I absolutely MUST take the time to express my deep gratitude for the amazing services that were rendered by Attorney Lennon and her incredible paralegal Hannah Garcia. I filed for divorce from my husband in August 2023 and I hired counsel in July 2023 to guide me through this process. I was so unhappy with the initial counsel I hired and truly felt like I was being forced to settle for terms that I was uncomfortable with and not being advocated for, which was both really scary and disheartening. Samantha and team were exceptional during my divorce process. They were accessible, communicative, and very prepared for when settlement negotiations began. Samantha's knowledge of local experts around restricted stock valuation and other nuances proved to be very helpful so I did not have to solicit those views on my own. I hired Gillian for what I already expected to be a difficult and complicated divorce, and which ended up taking unforeseen twists and turns I could not have ever imagined. I can't say enough about her knowledge, insight, and professionalism. She is a master multi-tasker, and most critically, was available and immediately responsive when my case became a series of one true crisis situation after the next. Even when my crisis cut into her personal time, she was there for me. There was no hand wringing or floor pacing wondering when or if she would respond ... it was always almost immediately and if she was tied up, she let me know right away when she would be able respond. She is a no-nonsense lawyer, extremely efficient, and caring. All of her gut assumptions about what I should do turned out to be accurate. I recently hired Rachel for a child custody case. She is the consummate professional, knows the law like the back of her hand and I always felt like she genuinely cared about me and my children. I was discouraged to go back to Court to fight for my kids' custody because they were in their late teens. Other attorneys told me that the judge would most likely let them live with their "preferred parent", due to their ages. Ashley understood that this case was not a simple custody dispute; it was parental alienation and it was hurting my kids. I was involved in a situation where a family member was harassing and stalking me incessantly, and the police would not act on removing her from our property unless I had a TPO. Ashley's office was able to jump on the case quickly and was able to secure an emergency TPO and 12-month TPO following multiple incidents. Unfortunately, the harassment and stalking did not stop there, but the situation became complicated when the perpetrator's physical location was unknown. Despite that, Ashley and her team supported us as we approached out renewal of the TPO extension, and Ashley was able to help us secure a permanent protection order to protect myself and my family from further harassment and stalking.

So I was referred to Attorney rouse by a good friend of my mother. I’m a cdl driver so I was looking for someone to help me with a major traffic violation that could have my license revoked for a long time. I called Mr. Rouse and he was very open about how we could go about things and what we should do moving forward with the case. He actually was very reasonable with pricing and worked with me as far as my budget. He advised me before I went to court to take a driver improvement course and to do some community service to make it a little easier on myself before going in front of the judge.this was actually great advice. We went to court and to my surprise the clerks and judge knew him on first name basis(that made me feel good) everything that he asked for , the judge granted. I left the court room only with a 300 dollar fine and no points on my cdl. Well later that night I didn’t know the rules as far as punishment for serious violations for cdl drivers. I check the dds and my cdl is suspended for 10 years, for a major lifetime violation. I immediately called attorney rouse and informed him. He advised me that the only thing we possibly could do was withdraw the plea. Normally with most lawyers, after the case is closed you have to pay another fee just to consult again. Attorney rouse was at the court house the next morning, I met him there and we withdrew the plea. Days passed by and I was weary because i was in fear of losing my livelihood. Attorney rouse advised me that since the head solicitor was not willing to give us a lesser please maybe we should try a bench trial. In my head when I think of trial, if you lose it could be bad for you. Of course this came with another fee, I really didn’t wanna try it but I took a step out in faith and trusted attorney rouse’s suggestion. We went to the bench trial and attorney rouse ate them alive. He told me months before, “ you could possibly beat this off of a technicality” I’m thinking nah man I’m cooked! Attorney rouse did his research and I walk out of the court room acquitted, all charges dropped. Before the trial attorney rouse and I talked about the fans leaving the stadium in the at the Atlanta Falcons vs. Tampa game and they still won. I’m not gonna lie I thought I was doomed but I watched him work in that court room for 2 hours straight, objection after objection…. When we walked out he looked at me and said you left the stadium but we won in OT! Hire this firm…. We highly recommend this guy. He’s straight up and down

