Words cannot fully express my gratitude for Michael Flaxman and his flawless, impeccable work.
Nearly ten years after my divorce, he came into my very complicated child custody case and immediately went to work understanding the intricacies that previously led to me obtaining primary custody. Christmas Foster injury Law Firm was extremely professional and courteous. I hired them after my car was totaled after a hit and run crash. I have never needed a lawyer to represent me in the past, so this was my first experience. I bet that, along with fictional depictions of lawyers, a person's first experience with a lawyer probably colors how they generally think of them. If I am correct in that idea, then my idea of lawyers is that they are awesome.
Levity aside, Ashlee and her firm (to include Sue, the paralegal) are fantastic. I was going through a divorce that was initially civil and was going to be a joint petition but my ex kept delaying for months. Eventually I had to hire an attorney and from day one Ashlee was attentive in understanding the particulars of my circumstances, my ideal outcome, and explaining to me what I could expect.
I am the type who researches and ask questions. Ashlee was always available via their client portal and, once she realized my personality was to know the details, she provided explanations of everything happening along the way.
I ended with a settlement that was in line with what I wanted. 100% without hesitation recommend.

Marshall Willick represented me in my child custody case. And he did an incredible job I seriously could not ask for a better lawyer. Marshal Willick, wow…just so amazing! I don’t know 5 stars can cut it on my feelings for how well I feel Marshal handled my case. He exceeded my expectations!
I highly recommend Marshal and all the legal staff at the Willick Law Group. I hired them to assist me in a complicated family matter and they were simply amazing in their handling of my case. The paralegals are so knowledgeable too and the team approach they utilized was paramount in the success of my case. I wish, I had hired them to handle my legal case initially, as I feel so doing, I would have likely saved money. They will use their expertise to help the courts see the truth from the get-go, which is so important-so your ex can not use the courts to create legal issues that cost you dearly financially years after the fact. The latter is so important when leaving a toxic situation, in hopes of the start of a new life.

I interned at Barnes Law Group when I thought that I wanted to be a Family Law attorney. While interning at the office I got to witness firsthand the internal workings, their services, and their staff. I can tell you that this staff puts a tremendous amount of work, attention, and strategy behind everything they do. Communications about clients’ cases, the weaknesses and how to better posture the case occupied most of the internal conversations amongst the people working there. This law office is extremely customer service oriented. During my tenure, I witnessed them win every case. It really was amazing. A woman I hadn't seen in years tried to collect child support monies from me for a kid that wasn't mine. I hadn't spoken to the woman in years. My girlfriend said I urgently needed an attorney. I contacted Attorney Barnes who explained how my wages could be garnished and I could even be put in jail for nonpayment of child support if I don't dna test and prove I am not the father. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, but after she showed me the law, I took the test and proved I wasn't the father. I'm glad I followed Attorney Barnes advice and left crazy in the rear view mirror. Highly recommend this attorney and firm.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Attorney Carol Barnes and Barnes Law Group. Everyone at Barnes Law Group was able to answer my questions when I called. When I sent an email, I always received an answer on the same day and most emails were answered within the hour. When I first spoke with Attorney Barnes, she outlined a strategy for handling my case. My case was handled successfully, and as Attorney Barnes had originally discussed. I received a bill each month for the work that was done on my case and the bills reflected the strategy originally agreed to. Ultimately, Attorney Barnes was able to settle the case without us having to go to trial. While I was relieved that we did not go to trial, I am confident that we would have won if we did. I was very scared when I first retained Barnes Law Group. Peter James esq. has been my armor and shield against my narcissistic Borderline personality ex-wife saying anything she thinks might sway the judge including (I kid you not) that I treat our daughter like "a modern-day Cinderella" in her actual motion! Peter often cited cases of precedence from memory during consultation and always included these in his written and verbal arguments. He did not waste time with hearsay and stuck to referencing actual requisites of family law for the judge to weigh against whatever false or twisted half truth that (sadly in Nevada) must be taken as true unless evidence to the contrary is provided. Peter is the only reason I have maintained primary custody of my kids and I am so grateful.

A divorce judgement that needed to be moved to Nevada, alimony in arrears and current alimony all had to be resolved. I could not have asked for a better firm than what I found at Christopher Tilman's office. The interactions I had with Kathy and Paulina were excellent and calming. This was a stressful situation for me and I always got an answer, either by phone or email. My interactions with Christopher were illuminating and honest. I never felt ignored. I retained McFarling Law and attorney Lesley Cohen for a recent child custody case. The matter was complex and required strong representation. I met with her and one other firm for a consultation, and I immediately decided to retain her services.

Attorney Cristina Hinds is by far one of the most impressive attorneys I've ever known. She was able to have my entire case dismissed in just two days from the date of my court appearance. I had requested a couple of continuance dates to court. They granted those to me. Unfortunately, during these continuance requests, I couldn't find an attorney who could take on my case without charging me an absurd amount of money (plus their travel expenses). It was Monday, August 19 when I started searching through my web browser and came up with a few attorneys. I asked God to help me find the right attorney. I came across with Cristina Hinds. I called her office and she took my call that evening. She decided to take my case after listening to my desperation. She emailed the court the details of my case, then spoke with the District Attorney and explained my situation. The District Attorney agreed to drop the charges and dismiss the entire case! This case was based on a traffic violation for following a commercial vehicle "too close" (according to the officer). The officer decided to give me a citation with a Criminal Charge (as misdemeanor). Bottom line, attorney Cristina Hinds fought my case successfully and did not charge an absurd amount of money. She was fair and most importantly got my case dismissed without prejudice one day prior to my court date. I highly endorse attorney Cristina Hinds to anyone who is in need of legal aid.
