Ms. Ess came through like a true champion during the entire process. I tried to keep a semi-positive outlook during the first couple of months while locked up...but once she went into action, I was out in less than a week...and with NO probation! 2015 I was a single mom going through a horrific divorce . I wasn’t getting anywhere with my previous lawyer and fired that non experienced lawyer and contacted Hunt Hassler Miller law firm. I spoke with a nice paralegal named Jolyn. She gave a brief description of each lawyer in office . Caitlin Miller description stood out to me. She explained kindly Caitlin’s protocols and I knew she would be the one I would want to interview for my case . After meeting with Caitlin, I instantly hired her . She was so understanding and I could tell she personally cared about my situation and most importantly that office treated me like family. She is very detailed , thorough , and she listens . She knew how important my kids meant to me and keeping them safe . She did exactly that! She kept us safe ! She even seen me struggled financially through out the few years and bought diapers and wipes for my 3 kids . Her office set up payment arrangements with me which was a great help! I hired Jill after having my first consultation with her, to help me get through my divorce. I knew that my ex would try to run me over in court and as a male I was going to be in for the fight of my life. Jill was very understanding and so helpful throughout the fight. She helped me keep my time with my kids and helped me to get what I was deserved but being denied by my ex. After the divorce was final my ex made my life even harder and put my children in a situation that was even more dangerous, so I hired Jill again to help with the custody battle. After much fighting and a huge uphill climb she helped me gain full custody of my children and keep them safe. Not going to bite my tongue on this one. Was calling for a whole different reason. Caught a case and he went above and beyond to help me over the phone. When I say ever other lawyer I called wouldn’t even talk much with me unless money was involved I got disappointed. Sister found his number and called he told her to have me call, not only did he answer the phone he talked with me found out all the info informed me of what he believed he can make happen and didn’t settle till I was comfortable with the choice didn’t just tell me anything or have me accept just anything he’s definitely my go to guy from now on no hesitation.

Linda is a Phenomenal attorney. I hired her to protect my son. She did a wonderful job establishing legal paternity and establishing child support. She answers all my questions. Very approachable. Extremely determined and will stand her ground. There are attorneys who are too strict and do not have interpersonal skills but Linda does have great interpersonal skills.
