Lauren Taylor was great! She's professional and, using her years of experience, was realistic on how to handle certain issues we ran into along the way. She's not your typical lawyer, she actually listens, cares about you & your family and isn't trying to charge a lot of money.. for us to ultimately get nowhere. (Some lawyers are just looking to nickel & dime you to death, she didn't).
She provided excellent guidance when I needed it the most and was very affordable. I would use her again and would/have recommended her to others!

Two and a half years ago our very happy and peaceful life in retirement came to a very sudden halt. His paralegal Emily that helps with the initial interview is the sweetest, compassionate person to talk with and allows you all the time you need to talk.

At my initial Divorce consult with Mr. Saginar, I was extremely impressed by his patience on wanting to understand my case. He was a great listener and asked me thorough questions that no other attorney, I had retained in the past, had asked. He provided a clear understanding of my options going forward and did not give me false expectations. He came across honest and caring. He even advised me, based on his personal experience, not as an attorney. He could sense my insecurities about my marriage and provided me with very wise advised. He was knowledgeable about the law and straight forward. I felt comfortable and at ease that Mr. Saginar will do his best to protect me. I wished I had met Mr. Saginar earlier in my case. The one hour free consult ended up being two hours, but Mr. Saginar did not rushed me or charged me for the extra time. He was courteous and professional the entire time. Mr. Saginar remained close by our side, the entire case. He was present in the court. He spoke to the judge privately. Mr. Saginar understood our side, and the need to ultimately have the entire proceeding expunged. --And while it did take months (as Mr. Saginar said that it would), ultimately the case was fully removed. As our lawyer, Mr. Saginar followed the case diligently. (He told us that he would check on the process every few weeks, and he did so). His knowledge let him know how long the process would extend. ---And how wonderful is it, when your 'advocate,' your lawyer, even joins you for lunch during the proceedings, to outline his immediate and long-range plans. Edwin really goes above and beyond in his practice. I used him for my custody case with my son. It was drawn out over the span of a year and he really didn't miss a beat. Honestly, I wouldnt use anyone else. My experience was as great as a terrible time in my life could have been. Ms. Marum gave brilliant guidance and offered solutions that I wouldnt have thought of otherwise. She was able to get to the bottom of what I truly wanted and needed for my young son and I. There were very delicate issues dealing with addiction, but Ms. Marum was able to navigate those issues well and provided support for the fact that I wanted to give my ex every opportunity to see our son, but wanted the security of making sure that relationship was a safe and healthy one. I honestly would recommend Ms. Marum to anyone navigating a difficult or complex divorce.

These last few years in have been dealing with hostage situation in the form of my Ex wife who choose to leave our marital home with our child. My previous representation IS a wreck and I had to find someone that actually could do the job.
Gina not only provided patience, logical standpoints and understanding but she also treated me like a person and not just a case or an income. Gina Grady of this lawy firm recently represented me for a case involving a divorce with children. She helped me settle this divorce, get a contempt against the children’s other parent for refusing visitation and in the end I got custody of my children because of their previously unstable living environment.
Both the firm and Mrs Grady were very professional and very responsive. They allowed me to do as much leg work as I could to help with the case and Mrs Grady would use all resources available, including conferring with other attorneys at the firm, to ensure that everything was handled and accurately and proficiently as possible.

I divorced 13 years ago and made the mistake of not requiring my ex-husband to refinance our mortgages. For the last 6 years, my ex consistently missed mortgage payments which destroyed my credit. Every attorney I spoke to about my situation said that I didn't have a case. Then I met Thad. My ex was forced to sell his house. Thankfully he sold it when he did because he hadn't made a payment in over 6 months and the house was in pre-foreclosure. Now I'm finally off of the mortgages after 13 years. I'm in control of my credit and can finally move on.

