My trust was updated successfully the end of 2024. Thomas Tuohy was the lawyer who helped me with this—and his associates, of course. Thomas was a pleasure to work with—he was relaxed and didn’t pressure me. He brought up items that I may not have thought of and provided answers to all of my questions. I was referred to Shelley by a family friend, and I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience. Because anything regarding children is extremely sensitive, Shelley came in and helped me take charge of what was in the best interest of my child while maintaining my confidence. I will start from the beginning, Angela and her staff have always been professional first and for most but have that personal touch that makes a HUGE difference when dealing with family law matters. Everything in life starts with communication. Enholm law firm has always answered the phone with in just a few rings and returns emails in a timely manner. If I didn’t know that Angela and her staff had other clients I would think that I was the only person they dealt with. I cannot say enough about the amount of support that Enholm law has provided during the duration of my family matter. They have answered all of my questions in a supporting way without given me a false sense of hope at the same time. A very good friend of mine had highly recommended Angela Duhon. As it turned out her case load was full and could not take my case.
I ended up being blessed with Kylie Huffman-shayeb. She is caring on top of the case and usually response to an email within the hour. She’s even responded on holidays or weekends when she really doesn’t have to.
The father’s attorney never showed up for court would always extend things and never had any of the paper work he needed in on time. It also seemed like his lawyer was using another vacation as an excuse to delay things. This attorney had a two star rating on google which answered a lot of my questions.
I looked at Kylie’s reviews and of Course they where perfect
I was very pleased with her. My first court case, my son was placed back into my custody after losing him to DCS. The father even abandoned his apartment and moved out of state so I couldn’t track him down . She was able to figure this all out for me. I didn’t really have anyone to help me. I had done all that I could, and I felt lost. She took care of everything. I definitely felt comfortable asking her anything she was always so kind and had a great point of view.
She really knows the ropes and most of my attorney fees were owed back to me.

I used Kylie Huffman-Shayeb for my divorce case involving three minor children. She is considerate and pays very close attention to detail. Her communication to the court on my behalf was very precise, detailed and accurate. She knew exactly what my needs and concerns were, and she expressed them to the court in the best manner possible. In the end, my case never went to trial because we settled it through mediation. Kylie helped me mediate with my ex-wife's side. I do sometimes regret making the decision to try and solve things amicably (it was never amicable with my ex-wife) so we can all move on with our lives, but I'm sure if I did decide to go to trial, Kylie would have represented me well.

My divorce wasnt a mutual one, so I had to hire an attorney post my ex had already looked around the part of town I live in. It was a blessing in disguise as I traveled farther away to find Deshon. I knew she would be perfect for me in this hard time in life in just one meeting. It wasnt only for her compassion but her advise. She didnt tell me what I wanted to hear but what I should hear.
Its always expensive to go through attorneys but if you employ one who is smart you get most out of your money. Her entire team is smart and paid a lot of attention to detail. It sometimes is hard to find time with Deshon but you will always get the right answer. I truly appreciated working with her entire team Staci, Sara, Natalie, Jessica, Lisa etc.
It took over an year to get the final judgement and all settlement with custody etc. and I have no complaints. I was really impressed with Deshon at the hearing, she was against another 10 rated lawyer in the town and the opponent was totally out of her element and Deshon was smart, poised and eloquent in her part of defense. I am glad i had her on my side. Thanks!

He listened, he validated, and gave valuable feedback on each line item. I was very thorough in my search for an attorney since my case involved some complications. I would like to thank Jaburg Wilk Law Firm, specifically, David Uffens and Philomena Patino, for the incredible work they did handling my case. From the moment I retained them, there was an instant relief of stress lifted from my shoulders. They took the time to understand my situation, displayed genuine empathy, and helped me navigate one of the most stressful times in my life. We were able to come up with a separation agreement that addressed many of the significant issues in the beginning that I believe set me up for success later in the divorce. From the time I retained them to when I was legally divorced, it took about 10 months to resolve. Communication was great and I was kept up to date on everything through the entire process. I've had 3 lawyers since I got divorced 10 years ago and this is the first one who actually did what she said and said what she did. I'll admit, it was a rocky road at first. Kristen is relaxed and hard to rattle, and that was new to me. She helped calm me down when things got dramatic and asked me to be patient with ththe process, and I'm glad I did. Before trial she explained exactly what to expect and when we went to trial she was calm, organized and assertive. Our ruling was in my favor and almost exactly what she predicted it would be. hopefully we don't go back to court again but if we do I'll call her in a heartbeat.

Choosing a good family lawyer is the difference between being able to be with my children or not. I was lucky enough to find what I feel is the best family lawyer in Arizona.
Kristen truly cares about what is right and wrong and proves that in her work.
I am also very pleased with the fact that she does a lot of her own work and doesn't rely on a paralegal, so she's always up to date on the proceedings. She is just a very genuine person that happens to be great with her job as well..

When I hired Kristen I was a wreck, scared I was going to lose my kids. She listened to me throughout the process and was very reassuring. She was thorough and fair in representing me and always worked to fix things instead of creating more conflict with me and my ex. Thanks to her we settled without having to go to a trial and I was happy with the terms we agreed to. I hired Jack O'Connor to represent me for visitations of my daughter. Mr. O'Connor was very knowledgable and prepared for court. I had not seen my daughter over a year due to mother not allowing her to see me. I have been paying child support for four years and never missing one payment.
