Jamie represented my family for our adoption in Pinal County. It had been a rocky few years to get to that point, and when it came time for the adoption to happen, we were in the middle of the pandemic and our hearts were broken, that it was going to happen over the phone. She and her staff arranged to do the adoption via Zoom, and we got to see the Judge and her in person. It was very thoughtful, and meant a lot to our family! She provided us with a packet of forms, and realistic time frames for how to get things done after the adoption was final, and even help fix the mistakes the court made when they misplaced some of our paperwork. I would recommend her and her friendly staff to anyone looking for an ally in this difficult process!

I have spent almost 7 years embroiled in a multitude of difficult situations with my ex-husband. During this time I have used the services of 5 attorneys. My most recent situation was the most challenging, and required an insightful and readily-available attorney. While I had used the services of Rose Law Group before, I had never used the services of Mr. Kaine Fisher. Initially, on a weekend, I sent Mr. Fisher a plethora of emails relating to the past 7 years of divorce issues. Much to my surprise, by Sunday, Mr. Fisher had answered my emails. He was there for me on an emergency basis (without an initial meeting). At that moment, I finally had some semblance of peace in navigating the legal waters ahead. During the ensuing 8 months, my child and I endured many situations that could easily have erupted into law enforcement and legal nightmares. Every step of the way Mr. Fisher responded to my inquiries and concerns with speed (even on weekends and holidays), patience, respect, logic and an obvious intricate understanding of the myriad of concerning factors. I hired Sandy when I was a freshman in college in 2013 when I got in some trouble. She was always there for me, truly cared, and got me a great deal. I have had to contact her to ask miscellaneous questions through the years and she was always happy to help and never forgot about me or the details of my case even many years later. (LONG POST, BUT WELL WORTH YOUR TIME)
Jami was recommended to me by my Mother's estate attorney. I'd just traveled back to Des Moines for a class reunion, and received files from my ex-husband's business partner (who lived near us in Scottsdale part time.) These files not only proved he'd been embezzling from the company, but had also been using that money on "seeking arrangements dot com" to be a "Shuger Daddy" to many women around the country (at this point in our marriage, I didn't even like him much, but he knew because of my religion the ONLY way I'd ever divorce him would be infidelity--which I NEVER thought he'd commit...)
So, after seeing the file (AKA: my get out of jail free card) and getting Jami's info, I called her from Iowa. I told her that what I was about to say was going to sound crazy, but it was probably only the tip of the iceberg. I'm not sure if she believed everything I was telling her, but as we both found out over the course over the next nearly 2 & a 1/2 years, I was right -- it was not only the tip of the iceberg, it wasn't even 5% of it.
The divorce itself went very smoothly and quickly. However, to "punish me" for not getting back together with him after the divorce (I'd lied and said I HAD to divorce him to save face with my family--even though at this point he made my skin crawl), he decided to "get revenge" by fighting me for custody of our 4 children.
While this probably would have been a "no brainer" for anyone else, my issue was with my oldest daughter; her birth-mother (my ex's 3rd wife) passed away shortly after my daughter's birth. And even though I'd raised her since before her 2nd birthday, I couldn't adopt her because the ONE thing I needed to complete the process, but didn't have, was my ex's tax returns (he'd never filed them for around 20 years.) This left me with absolutely NO way to adopt her, and absolutely NO legal rights to her whatsoever.
Thus, a very LONG, ugly, and disgusting battle ensued (I've been diagnosed with PTSD), with the crescendo being a 2 & a 1/2 day trial. But by the end of that trial, I still have the VERY distinct impression that the judge could not STAND my ex. I could never gauge how he felt about me, but, man, he REALLY seemed to see what a scum my ex was!
Regardless, the judge ended up granting me soul custody of all 4 of my kids, the OLDEST included (my ex was granted paid visitation every other weekend -- which, of course, he never took.)
Granting me soul custody of my oldest was ABSOLUTELY unprecedented, and I don't think entirely legal in AZ, yet Jami made that happen. Granted, Judge Ryan also played a HUGE role in it all, but Jami was the person who methodically painted the pictures, both big and small, and put every piece of the puzzle into place for the judge.
To say that Jami is an amazing lawyer doesn't even come close to describe her skill, talent, and expertise. However, there honestly aren't ANY words other than AMAZING that come close.
I genuinely do not think a client could find a better lawyer than Jami Wilenchic. ANYWHERE.

I was already divorced, but wanted to move out of state to Texas with my 4 year old son. Mike made it possible. He is a bulldog on a case, he was totally willing to go all the way and nothing slipped by him, he made my move happen. My ex husband filed an emergency temporary order the day before I was set to leave Arizona. We had 3 or 4 court appearances both in person and over the phone and every time Mike made sure we came out of it ahead. My ex kept completely ignoring court orders, so we would refile with more changes to the agreement and win. He is absolutely wonderful to work with, in fact I found this website looking for his contact information since a friend of mine needs a divorce attorney. I have recommended him twice before to other friends / family.

