FATHERS BEWARE
Called looking for a family lawyer she didn’t care much about what I had to say with the situation of my children unless I had “3500” for just a “retainer” today without asking the age or gender or possible condition of the kids to show any amount of interest which should be a huge red flag if your looking for a family attorney. She’s probably a very great impactful divorce lawyer. Just based off the retainers fees she’s probably will leave you dry after legal fees good luck

If you need a good defense lawyer, Greg Klebanoff is the attorney you need. I was looking at spending the rest of my life in prison, because of his defense strategy I was given one year probation. My case took nearly four and half years to work through the court system. During all this time he always answered my phone calls and in a common sense way always explained to me what was going on in my case. If you truly need a good defense lawyer, Greg Klebanoff is who you need.

Worst experience ever! Wish I could give no stars! Amanda ignored my case for 6 months. She also didn’t respond to my attorney at Litem, when she would send emails! (Which I did respond to Amanda about) So I got a fine! She Keep asking for continuous for my case, which was put on me in court. Like I was trying to prolong my court date. Then send me an email telling me she hasn’t been working on my case & she was sorry! The night before I had court she had her paralegal call me to tell me she couldn’t make it to court! She had not filled any paperwork I asked her to file. Then the partner that showed up in court had no idea what was going on! Worst experience ever! Run far away from this law firm! This firm got me a $4000 fine for not responding to emails!

My case has involved many years, multiple states, and multiple court interventions. Trey has always answered my calls, text, or emails. I have NEVER had to wait for him. I NEVER had a question that didn't get answered quickly. There was even times that I literally asked the same question probably 10 times, and every time, Trey took his time and explained things to me until I understood it completely.
There isnt one thing I would change in how he handles his cases and clients. He honestly cares about you and your family, while most lawyers just care about the money.
I have hired Trey multiple times, and if I ever need another lawyer, I wont hesitate to call him again.

Hired Mr. Wright for a divorce and custody case filed against me in the state even though I’m active duty and am not living in Arkansas. Mr. Wright was fantastic, he answered every question I had and he got my case dismissed, rightfully so. He is very knowledgeable even when it comes to active duty military and their rights and laws. If you want a reasonable and winning attorney Mr. Wright is the guy. I 100% recommend.

Trey is an honest and hard working attorney. He will tell you exactly what he thinks and if you have a good case or not before taking anything more than a consult fee. He knows the law and he is not afraid to show some teeth if needed. We had a nasty custody battled and he was with us every step of the way. We won our case without ever having to go to court (a Dad got custody in Arkansas I know shocking but that is how great he is!). He pays attention to details and is always available to answer questions. His staff are very professional and nice as well. He is worth EVERY PENNY.

Codie represented me in a criminal case where I was charged with multiple felonies. I was looking at 2 life sentences plus a lot of years. I had a public pretender who was scared of the prosecutors. I had heard that Codie was a up and coming attorney who was young brave hard working white man who would fight for anyone and liked to win for his client, no matter black, white, Mexican and no matter how much money you got. Everyone said he great, works hard, fights for what is right, loves winning, don’t take no trash talk from prosecutor and very smooth in court. I saw Codie in court one day and he was there for somebody else case and I watched him argue for that guy, and I knew right then I had to hire this guy. Codie would not talk to me until my public pretenderwas ok woth it. The three of us sit down, and I explained my case to Codie, and my public pretender said, I got him a good offer of 20 years, he should thank about taking it. Codie looked at him funny, then looked at me n said, do not take that offer or any offer. He told me right there he could win my case. He wanted a $15,000 detainer. I did not have $15,000. I barely had $15. Me being a poor, I didn’t expect Codie to take my case without me paying what he wanted and being good. Codie said, well, I see you’re not getting the representation you deserve, so bring him my weekly checkstub and I will pay him 10% of my check each week until I pay him in full. He said he wasn’t in the business of fixing one problem (my criminal charges) and creating another at the same time (making me go broke). He told me he had two rules, one was to never lie to him about anything. The second was to trust him and don’t talk to nobody else but him. If I followed those rules, he would win my case. We go to a jury trial, and during jury picking, Codie got rid of a white male juror because the prosecutors dad had represented that juror in the past. The judge did not like Codie because he stood up for us African Americans and didn’t play by the good ol white boy system rules, and was the best lawyer I’ve ever seen. Codie is the only white male lawyer I’ve seen in Arkansas that is honest when he says he don’t care what color you are, everyone deserves quality representation. So when Codie got rid of the white man on the jury, the judge called him a backwards racist. Codie isn’t racist against nobody. We continued to with my trial an watching Codie in court was like something you would see on TV. It took the jury 15 minutes, and they came back and found me not guilty on everything. Codie hugged me like I was his brother who had just been so free. When I say the man cares about his clients and is the best lawyer I’ve seen that wasn’t in a movie, I meen it. The jury was let go, and the judge told me I was a free man, and before court was over, Codie told the judge he didn’t appreciate his calling Codie a backwards racists in front of everyone in the courtroom that morning. The judge found Codie in contempt and fined him, but Codie said, well judge I guess you finally get something to that makes you happy. We both know how you wanted this case to turn out, and you didn’t get it. Then he put his arm around my neck, and we walked out of the court. He said, he told me to trust him, and he would win my case. I trust the man 1000%. He is the best, and he don’t care what color you are or how much money you have, he fights for you and never gives up. I am married now, have two kids, and a beautiful wife. I own my own business. I would not be here today if it wasn’t for an honest hard working unbiased attorney named Codie Martin. I owe him everything. Codie was 25-0 in jury trials last I heard. I’d say if you want a lawyer with a good record, you won’t find on that is undefeated like Codie. He is great.

