Rachel is a wonderful attorney. She has been a Godsend to me. I don’t know what I would have done without her. I had a previous attorney working on my divorce case and was getting nowhere. I contacted Rachel and she was kind enough to take my case. She stayed in close contact with me through out and I felt that she really cared about me and getting me the best settlement that she could. I am blessed to know her and she makes this world a better place. She has even reached out to me after my case was over to check on me and see how I was doing. I recently hired Rachel for a child custody case. She is the consummate professional, knows the law like the back of her hand and I always felt like she genuinely cared about me and my children. She had to deal with an extremely unprofessional and just downright obnoxious and petulant opposing counsel but she never backed down. Kept her cool and always prevailed. Ms. Williams helped me with my first-time nursing application. I had several arrests from my past and no idea how to explain this to the board of nursing in a way that would not have my application denied or delayed. Ms. Williams put together my explanation letter perfectly. I was given my ATT and official license after passing NCLEX with no delays or stipulations. Ms. Williams's whole team was amazing throughout my process and available for any questions or concerns I had. I can't thank them enough.

Bill is an incredibly effective, level-headed and thoughtful attorney. Not only did he provide a high level of expertise and guidance throughout the divorce process, he was able to advise on what areas were worth pursuing and fighting and what was not, so that I did not incur unnecessary billable hours. I was also pleased that he was always quick to respond, available for calls, and moved the case along quickly. He remained engaged and up-to-date on the status of my case, and never once passed me along to other attorneys in the firm. During the settlement process, he firmly pushed back on the other party when necessary, and guided us to an acceptable outcome. I am grateful I hired Bill to represent me in my divorce. Wish I had used Anita when I first filed for divorce. She has now corrected the areas that were left open by a previous attorney that caused issues not setting clear, outlined specifics that put me back in court. She is like a surgeon knowing what needs to get cut and what needs to be modified all in good health.
Smart, kind, is clear about expectations and looking at long term priorities for the parent and the child. Anita helped me to forecast what we needed at the moment then 5yrs, 10yrs down the road.

I was incredibly grateful to meet Craig. He was referred to me through a colleague at a very challenging point in my life. Deciding to file personal bankruptcy is heartbreaking. But Craig showed great compassion and understanding for my situation.

What I thought would be a relatively easy go with my now ex-wife turned into a protracted battle of everything. What should have been simple became contested. Thank goodness I decided to go with Emily Yu. She is the best.
If you need an attorney that is laser focused on your needs and desires and doesn't push you in the direction they want, Emily is for you. She is compassionate, articulate and is not afraid to go toe to toe with anyone. I loved how quickly she responded to my questions either in email or on the phone. I especially loved how I never felt like she was over billing me.
There is no other attorney I could recommend for a contested divorce. It's a guarantee that you spouse will not enjoy going up against her and opposing council will know they are in for a scrum. Emily is worth every one of your hard earned pennies.

