Trish is one of the most diligent and kind attorneys I've ever met and kindness is something that goes a long way in an unfriendly area like Family Law. I met Patricia Cistaro when she was a senior associate attorney working for a large family law practice in New Jersey. During my initial consultation with Patricia, she advised me of the requirements to support a viable alimony modification case. I was impressed with her expertise and candidness, so when I felt it was the right time to petition the courts for alimony modification, I sought out Patricia and found that she had started her own practice. I engaged Patricia to represent me in a motion to modify or terminate my alimony obligation due to a significant change in circumstances, my approaching retirement age, and my ex-wife’s suspected cohabitation.
Patricia provided valuable guidance to me with regard to obtaining evidence and providing documentation that I needed to support my case. She communicated with my ex-wife and espoused the benefits of trying to reach an agreement of modification without the necessity of filing a costly motion. Patricia communicated to my ex-wife the date we intended to file a motion with the court if we were unable to negotiate a modification. Just before the expiration of the deadline, my ex-wife gave notice of her imminent marriage and shortly thereafter signed a Consent Order that officially terminated my alimony obligation.
During Patricia’s engagement, I received “big” firm legal expertise and experience, but with a comfortable “small” firm closeness. Hopefully, I will never need to engage the services of a family law attorney again, but if I did, I would hire Patricia Cistaro without reservation.

Mrs. Mccaskill, Jennifer has been nothing but lovely to me and helped me out when I needed it the most. I’ve had several up-and-down situations with navigating through sticky custody situations , trying to get advice even recently even though , she was my lawyer in my final divorce case in 2018. She still continues to be a wonderful support and unbelievably knowledgeable on all aspects of Monmouth County court system, She is also very empathetic person, that has nothing but the best intentions for her clients!!!!

Sam Stoia represented me for almost a year during my divorce. When things got stressful and problems arose, Sam was always there to put out the fires. He was quick to call and/or email me back and extremely prepared in court. He has been very informative and knowledgeable throughout my entire case and made everything much easier on my end. He was also honorable in the sense that he never wanted to waste my money on frivolous court battles throughout the case.

Chuck Vuotto is the fourth attorney that I engaged to help me with my very complicated Family Law issue. He was the most professional, caring and thorough person I have dealt with professionally in many years. I was a law enforcement for 26 years on November 1, 2023, I retired, I had to give my ex-wife money from my pension after 18 years of been divorce. Very unprofessional and unethical. He went away on a trip and did not contact me when he returned. I had reach out to him to follow up about preparing for court. He reviewed the documents a couple of days before the hearing. On the eve of the hearing he said that he wouldn’t represent me and had me sign a substitution of attorney. He told me that he never wanted my case to begin with but that I kept going back. I had to appear the next day at court by myself and ask for an adjournment because I needed time to look for another attorney.

I was so lucky to have found her for my divorce. A co-worker was very unhappy with the terms of his divorce and complained about his wife's attorney. I immediately asked what the lawyer's name was. I was in a terrible situation in a 20 year marriage, I interviewed 3 attorneys before meeting Ms. Tambasco, she was the only one
willing to fight for me and my sons. She was so prepared for every court appearance and prepared me as well. It was a wonderful experience within a terrible experience. She out worked my ex husbands attorney and I'm sure made less I didn't feel it was about the money I felt she cared and still does. I called this place, and it cost 100 dollars just to ask questions to the lawyer all places i called i spoke to the paralegal for a free consultation and price was given. This was for a noncontested divorce, and the secretary wanted to charge me 100 dollars just for a few questions.
This means the guy probably charges an arm and a leg for his services. Uncontested divorces are the easiest cases when both partners are willing to divorce.

I should have used Ali from the start of a tumultuous divorce. I needed her to get the paperwork straightened out, as my last attorney was not prepared and didn't know the law too well.
Ali finalized everything for me and did not bleed my wallet dry. I had to divorce a guy who hid money and wouldn't comply.

I have to say though not the situation I ever wanted myself to be in William was beyond amazing. He was always in more corner through my divorce. Not only did he close my case in 60 days, he walked me through everything. I hired another attorney and that was a mistake, he was able to clean up their mess and end a very bitter divorce. I hired Gary Natale to represent me during an extremely contentious and bitter separation/divorce.
Mr. Natale was extremely professional and thorough. He kept me appraised during the entire process and gave me direct advice throughout.
He did not back down one inch with my Ex-wife, or her attorney.

Gary is my attorney and was my counsel during my divorce which entailed both a custody battle and one sided demands from the other side. Throughout the entire process (my divorce was finalized two weeks ago and it began in the winter of 2023) Gary was honest, knowledgeable, comforting but at the same time he did not sugar coat anything and lastly, he is a fighter for his clients. I received equal parenting time, none of the demands from the other side was in the final settlement and in fact, I did significantly better than I ever thought I would. I cannot express my gratitude for the outstanding legal support provided by Angela Scafuri. My divorce continues to be contentious with a mother who chooses to counter partner vs co-parent and constantly uses the child and lies to use the court to her advantage.
Navigating the complexities of family court can be emotionally draining but Angela has demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and empathy thus far throughout the process.

I made an appt for a consultation and prior to coming in I asked several times for an idea of retainer fee. Never asking for an exact amount but a ballpark idea. I had a budget I needed to stay within. I was told it was based on a case to case basis. I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time if I was going to be able to afford it. Again was ignored when I asked. I showed up for the consultation and the retainer agreement was already prepared before even talking to me. So it’s not based on the case. So they wasted their time and mine. Highly disappointed. I asked if I was able to pay a large part of the retainer and pay the rest off in a few weeks. Which I understand they don’t have to do but explaining my situation I was hoping they would work with me. I’m not upset about that I’m aggravated because they know their retainer fee and wasted my time and theirs.
