Benn working with Mr. Farahan for over a year, we was recommended to me and now I recommend him to you. In my DUI case things were looking very bad for me.. But Mr. Farahan pulled off the impossible and got me a slap on the wrist compared to the harsh sentence I was looking at. Just finished a final checkup with the Judge who had forgotten about this case and even he was surprised we got this sentence reduced! Great listener, saw angles I hadn't imagined, showed up on short notice to sit through a long boring meeting as if he had all day, and gave great suggestions during the meeting. My son rear ended a husband and wife in a very slow moving collision that caused very minor damage to both vehicles. A law suit was file two years later where the wife claimed she sustained serious back injuries asking for over $800,000 for future medical care.

I hired Hasidic a few months ago and it started off very good. He was very good at communicating at least when I would contact him. Sent me an email letting me know how much his law group would be demanding from my former employers and things seemed to be going great and afterwards, everything just stopped. I sent text messages requesting that if he could keep me updated with my case so that I won’t bother him that would be nice but of course that never happened. Time went by and I felt the need to reach out and find out what the status was and I didn’t hear anything, a month went by and after me texting and calling a good number of times to no reply and finally I called the main office to let them know I wanted to part my ways with them and that’s when he finally texted me to tell me he was on vacation and will review my case once he returned but could’ve told me that before leaving. Smh The lack of communication wasn’t there and overall just didn’t seem as professional as they should’ve been. I won’t say that can’t help others but definitely didn’t help me and I will never work with them again. I should’ve read other reviews being trying to work with them.

I would not recommend this firm for anyone. They're terrible and don't give a damn. If you look at their older reviews, you'll be tempted to sign up if they'll take you. They'll make it sound like they're doing you a favor, because they, "...only take high-value cases," etc. And then, they'll be nowhere to be found, and you'll be the bottom of the barrel. Go find a firm with people who actually care, who don't rest on their own laurels, and who will actually fight FOR you, not WITH you (like my first attorney at this firm did). Best of luck if you do choose them. It'll be a Hail Mary! Tina is too busy attending events in fancy dresses and doing interviews these days...I've never had any contact with her.