Want a smart, hard working, really sincere and honest lawyer on your side? Charles is that and more. He made us feel confident throughout on a child custody case that had been ongoing for years with several attorneys. He listened close, then worked with us on a plan of action that made sense and made sure that plan was supported by the law. He never made any promises, just delivered when it came time. Our goal became his. He also has a solid team as well that kept us informed & on track. He has years of experience with the judges that make decisions that impact your life. The details, history & evidence in the case are too much to note here. Suffice to say we basically won our case. We were well prepared thanks to his direction. I'm not a typical person to post reviews, but the service was worthy of it. There are plenty of lawyers for sure. This man stands out and deserves consideration, especially in a family law case.

Steve is as good as they get if you are a good client. He is reputable, and when I asked him to represent me he checked me out to make sure I was reputable. You can trust him not to take your money for representing you on a case you can't win, and that's a rare trait in attorneys. Chet is a lawyer that is known by 'word of mouth.' He doesn't have nor need extra advertisement, most of his clients are strictly referred by other clients. I was going through a dispute to terminate a temporary guardianship that I had with my sister. Subsequently, this led into a custody battle between my son’s mother and I. I found myself fighting for my son against a coalition of two female aggressors. I originally retained representation through two separate law firms over the course of a year but had to leave both because they were completely ineffective in showing proper attention to my case.
I was at my whit’s end and out of money when I found Roni nearly a year after filing the original termination of guardianship.
Roni was the consummate professional. She did not sell me a bill of goods or tell me what I wanted to hear just to get my business but was straight to the point about the fight we had ahead of us. When there was mis-communication between opposing counsels and the court, she was on top of every detail, taking leadership and even making allowances for myself on the financial end so I would not absorb all of the costs. Her retainer and services were extremely reasonable and competitive.
In court, Roni was prepared amidst an onslaught of attacks from two separate fronts. She was calm, cool, collected, yet aggressive when the moment warranted. She owned the room through poise, preparation, and confidence. I truly believe finding her when I did was a form of Divine intervention in my son’s life. He is in a safer place right now with a bright future because of her.

I was assigned to Katie Freeman, and it was great at first. Once paperwork was completed, Kayla provided me with someone else's court case, which, when I realized the mistake I returned promptly to make sure my court case wasn't given to that individual or someone else (very unprofessional). I let Kayla know and all she could say was "oops sorry". Once I paid my retainer, their communication method quickly declined to pretty much nothing. Communication is unprofessional and mostly non exsistant especially with Amanda; Emails, phone calls and messages go unanswered where you have to physically go down to the office to figure out what's going on. Annoying to say the least, especially when you paid this firm thousands just be ignored, or thinking you had a scheduled time with your attorney only to sit and watch that "scheduled time" come and go..Scheduling was never accomplished with Katie, even when you're standing in front Amanda making the appointment- Hey Amanda heres a thought, call the client and be honest about mistakes-right?-. This law firm is absolutely amazing. I have hired them twice for custody cases. Initially I hired Stephen Fisher back in 2017, he did such an excellent job then that when the problem aroused again I decided to hire him again back in September 2024. Unfortunately Stephen has had some medical things going on so Tara Putnam came and stood in as my attorney and boy am I glad she did!
