I will say that after I had been through 3 other attorneys I met Jenn and she stepped into a disaster of a case worked together with my wife's counsel and in after 2.5 years of no progress, had it resolved and closed in 6 months. Feel it needs to be added that attorneys are people and can't make a decision go your way at their will. You as a client need to hold up and handle your part of the deal. Thank you again Jenn.

I had a custody battle that was drug out for FOUR years. Jennifer is very unprofessional as far as appearance and work ethic. She would not respond to things in a timely manor and when my case finally could’ve went to trial she decided it was best if I found different representation knowing I only had 20 days to file and she waited 5 days to even give me the new custody order, which I may add gave me LESS than I did before I started fighting for my daughter. She would use profanity and would show up to hearing looking like she just rolled out of bed. My evidence was not even presented on my side of the case that would disprove the opposing party. I will never recommend her to anyone, let alone ever use her again. Biggest waste of money ever!!!!!

The first time I met Jen, she gracefully went out of her way. Something I was not used to because, I assumed like most of my court appointed lawyers I was just a docket number. I could not have been more wrong. Right then I realized she is very charismatic and was not going to stand around waiting or expecting me to give up. I truly feel like if you are ever in my position, back against the wall nowhere to go but forward or fall, don't give up your Jen might be around the corner!

I Hired Mr. Tabano to handle my divorce. I feel that was money very well spent. I am amazed at how quickly he got results and how easy everything was in my case. Very friendly to deal with. And his fee is very fair. He explained what the different routes we could take if things didnt go as easy as they did, and the costs if it came to going that route, but he was also looking for every way to keep costs as low as possible. But like I said, he got results much sooner than I expected. I really didnt think anything would really happen until June when we started the process in the beginning of Feburary. Then covid. So I expected it to take longer. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Steve represented me in two different child custody cases. The outcome was what was fair and expected. Even having questions when he was unavailable, Steve would call and discuss my cases on his drive home. My respect went so far as to refer some in-laws and their family members , who were also happy with the final results. I even called him earlier this evening to discuss a close friends awkward situation. I am sure I will hear from him tomorrow concerning this situation.

From the experience I had with John Morris, I would not recommend to anyone. I was told at the beginning of my son’s divorce that should be know more than $3000. Only because he doesn’t have any assets at all nor did his ex wife. There are no children involved. Two years later after the ex finally decided to sign the paper work, we get an invoice of an additional $3500 dollars. They said he spent 16 hours on a divorce that had no assets, absolutely no property and no contest. It was just sitting on his desk waiting for the ex to sign. My son was charged $6500 for this. This is unethical.

There is so much chaos going on in Allegheny County with its property taxes, it's hard to make sense of it. I was unbelievably frustrated when the school district filed a base year appeal against my house, only for the appeal to be dragged out for two years, amidst several court cases going on about the legality of these types of appeals in the first place. Kevin helped save my sanity by making sense of this convoluted process and guiding me through it. I was impressed at how proactive he was at keeping track of developments and keeping me up to date. And his services were covered by a low flat fee. I am thankful he helped me through this process in the way he did.

I had an initial consultation with Kevin regarding an assessment appeal hearing that went very poorly. After I told Kevin I had submitted evidence prior to my assessment hearing he was inflexible and condescending. Rather than politely explaining why he was no longer able to help me because his firm takes an absolute position on their approach to these cases, he proceeded to lecture me about the ramifications of submitting evidence before a hearing. He acknowledged that other law firms will send evidence prior to these hearings which suggests that my reasonable action in following the instructions provided by the BPAAR in sending evidence before my hearing did not kill my case. Despite this, he rudely explained that there was nothing he could do.
I hadn't disclosed this prior to my call with Kevin, but I'm also a lawyer in the area and I was surprised by Kevin's unprofessional tone towards a potential client who was merely taking initiative in following the instructions provided by the BPAAR. I don't doubt Kevin's experience and ability to handle these matters. However, his condescending approach to client services were unprofessional and unnecessary.

I was fighting a losing battle against my mother for custody back of my son she had them for quite a few years and I had not the best background and it seemed like I was getting nowhere and there was no light at the end of the tunnel but then I found Salah Blaik and he helped me to finally reach the end of that tunnel and see the light. It took a little time and yes he is expensive but he is very much so worth every penny he takes the time out to get to know his clients their situation their family everything and is very honest with you and keeps you informed about everything covers all bases and puts the care and effort in to helping you. He got me custody back of my son and I couldn't be more ecstatic and grateful! I would recommend Cindy Trellis Bernstein without hesitation. Cindy handled my divorce case (no children) more than 20 years ago. There was a complicated settlement, which Cindy handled with utmost skill. Many years later I had occasion to hire Cindy again to handle a dispute regarding the divorce settlement. She was even more impressive, if that's possible. Her knowledge of the law, professionalism, attention to detail, response time, and ethics are beyond expectations. I hired Cindy, after being unhappy with more than one previous attorney. Let me tell you she is one of the BEST lawyers we could find. we had already been recomended a rebecca fegnoletto (sp?) and she turned out to be one of the WORST! i have to say despite ms. lubin's thirst for cash she really turned out to be the absolut best choice for me!

I gave him an average rating only because he did get the job done after months and months of back n forth emails and a lot of ignoring my emails, if he didn't know what I meant in my emails he would just ignore them instead of asking me, seems like he procrastinated a lot... But at the end he did get my case handled except at the end I had to beg for my remaining retainer back, I seen a disciplinary board online about him which I still took my chances with him being he was one of the cheapest attorneys around... But take this review as you will and make your own choice on hiring mr. john foster...!

Dan Glasser isn't a good lawyer. I do NOT recommend him. He wasn't prepared for the trial. He yells at his own clients during the trial in front of everyone. He is very arrogant and thus isn't very effective lawyer. When you first talk to him, he presents himself as a very good lawyer but very soon you'll realize that it's just a show and in reality he isn't good.

We got an appointment with Mr. Glasser one week after I called. He was very thorough and told us what to expect as well as how we were going proceed. He took down all the information about the case and told us the cost of his retainer. Once he received the retainer, he got right on the case and everything was filed at courts within a week.