What can I say. When I 1st went up to the office Adam was there a long with his team. And they IMMEDIATELY made me feel like family. Having to go through probate and a court appointed administrator I had to deal with a lot of different lawyers. Nothing compares to the way Adam and his team were. I NEVER had a problem getting him or anyone on the phone or an email response. Mind you I had given up because my case was turnt down by multiple lawyers. I absolutely MUST take the time to express my deep gratitude for the amazing services that were rendered by Attorney Lennon and her incredible paralegal Hannah Garcia. I filed for divorce from my husband in August 2023 and I hired counsel in July 2023 to guide me through this process. I interviewed a few lawyers whose names I got from other professionals. I went with David because of his bedside manner and the fact he told me how to save money through the divorce process while I felt the other lawyers just viewed me as a money stream. He gave me great advise and was always very responsive (I mean the guy would respond to my emails late into the evening and on weekends which always helped with my anxiety). I could tell our guardian ad litem and the other lawyer in the case respected him a lot and we were able to mediate and get the case resolved with an outcome I am very pleased with. Thanks David! Balean and Kristy kept me sane during the hardest year of my life and I am forever grateful.
I was too nervous to reach out to a divorce lawyer even though it was well past time, so a friend of mine who is a lawyer in another area talked me into it and recommended these two personally. I can't say enough good things so I'll try and break it down into the things that are/were important to me in a divorce.
They are NOT pushy. I was so nervous the first call, I did not want to get a divorce. I even (politely) told them I hope we don't ever need to talk again. They were extremely supportive. Not one single time did either of them push me towards a divorce. They answered all my questions honestly and thoughtfully and I never felt rushed.
On the flip side of that, they are also very cognizant that their time is expensive. So for me, it is very hard to find a lawyer who is constantly aware of running up your tab, but personable enough to trust them and not feel like just another check in the spreadsheet. On top of that, I have ADHD so I can get off on a tangent with the best of them. Both Kristy and Balean we're very good at redirecting me into the areas that mattered and pushing me though the areas that didn't without letting me get hung up on them.
They are extremely prompt (during business hours, I cant speak to otherwise because I don't expect people to work 24/7), I don't think I ever waited a full day for a reply. You WILL feel like a priority. Which frankly with how being a lawyer works, is pretty remarkable.
They know their stuff. I don't know a better way to put that. And if they don't know, they make it a priority to find out. I had a few odd snafus with property issues and a few (lets say less than reasonable) demands from my now ex, and if I had a question they tracked it down if they weren't already sure.
They are generally fun and calming presences. Mediation went for a full day, so Balean was trapped in a room with me for probably 12 straight hours. And if you aren't aware (i certainly wasn't), mediation is very much hurry up and wait. When we had the mediator, it was 100% business. When she was in the other room, we walked through everything we needed to discuss, got advice, and then were able to relax and recharge a bit before the next turn. As you can imagine, its an emotional time. I went from needing to pace the hallways angry to bouncing off the walls bored to everything in between and not once did Balean get even slightly irritated with me. They are VERY aware that you're going though something and that while we need to be efficient there also needs to be room for you to be a person with feelings and needs.
So if you don't read all of that, the important bits are they are going to make you a priority and you'll feel like it, they will not run up your bill for no reason and will be honest when they think something may do so, they give you grace to be going though something hard, while also getting you though it in a prompt and efficient and competent manner. I absolutely would not even consider another legal team if these guys are available. I can't speak highly enough of this firm.

I interviewed quite a few attorneys but only Charles had the experience and character to navigate dynamic legal challenges without resorting to dirty tactics. Charles established and maintained a firm and respectful strategy that was sound from the start. Tired of her unethical actions towards, a loved ones case in Cobb county, as a public defender. I have been dealing with this lawyer for over a year and she has visited my family member 1 time and knows nothing about his cases. I call for updates she has hung up on me or more than 2 occasions. Everyone deserves her to handle their cases for the best possible outcome per the state bar. This lawyer is also on social media making videos,when she could be studying my family members case. This has been a road with this lawyer as I would give her less than 1 star if I could because of the way she has treated my family member in their court case in Cobb county. Instead of admitting she knows nothing about his cases (felony) & her YSL case is her priority she denies and lies as if she has visited when it is documented that she has not but once. Every case she takes or is assigned to, deserve a fair chance of representation & the oath states that she is supposed to “adhere to all articles of conduct while working tirelessly for the best possible outcome.” When I call to ask about updates she is rude. A life should be her concern paid or not! I will be complaining to state bar as this matter has been ongoing with her for over 1 year with her unprofessional manner.

As dramatic as the title is, Mr. Davis did just that. I was in the divorce of hell! Not to mention a custody battle that included IVF. The question was if the baby that I carried via RIVF( carried wife’s egg) was legally mine. As the state of Georgia does not legitimate children born of IVF, I was told that I was a biological stranger to my children. Like the child that was cut out of my uterus could be taken away from me as well as our son that was born a month before marriage. My life was literally being ripped apart! Mr. Davis did not offer any promises but assured me that we would take this thing head on. He did just that I was granted 50/50 custody to both of my children and child support. He’s a godsend! Followed all his recommendations and after serving the so called mental rehab facility with a formal petition to discharge my husband on a Friday at 455 pm and multiple hours of patiently waiting for my motion to be received by an employee that never gave it to him..
Guess what happened??
The same medical staff that said to my husband that petition won’t do anything called me the very next day at 9am stating that my husband was going to be discharged in a couple of minutes..
FOLLOW ALL HIS RECOMMENDATIONS! Yes the motion was one of the recommendations but some other magical touches expedited everything but I will let him share that with you as he knows what he’s doing and will definitely provide you with the best advice.