I went into this unfortunate situation completely unaware of what to expect. Constantly worried about what the final outcome would be, but in the end Catherine delivered in all aspects of representing me and my needs. In comparison to the opposing the counsel, it was so obvious that Catherine was better prepared, more knowledgable, better organized, and completely in control of the situation at all times. Going through a divorce is not something most people anticipate and there are no real guidelines to follow on what to do but Catherine sure was knowledgeable, compassionate and very good throughout the entire process. Emily (aka "Sandy") Bair is a woman of immense intellect, with the determination to do her best for her client. She is a woman of few words, but every word she speaks counts. She will never ramble on either in her office or in court. Judges respect that. Her preparation is meticulous. She will cut you off if you rattle on, to remind you that you are paying her to hear you vent, and that there are cheaper people to vent to.
My case had been going on for seven years when she took it over. I had just been through a hearing using another attorney. Having already been found in contempt, I hired Sandy Bair who appealed part of the court order and convinced the court to reduce my penalties as the action giving rise to the contempt had been performed by me immediately following and in accord with the specific and express legal advice of my former attorney.
Ms. Bair is now handling my QDRO/pension problems as my divorce was in 2004 and I still have not received the pension benefits I was awarded in the divorce. QDRO's are a very specific part of the law that is very complicated. She has done much legal research in that area and is very well-versed in the particulars of QDROs.
If you are looking for sweet and chatty, don't hire Sandy. If you are looking for an intelligent, experienced, straight-talking, hard-working, honest lawyer who can cut through legal BS- she is all that. I also think she is a female lawyer that men would be comfortable hiring.

Francis did an excellent job on my case. The outcome was great but more important than the outcome is that she really cared about my children’s well being and not a dollar . Although my divorce is what I consider the worst experience of my life, I have to give my attorney, Ms Debra Bryan a lot of credit,, for keeping me on track. The entire process was such a emotional roller coaster, and i whined entirely to much, but at the end of this process, my attorney (who I nickname mom) was able to secure me, a very nice and fair settlement. I had some serious and complicated residual issues from my divorce several years ago, and had previously been burned and set back by a few 'very seasoned' (and very terrible/burnt-out) attorneys, before Kelly. Based on my situation and prior experiences in court, I was fully expecting (and dreading) that my only option would be to return there, and fight for something with little chances of prevailing. I met with Kelly, gave her a pile of paperwork and notes to review, with the agreement that we would conference call soon to discuss her recommendations. During that initial meeting, Kelly impressed me with her both professional and caring review of my situation. She was quick to dismiss/filter things that weren't relevant, asked very direct questions, and outlined how we would progress. A few weeks later, when we conference called to review, she recommended three options, with the dreaded court date as #3 (last). Although I didn't believe that my ex-wife would accept anything, I agreed to start with Option #1, expecting it to lead to #2 and then #3. Kelly prepared what we needed for Option #1, sent it to me for approval, and then presented it to my ex-wife. To my surprise and relief, my ex accepted our requests. I firmly believe that what Kelly presented and how she presented it (tone) nudged my ex into agreement. I think that Kelly means business, and she was able to convey this to my ex in a non-threatening, yet motivating way. She has saved me a lot, because I believe most attorneys would have signed me up for court dates and lots of expense, more concerned for their billable hours than my welfare.

I hired Kelly specifically on a recommendation from a family member. I knew I needed someone who really knew what they were doing for my case, and knew I needed to be prepared for a potentially ugly fight. I made it clear from the beginning that I wanted to be fair, but not taken advantage of in resolving my case.
Kelly was purely professional in her handling. She made sure I was prepared each step of the way, and worked with me to provide a fair and equitable settlement of my case.
While Kelly is not the cheapest attorney out there, I knew going in that you get what you pay for. And I knew I better be prepared for a fight and not need to, rather than need to fight and be unprepared. Kelly's fees were reasonable for a top flight attorney, and quite frankly one of the best investments I think I have ever made.

After going through two other attorneys in a divorce/custody case that started over a year and a half ago, Sally took over and put an end to the madness. She immediately took action and got the ball moving. She's very direct and honest, and will let you know what's realistic and what she feels the best course of action is (and why), but she ultimately leaves the decision up to you and doesn't encourage you to do anything you don't really want to do.
