyers specializing in social securit disability claims. I randomly picked Ronald Harman and, boy, did I get lucky. But, more so than lucky, choosing Mr. Harman was the best possible choice as my legal representation that I could have done.
I contacted the law office and within several hours, Mr. Harman himself returned my call. We just briefly discussed my need for a lawyer and he had his legal assistant, Windy schedule an appointment.
My initial meeting with Mr. Harman was extremely thorough. He, point blank, informed me that he would not take on my case if he thought he couldn't win it.
His legal knowledge of the Social Security Administration, in particular, the legal aspects of the disability insurance claims portion, was overwhelmingly spellbinding. From knowing the simplest issues of forms to the more critical issues of what is necessary from physicians, what type of Physicians in conjunction with my illnesses, etc. It was imperative to him that the flow of communication between myself and his office be fluent. I never hesitated to contact the office with any questions and was never not contacted in a timely fashion.
The more that we met, the more comfortable I felt with Mr. Harman.
Three weeks prior to my hearing he scheduled what he thought would be a critical examination with a physician, other than my own. And it ended up being significantly critical to my claims outcome.
That same week, we had our final meeting before my hearing. Afterwards, I felt extremely comfortable and ready for my hearing.
The morning of the hearing, he ask if there were going to be any surprises for him, did I have any last minute questions, did I feel comfortable, was I okay?
He had me so extensively prepared for the hearing, and I had no doubt that he was.
Entered the conference room, proceeded with all of the legal necessities, and then the judge offered that he was going to make an off the record fully favorable decision but for one question. Once he asked me the question, talked to the Vocational Expert and Mr Harman for a few minutes and then announced a bench decision of fully favorable. Mr. Harman had succeeded at what he had set out to do, win my claim.
There is so much information that I could address here, but I just wanted the public to know, first hand, from a client, that you cannot go wrong if you choose Mr. Harman as your legal representative for your Social Security disability insurance claim.

I was hit by an ATV operated on a highway in rural WV while I was riding my Motorcycle. I lived, but shattered my shoulder blade, broke my right hand and tore my knee. Thank God the jerk had insurance but unfortunately it was State Farm. Even though the guy got a ticket for operating on a roadway, State Farm denied my claim; coming up with all sorts of stupid reasons why me getting hit by an off road vehicle with no lights, signals or plates was somehow my fault. To add insult to injury....it seemed nobody wanted to take my case! I called every attorney in the greater Morgantown area and was told that It wasn't quote: 'a slam dunk case'.
Thankfully Jon Godwin of Columbo Law agreed to hear my case. I went from nothing, to getting every penny due to me. Medical expenses-paid. Property damages-paid. Even an Under-insured claim against my own insurance to cover lost time from work. Jon was helpful and understanding, working with me for almost two years until resolution; and only making marginal profit on my case. He advised me on insurance law, policy limits, and even what to say and do 'heaven forbid' when/if this happens again.

I was hurt in a car accident that was not my fault. The insurance company offered to pay for my vehicle damage and medical cost but would not pay any more. I spoke with Mr. Patterson because someone told me he had done a good job for them. Mr. Patterson had the case scheduled for trial but the insurance company settled before the trial date. I did not have to pay Mr. Patterson to take my case. His fee came out of the settlement. After Mr. Patterson took his fee I still pocketed more than 5 times what the insurance company offered me. I know now that you need a good lawyer for insurance companies to treat you fair!

Spoke to Bill Frame, he was interested in my case, signed release forms, provided photos & CD with all my records. Bill Frame said he'd send them to an expert & get back to me within a few weeks since the case was time sensitive. After several weeks, I called & was told he was too busy to handle my case. WHAT! Bill Frame dropped the ball. Only words to describe how I view Bill Frame is unprofessional. Bet Bill Frame would be disappointed if a member of his family was treated this way. Not a man of his word.

After an auto accident I tried to get the other guy's insurance firm to settle. They delayed and delayed, until finally I went to Jeff Robinette. He told me there was a statue of limitations running, something I did not know. I gave him the case because I had to leave the country. Three months later I came back and he had a check for me, three times the amount I would have settled for, and far better than the nothing I would have received had he not told me of the time limit for filing. He saved my case, thanks Jeff.
