He will overcharge you and manipulate your invoices. Whatever he estimated your cost to be, expect to pay triple! Also, he won't answer your calls often! Make sure you have a backup lawyer, he will fail in trial! And charge you extra for it!

We had an issue with a burst pipe underneath our house that was causing extremely high water and electrical bills. My wife and I presented the situation to a handful of lawyers and experts to see what options we would have. Most of the other lawyers just wanted to get a deal done but Daniel took the time to sit with us, understand the full impact of the damage, send out an appraiser on his own dime, and eventually told us some options we had.

I was very pleased with the work of Mr. Panter in handling my case. From the very beginning, he sat down with me and explained the case to me, and how the judicial system works.
He explained to me all the legal fees involved, his expenses, and the expected costs to carry out my case. There was total transparency on his firm.
Mr. Panter explained to me the case, made sure understood all the issues, before obtaining consent to proceed with the case.
He educated me on his education, training and experience, and his experience in treating cases similar to mine.
He was easily available, and would return calls promptly, if he was busy.
Mr. Panter advised me on the confidentiality of the case, behavior such as posting on social media that could be detrimental to the case.

His website makes the misrepresentation that it is a free evaluation which makes people believe an attorney will be evaluating the case. They charged me $150 for a telephone consultation but claimed it was for a telephone evaluation (Misleading. I never received a valuation I only gave info. and schedule the telephone consult). Then the attorney Joseph told me that he would refund any unused retainer funds during the telephone conversation but when I got the retainer agreement, it stated NON-REFUNDABLE retainer of $12,000+ and that the money was earned upon receipt. When I asked him to remove the NON-REFUNDABLE term from the retainer, he refused and declined to represent me. It is my opinion from my initial dealings with him that he was not honest with me. And that he and his firm are very much aware that people are being misled to believe the term "schedule your free evaluation" is a "free consultation" by an attorney but they play on those words to get people to call the firm then they do a BAIT-N-SWITCH.

We reached out to Mr. Fisher for a phone consultation and he was very pleasant, patient, a good listener and most of all very professional. He answered all our questions and direct us on what to do going forward you would have thought he already handling the case. Even after he gave us that consultation over the phone we needed some clarity on a few things, so I called back and made a second appointment for another in person consultation. As a client of Cynthia Zuñiga Hernandez, it has been difficult to leave what you would consider negative feedback given the importance and weight these reviews have on a small private practice but my reflection is solely based on my personal experience as I hope to help any recent divorced mothers looking to receive competent representation. I engaged the services of a family law attorney with the expectation of receiving adequate representation throughout the intricate and emotionally taxing process of divorce. Regrettably, my choice of Cynthia Zuñiga Hernandez as legal counsel was a disastrous one. This attorney, who was hired to provide support and guidance, was instead unprofessional and overall left me feeling deserted. Cynthia Zuñiga, Esq negligence in her duties resulted in critical errors during the divorce proceedings. She lost contact with me after we accomplished to remove my Ex from my Health insurance, nearly 8 weeks trying to communicate with her about a mediation timeline. Cynthia continuously blamed the negligence on her co-worker who I assume is now her partner from Law Center of South Florida, P.A. She apologized profusely and mentioned she's shifting her area of law to probate and bankruptcy. What does her shift in a different area of law have to do with my case. The additional stress imposed proved to be insupportable and prompted me to caution others to avoid making a similar mistake in their choice of legal representation. This divorce continues since 2021 and has yet to be finalized. I would stay away from Cynthia Zuñiga Hernandez who goes by Cynthia Zuñiga, P.A. from Law Center of South Florida, P.A. and everyone who associates with her, you will be disappointed.

Absolutely the worst attorney I’ve ever dealt with . All those negative reviews you are reading and 100 percent correct . She is not an attorney she is a sale person . As soon as she collected her money she neglected and evaded total communication when all I needed was a release consent form . Her response being that her job is done . When I finally got a hold of her she sounded so frustrated and rude and hanged up the phone ! The worst unprofessional attorney ever .
