To tell the truth, divorce is never an easy process for the individuals involved, especially if they have children.
Finding the right lawyer to guide you through this journey can be quite challenging. I am currently in the midst of the process, and my lawyer decided to take a random detour, lengthening the process even more.
It is unfortunate that there are some individuals who choose a career in order to manipulate their clients during their most vulnerable time, siding with the other party and actively causing harm to people's lives. It is commendable to be a person of integrity and to take on cases with the intention of helping people rather than profiting at the expense of ruining their lives. I strongly advise against choosing Mr. Dustin as your lawyer. Please stay away!!

Neal was my second lawyer in my divorce. The different between Neal and my first lawyer was night and day. Instantly my case got back on track, negotiations with my ex happened and were agreed to. On top of this, Neal was there for me personally as I asked many, many questions. I felt secure in a time of my life where I was at my lowest. He is a very honest lawyer and will tell you what you need to hear; no over promises, no grand statements. In fact, he has told me a few times that something wasn't worth going after.
Later in life I was remarried and Neal helped me with those nuptial agreements. He handled them professionally and with haste.

On the last days of 2023, I am especially grateful to Andy, who supported and guided me through the darkest days of my life. I was abandoned after 30 years of devotion to the family. Steve Xu Chen not only let me down, betrayed me, but also hid large assets from me overseas! I only want to keep the house but Steve demands me to pay for his share, except that I don't have the money. I was so devastated! I lost my sleeps and dropped 20% weight. When I contacted Andy, he gave me his assertive words, "We will ask", "We shall see", but no fake promises. He was there whenever I needed to dump my thoughts and worries. After 2 years of persistence, we won the house! Now my young adult kids have a home to return, and my parents are celebrating the holidays with us! Steve smashed my precious family but Andy helped me to put it together again! Mark seemed knowledge and compassionate when first hired. Once I cut the check - all of that was down the drain. Took MONTHS to get any return phone calls or emails. Extremely disappointing and made a very emotional and difficult process much worse for all involved.

Mark did a great job getting my divorce finalized in under 4 months.
It was important to be final in 2018 and Mark got it done.
My now ex wife of 10 years and I agreed to use one attorney and that was Mark. He represented me and she was the Pro se... it only worked because Mark was great at explaining the details in a direct but calm and unbiased way. In other words She had to feel comfortable and she did.

Gregory, showed compassion, interest and concern for the outcome of my requests as a victim of the broken legal system. I believe everyday he had my back professionally. There are so many legal presidents with divorce I did not now. Probably would not of spent the money. Gregory did provide context on every step. I hired Greg while releasing my former attorney after a year of no progress and extreme unprofessionalism, who was also highly rated on attorney websites. After hiring Greg, my case started moving towards completion of my divorce and I had my decree in a few months. I came to Michael during what can only be called the worst period of my life. Going through a divorce is hard enough but at the same time my daughter was being treated for cancer and there was a pandemic going on. He was always calm and clear and helped me to do the same, taking me step by step through what seemed like an unmanageable process. These never really end well for the people involved but I was able to come away with my dignity and confidence intact with his help.

I retained Ms. Fetman for my divorce. It's difficult to know where to turn when you're faced with a divorce. Few of us have any prior experience with the legal ins and outs. I chose her due to her strong track record. Talk about a force of nature! She was extremely professional. She was honest and told me things I did not want to hear. I feel a good attorney gives clients bad news. In divorce cases there is always a good deal of bad news to be given. Ms. Fetman and I got along very well. Usually, I find working with an attorney to be challenging from the get-go. No matter how transparent I ask the attorney to be, anything goes. Not with Elizabeth. From the moment we met, communication was on point. Her suggestions were very well received.
