Tripp was exactly the lawyer we needed, when we needed him. The contractors on my home ripped me off, walked off the job, did a flawed job of what was completed, needless to say they did not complete the entire job. To top things off, the contractors filed a lien on my house. There were several twists and turns throughout the case. Just before trail, I went into the hospital with no direct contact/planning from Tripp. Tripp was still prepared anyway despite being limited in the decisions he could make. Within the last two days of court, the contractors brought in a new hot shot attorney from out of state. The new attorney disregarded the discovery process since he was not involved. My first expert witness was promptly dismissed. The court went into continuance. Tripp managed get to the testimony from my first expert witness anyway. In the end, the judge dismissed the contractor's case and granted me a judgement. A two-attorney team did not have skill nor court room presence to defeat Tripp’s preparation, presentation and court room presence. I have only hired a few attorneys who all have done some great things for me. Tripp is the top of the list.

My husband and I made the difficult decision to let go of our attorney 2 weeks before our custody trial. We stumbled upon Tripp online and made the choice to hire him. It was the best decision we could have ever made. Tripp was the light at the end of our tunnel. Our only regret is that we didn't hire him from the very beginning.
Honesty: Our case was a very complicated one and Tripp accepted the daunting task! From the very beginning he was honest with us. There are quite a few attorneys that make a practice of giving you false hope, only to leave you distraught and completely blind-sighted with the judges verdict. Tripp is not one of these attorneys. He is going to be up front with you. You will know where you stand at all time.
He is a family man. This is very important if you want someone to fight for your family's rights. You want someone who has great morals and one who is compassionate.
Tripp is dedicated. He worked around the clock to get caught up on our case and prepare for trial.
In court Tripp was very detail oriented and organized. He knows the law and is very well respected and known in NWA.

Codie represented me in a criminal case where I was charged with multiple felonies. I was looking at 2 life sentences plus a lot of years. I had a public pretender who was scared of the prosecutors. I had heard that Codie was a up and coming attorney who was young brave hard working white man who would fight for anyone and liked to win for his client, no matter black, white, Mexican and no matter how much money you got. Everyone said he great, works hard, fights for what is right, loves winning, don’t take no trash talk from prosecutor and very smooth in court. I saw Codie in court one day and he was there for somebody else case and I watched him argue for that guy, and I knew right then I had to hire this guy. Codie would not talk to me until my public pretenderwas ok woth it. The three of us sit down, and I explained my case to Codie, and my public pretender said, I got him a good offer of 20 years, he should thank about taking it. Codie looked at him funny, then looked at me n said, do not take that offer or any offer. He told me right there he could win my case. He wanted a $15,000 detainer. I did not have $15,000. I barely had $15. Me being a poor, I didn’t expect Codie to take my case without me paying what he wanted and being good. Codie said, well, I see you’re not getting the representation you deserve, so bring him my weekly checkstub and I will pay him 10% of my check each week until I pay him in full. He said he wasn’t in the business of fixing one problem (my criminal charges) and creating another at the same time (making me go broke). He told me he had two rules, one was to never lie to him about anything. The second was to trust him and don’t talk to nobody else but him. If I followed those rules, he would win my case. We go to a jury trial, and during jury picking, Codie got rid of a white male juror because the prosecutors dad had represented that juror in the past. The judge did not like Codie because he stood up for us African Americans and didn’t play by the good ol white boy system rules, and was the best lawyer I’ve ever seen. Codie is the only white male lawyer I’ve seen in Arkansas that is honest when he says he don’t care what color you are, everyone deserves quality representation. So when Codie got rid of the white man on the jury, the judge called him a backwards racist. Codie isn’t racist against nobody. We continued to with my trial an watching Codie in court was like something you would see on TV. It took the jury 15 minutes, and they came back and found me not guilty on everything. Codie hugged me like I was his brother who had just been so free. When I say the man cares about his clients and is the best lawyer I’ve seen that wasn’t in a movie, I meen it. The jury was let go, and the judge told me I was a free man, and before court was over, Codie told the judge he didn’t appreciate his calling Codie a backwards racists in front of everyone in the courtroom that morning. The judge found Codie in contempt and fined him, but Codie said, well judge I guess you finally get something to that makes you happy. We both know how you wanted this case to turn out, and you didn’t get it. Then he put his arm around my neck, and we walked out of the court. He said, he told me to trust him, and he would win my case. I trust the man 1000%. He is the best, and he don’t care what color you are or how much money you have, he fights for you and never gives up. I am married now, have two kids, and a beautiful wife. I own my own business. I would not be here today if it wasn’t for an honest hard working unbiased attorney named Codie Martin. I owe him everything. Codie was 25-0 in jury trials last I heard. I’d say if you want a lawyer with a good record, you won’t find on that is undefeated like Codie. He is great.

On January my husband and his friend were traveling back to Texas, their car broke down in front of a cop, the car was searched 13k and 4 grams of weed wax were found, which my husband didn't know about, otherwise his "friend" wouldn't have taken blame, they were still taken to the county jail.Dearmore was the only one lawyer who took my husband's case being the fact that we are from another state (Tx) . Eventhough the bond was set at 3,500 Bondsman didn't want to take the risk either, they didn't think he was going to make it to all court days given. thankfully a lady referred me to Dearmore Law, who rapidly worked on the case. As soon as I contacted him he immediately visited my husband that same day, he then contacted me back and told me how much he would charge me for the case, which that too was very reasonable price, payment plans are also available which is great for everyone on low income. By Wednesday of the following week, he gave me the best knews, all charges were droped, and my husband was released. Thanks to his knowledge and hard work, we didn't have to travel 6 hours every other day to court days, and I really appreciate his help. I can honestly recommend his services to anyone

Want a smart, hard working, really sincere and honest lawyer on your side? Charles is that and more. He made us feel confident throughout on a child custody case that had been ongoing for years with several attorneys. He listened close, then worked with us on a plan of action that made sense and made sure that plan was supported by the law. He never made any promises, just delivered when it came time. Our goal became his. He also has a solid team as well that kept us informed & on track. He has years of experience with the judges that make decisions that impact your life. The details, history & evidence in the case are too much to note here. Suffice to say we basically won our case. We were well prepared thanks to his direction. This is the most straight forward and hard working attorney I have ever came in contact with. He doesn't tell his clients what they want to hear. He tells them the truth and what to expect and doesn't hold anything back. Some may not care for the way he conducts business with his clients, but he wants his clients to win and in order to do so he breaks them down and builds them back up so they will know what to expect in court. If you have any sort of domestic relations case, this is by far the best attorney to seeking legal counsel from in the state of Arkansas.

Tyler represented me in my divorce and custody case and a succeeding contempt hearing. In the initial divorce, I booked a consultation, having spoken to several attorneys. No attorney I spoke to before booking the consultation I feel had such a clear, immediate grasp of the circumstances I was facing. Tyler helped me to wake up and smell the coffee regarding my ex-husband, and work to protect my children. Thanks to him I was able to get temporary custody and use of the home, and then win full custody even with the joint-custody precedent. Thanks to this I was able to begin on a path to giving my children (and myself!) the kind of peace and loving home environment they deserve. Shortly (approximately 2 weeks) after the divorce was finalized, my ex-husband filed an egregious series of contempt charges against me. Tyler was willing to represent me, and worked with me regarding the payments. He counter filed against my ex-husband, and we were given a court date. We were able to come to a settlement in the waiting room before we saw the judge. In the agreement I got close to all that I asked for, and had some protections against similar behavior in the future, which gives me some much cherished peace of mind. I can absolutely say, Tyler is the kind of attorney you want in your corner in a divorce or custody matter!