I had a complicated criminal case that changed through the course of the two year case. Mr Rouse handles things in a professional manner comprehensive explanation of the situation once its time to handle his business he does just that I thought I was going to prison but he was able to get my sentance into something manageable. When he walks in the court room you can see the respect the court has for his work. He talks to you like a person not like a paid client doesn't make you feel dumb if your not educated on a situation he will explain in a kind clear and consice way. I was in the process of negotiating an uncontested divorce (outside of court) with my ex-spouse, when I was surprised by a court summons I received in the mail. My ex and her attorney filed a contested divorce case in the middle of negotiated an uncontested settlement! The attorney that was helping me prepare the uncontested divorce documents referred me to a list of trial attorneys, including Ed and team.
I happened to interviewed two other trail attorneys first, but I decided to go with Ed after our first conversation. Ed really understood my situation. Not only is he an experienced divorce attorney, but he also went through a difficult divorce himself. He helped me to put my situation into perspective and helped me to focus on the most important aspect, which was my children.
I worked with Ed and Bryson for 15 months. There were lots of court delays due to COVID in addition to my ex and I not coming to terms quickly. During the intake meeting (our first meeting to discuss the case), Bryson walked me through what the divorce process would most likely look like. He explained all of the steps we will go through and all of the opportunities to come to a settlement before we actually go to trial. He explained why people go through each step and what is most likely to happen for me based on my situation. Looking back, we ended up going through that exact process he laid out; and settling 2 weeks before the court date which he expected based on how far apart my ex and I were. We attended Zoom court hearings, in person mediation, and late case evaluation; in addition to many phone calls discussing all the complex aspects of my case.
One of the first accomplishments we had was establishing a temporary custody schedule with my kids. This is something that would never have happened without Ed and Bryson's help. I was having difficulty getting any type of regular schedule established with my ex. They were able to get my ex to agree to a fair schedule, which included half of the Christmas break just a few weeks before Christmas break. This is even prior to the first 30 day status conference with the judge. Over the course of the 15 months of negotiation, we were able to establish that I would have my kids 5 days out of every 14 days. This was after starting with only having them every other Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.
Bryson was great to work with. He is an experienced and knowledgable attorney; and he had longstanding relationships with many mediators, judges and other people involved in the Fulton County family court system. He was able to anticipate many people's perspectives, which went a long way with negotations. He is also an expert in family law with many years of experience. I recall one impressive moment during our late case evaluation. The late case evaluator was a former judge who is obviously an expert in family law himself. Bryson and the Judge were discussing some esoteric detqils of child support calculations as part of negotiating our position, when the former judge replied "Oh really? I didn't know that." Bryson referenced where the detail was explained and the former judge said "Wow, I've been doing this for 30 years and I never knew that. I still learn something new everyday."
The settlement agreement turned out to be extremely valuable. I have already cut and pasted from it numerous time in communications with my ex, when she decides rules don't apply to her. It has ended a few arguments before they even started. Even post divorce, Ed's advice is valuable and has helped me avoid problems as well as giving me a better understanding of legal options when my ex isn't following our settlement agreement.

My wife and I worked with Suzanne during a custody and child support modification that my ex-wife filed around the time when the previous poster who chose to remain "Anonymous" commented and gave a one-star rating. To that poster - you know your case better than anyone else including your attorney and if you catch something in a draft document that your attorney didn't - so what. It's your case so you should be reading the documents, catching things, and making changes/suggestions too. If there is something that is important to you, then stick to your guns. Don't blame your attorney because something that they might not view as important in the grand scheme of the case may be very important to you for some particular reason. So communicate that to you, it is important and why it is such and recognize that sometimes it is easier to give on something if it means you can move on.
For me, I was extremely pleased with Suzanne on everything from responsiveness, timeliness, counseling within the legal guidelines, documenting, settling, and finalizing the entire custody and child support modification. In working with Suzanne, I felt that it was a team effort - my wife and I had our role, Suzanne had hers, and we coordinated on everything in between - strategy, ideas, negotiating points, documentation, etc. She is very direct, engaging, and is very timely in her responses and turnaround time. Me and my wife recently finalized an adoption with Ms. Prescott. We initially started the process with another lawyer and was getting no where. My wife located Ms. Prescott and gave her a call. From the very first meeting we felt very comfortable with her and she was very excited to work our case. There were some snags along the way but not from their doing. I used sarah in 2017 for an amendment to my original divorce settlement. She was recommended by a friend who had used her for a contentious divorce. I did not want to use my original family attorney and I was specifically looking for a strong negotiator.
Our first meeting (paid consultation in 2016) was extremely informative. My original settlement was poorly written and I wanted Sarah’s help in amending it. Sarah laid out a game plan and was very forthright about my options. She’s strategic, wise, and excellent communicator. She gives attorneys a good reputation too as she was very honest with her billing.
I only wish I had retained her for my original settlement as I believe I would have spent half the time litigating and would have had an air tight order.
My experience with Sarah was she’s a non nonsense, get the job done phenomenal negotiator who has the empathy to deal with sensitive, complex family issues and knowledge to litigate and resolve custody disputes. I highly recommend her.
