I hired Carrie when my ex-wife filed to relocate my daughter to another state. I followed her advise and we began the process. We eventually had to go to trial. At trial she presented my case with poise. I was granted primary custody. Carrie did a great job on my case. Was very helpful and I had full faith that I was in good hands. Brittney handled my Divorce, which was relatively smooth, but 9 months later I found myself under attack by the x-wife, who filed bogus CPS and TPO cases against me in an attempt to take my son away, who we had joint custody of at the time. With the help of her unscrupulous, unethical council and a slow family court system her plan worked... for a while. Brittney was ALWAYS the consummate professional (even when I didn't want her to be!) and NEVER GAVE UP, even when things looked bleak. In the end we won... and we won BIG! I doubt there are many, if any, attorneys in Las Vegas that know the law as well as Brittney, and I know for a fact that much less skilled local attorneys charge WAY more money than Brittney for their services. She's fair, honest, and kicks A*** when necessary, like a legal Superhero! All she needs is a cape!

In less than 5 months after my divorce was completed, I had to hire another attorney to iron the kinks that should have been settled initially with my first attorney. I believe Mr. Acherman could have been more aggressive & not given up so quickly to the demands of the opposition to simply finish my case. Towards the end, it was clear & this is why I'm here filing motions today. If your case does not involve lots of money, & it's somewhat simple, he is the one to use to settle it perhaps. I would not hire him a second time after seeing the holes that were left after my divorce!

Not only did this firm provide advice to opposing counsel while intoxicated at at event in Reno - they regularly made me feel 100% accountable for my actions while simply protecting my young children from the Covid vaccine. My attorney and her boss, Brian, are through and through entitled liberals with no motives other than to destroy their clients that see things differently than they do. Brian hates this country, our morals, as well as those of his conservative clients. I have never felt more degraded, mortified, and slandered than I did working with him through the beginning of my divorce. If you have any scruples - stay away from this monster and the firm they have created.

My daughter and I hired Mr Compan before our consultation was even over. With the fear of loosing my grandchildren, her children. We went into Mr Compans office like two little kittens with our tails between our legs, swollen watery eyes from crying for weeks but let me assure you that when we walk out of there we both for the first time in weeks had smiles on our faces. We have had the pleasure of working with Joe Riccio and his staff recently for our son's divorce. He was 21 when he got married, and was married in CA, where his ex still resides. We weren't sure if two states being involved would be tricky. Joe knew exactly what needed to happen, and when, to benefit our son, and our case. His expertise was very apparent in our consultation.
