David Schachter helped me thru my case against Amanda love.. he literally destroyed her, I’ve never met anyone so proud on what he does. The way he switches gears is incredible. He goes from being nice and friendly but once he steps into that court room he goes into attack mode during trial.. he is a surgeon in civil law, THE ART OF WAR! He keeps this book right next to you while seated in his office. While being counseled he goes straight to the point with you. I will always recommend David Schachter to any person looking for an attorney .. hands down best lawyer in Savannah or should I’ll say south east GA.

I’d like to give a special thank you to Karen Taylor over at Atlanta Personal Injury & Law. In my accident I was hit unexpectedly while stationary at a stop light, resulting in critical damage to my vehicle and long term damage to my physical health. I initially hired them to cover the medical bills, but they went above and beyond for me. I would completely recommend them. They were efficient and timely. I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Williams and her amazing team of women. I had a scary ex who had walked all over me in the state we lived before and my previous lawyers did not have my back and had written up horrible orders that gave my ex the ability to mess with my daughters life to try and hurt me. Ms. Williams nipped that right in the butt and got us new orders written up that protected me and my daughter. On top of that she was able to finally put him in his place and get us tie breaker. Something we have never been able to have in my daughter’s entire life. My previous lawyer I had to baby sit and I had to fight for my daughter in court while this lawyer stood by and watched my cry. my experience with Ms. Williams was the complete opposite. She had my back the entire time and I am eternally grateful and will contact her if we ever need her again.

Rachel is a wonderful attorney. She has been a Godsend to me. I don’t know what I would have done without her. I had a previous attorney working on my divorce case and was getting nowhere. I contacted Rachel and she was kind enough to take my case. She stayed in close contact with me through out and I felt that she really cared about me and getting me the best settlement that she could. I recently hired Rachel for a child custody case. She is the consummate professional, knows the law like the back of her hand and I always felt like she genuinely cared about me and my children. She had to deal with an extremely unprofessional and just downright obnoxious and petulant opposing counsel but she never backed down. Kept her cool and always prevailed. Zero stars. Constantly felt like my counsel was working more closely to appeasement of opposing counsel rather than what I overpaid for. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. You would be better of retaining a lawyer that you pay as you go as opposed to overpaying a non refundable retainer to this firm. The only reason it is not zero is that I wouldn’t be allowed to post this and warn against signing up for this firm. Shop around and save some money would most definitely be my advice. Thx

I want to personally thank Mr. Wosnik. He recently represented me in my divorce case. I came to him from an attorney that I did not feel understood me or the gravity of my case. I want to first thank Wosnik Law for such an AMAZING Job. They helped me this week with my son’s case. Mr. Wosnik is so kind and soft spoken, he will tell you upfront what to expect. Everything he told me exceeded my expectations beyond human understanding. I went to court with Mr. Robbie and the judge 👨⚖️ gave us a dismissal of additional probation. I know it was the gracious hand ✋ of God working through the attorneys but I have to give them credit for their professionalism, knowledge, wisdom and understanding. Ms. Williams helped me with my first-time nursing application. I had several arrests from my past and no idea how to explain this to the board of nursing in a way that would not have my application denied or delayed. Ms. Williams put together my explanation letter perfectly. I was given my ATT and official license after passing NCLEX with no delays or stipulations. Bill is an incredibly effective, level-headed and thoughtful attorney. Not only did he provide a high level of expertise and guidance throughout the divorce process, he was able to advise on what areas were worth pursuing and fighting and what was not, so that I did not incur unnecessary billable hours. I was also pleased that he was always quick to respond, available for calls, and moved the case along quickly. He remained engaged and up-to-date on the status of my case, and never once passed me along to other attorneys in the firm. His paralegal Emily that helps with the initial interview is the sweetest, compassionate person to talk with and allows you all the time you need to talk.
Attorney Church has a great knowledge of the law, he invest a lot of time in his cases, explains everything to your level, always responds to your questions/concerns. As a family member, I feel he went beyond what most lawyers would do. The family is very involved in the clients case and they have questions too that he always is willing to take time to answer. Attorney Church was very compassionate and encouraging when we felt at the bottom and always respond to us also. I hired Phil McCurdy to represent me after Firing my previous attorney, two years into a lawsuit. My previous attorney acted in a way that would make you think he was working for the other side. Oh my God! Never in my wildest dream did I ever think I would need a lawyer, but I am blessed to have Mr. Orlando as a friend, who was able to get Mr Scott (my lawyer) to reach out to me ASAP. Being on workman comp really blew through my savings. The firm was very interested in my case and encouraging. When the settlement finally came in, I was satisfied, but my lawyer wasn't. He said, "That's not enough for what you went through, let me see if I can get maybe 5K more for you". Well he did better than that, he got me 12K more! The check cleared and I'm hoping to never need a lawyer again, but if I do this firm will/is my only choice.

The consultation with secretary/answering/paralegal was off putting. She asked questions that made no sense, Then asked why a case was put off by a solicitor for so long? That was a very huge red flag... Next when I told this assistant I wanted to do the attorney consult for $350 she starts asking me more questions? I'm assuming she misheard my request but at this point I was past wanting services with this firm. When I told her thank you but ill look elsewhere, she laughs and says "We've never lost a case". Unfortunately you lost a potential client. So 1 star.

Spent thousands of dollars with this firm and got nothing but excuses and over promises. They would even cancel meetings and when I got the final bill, they’d charge me for when when they canceled the meetings. Makes no sense. Now it’s Christmas and I don’t have my daughter. I want to start by saying that we are grateful for the end result Mark Hill was able to arrange for my boyfriend Steve's, misdemeanor criminal case in Forsyth County. However, our overall experience with his office was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and stressful.
After paying the fee upfront, we didn’t hear back for about a year. When we called to check in, we were told cases take time, which is fine—but there were no updates unless we reached out, even after requesting monthly updates.
Once the case moved forward, communication worsened, and there was confusion about court dates and plea arrangements. Mark was absent for two court appearances, and during the second, his assistant attorney, Terri Wells, tried pressuring my boyfriend into taking a plea deal in the courtroom without Mark’s presence. We had to delay the case again.
After this, we asked for a meeting with Mark at his office to clarify our options. When we arrived, Sarah Freeman, a paralegal we had never interacted in-depth with before, informed me that I was not allowed to attend the meeting, even though I had been involved in every step of the case until then (per my boyfriend's request). Fine. When I asked when this decision was made, she told me that "the office" had decided on this earlier that morning—as in SEVERAL HOURS before I had taken time off work on a Wednesday and commuted 3 hours to and from the office. When I voiced my frustration, she accused me of being "aggressive".
While the case outcome was positive, I cannot recommend this office due to the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect. The experience, especially with Ms. Freeman, was unacceptably stressful and unpleasant.