I have been working with Family Law Attorney, Tali Collins, for 2 years, and she is by far the best attorney that I have worked with for ongoing family law litigation. She is very approachable, knows her legal material, is detail- orientated, has an amazing memory, knows lots of helpful resources and her fees are very reasonable.
I have worked with many attorneys who have similar skills, but want you to hire them and are not great with working with the client that wants to self represent. Because I don't have the financial resources for a retainer, Ms. Collins has worked with me in preparing legal documents, preparing for hearings, and organizing and finding exhibits. She knows what individual judges want, so I feel like I am ahead of the game and know what to expect and how to prepare when I go to the hearing.
Recently, Tali Collins helped me prepare for my latest Parenting Time Modification Hearing and I feel more prepared than I did when I hired an attorney to represent me at the last one, and it saved me thousands of dollars. Ms. Collins knows all aspects of family law and I don't think I could have worked with anyone who could prepare me as much as she has.
I am so grateful that I found Ms. Collins, she has been an immense resource for me and has been so "spot on" with helping me in past hearings and litigation. This has been a great fit for me, and I even look forward to meeting with her. I filed for divorce with Taylor House in 2016 and he has been representing me ever since in all family matters. I will not be able to tell all the great and wonderful things that he has done due to confidentiality restrictions, however, when I began my journey of divorce I didn’t know what I was getting into and signed with Taylor based on a recommendation from a friend. My divorce ended up being a divorce from hell and the other party signed with one of the most expensive “Hollywood Hills” type lawyer. Everything that could be fought was fought and what should have been a three month process ended up taking over a year. During all this time Taylor remained professional, caring, and I’m honored to call him and his wife Ashely my friends. Taylor is honest: when I needed to correct my attitude, he was there to gently bring me back and help me see clearly the situation and not focus on hurtful words/actions/letters/comments etc. Taylor is loyal: he has been there right next to me through thick and thin. He defended me in court against someone who tried everything to break me emotionally, financially, mentally and physically. Taylor is professional: having a man represent me in my divorce was not something I would have normally allowed unless it wasn’t for the recommendation. However, Taylor is focused on the tasks at hand and always listened and respected me and my feelings. The process of going through a very tough divorce with children involved is a highly emotional process and he understands this, but he always helped me understand that the legal process is best completed with logic and not emotions and without his help I am sure I wouldn’t have been able to deal with all the legal aspects of my divorce. Taylor is a fighter: I love Taylor because he isn’t a lawyer that will bulldoze over others in order to gain financially. He isn’t a lawyer that is concerned only with money. He desires for outcomes and agreements to be fair and will fight for you if the other party is trying to take advantage of the situation. Taylor is knowledgeable: never having been through divorce before, I had no idea about the various situations/events that can and most likely will happen throughout the stages of divorce. Together we went through depositions, mediations, court ordered counseling, orders of protection, trials, court appearances, private mediations, custody and decision making agreements, and so much more. Taylor is encouraging: from day one, I have always felt that Taylor cared about my situation and he wanted to help me be set free. I have never felt as if I am just another invoice or paycheck to him. How he is able to do that I have no idea given the horrible things and accusations that come up during many divorces. Taylor is humble: he never makes you feel as if you are less than or that he knows it all and your opinions and thoughts do not matter. He always helped me understand his position and took time to understand my feelings and opinions and we always reached agreements. Taylor and Ashely are a great team and wonderful people. It is with all my heart that I declare confidently that signing with Taylor will be the best decision. He has never missed a deadline, he has been available (via email, text, and phone) 7 days a week, he will prepare you for anything the legal world may throw at you, and he will lead and guide you towards the goals set forth. Since signing with Taylor, I have personally referred many friends and they have all loved Taylor and been thankful for my recommendation. Taylor fought for me, a “Goliath” of a lawyer, and in the end Goliath was knocked down. Many lawyers charge extremely high retainers and do not care about the person, only the divorce. I would let anyone know do not use this law firm I had a horrible experience with them when it came down to them being hired to be on myside that wasn't the case I feel as if the other side was being listened to even after I was told that my wife wasn't able to make false reports to the police in anyway but still that was done I explained that to Jillian but nothing came about it my wife is a person that will lie and lie to everyone just to make people feel sorry for her I wasted 7750.00 on this company just to get a bill that I don't feel entitled to be paying at this point due to her withdrawing herself as my lawyer when my wife stated Jillian was going to let me go I was advised to give up half of my money to wife and after I didn't have counsel I didn't know what else to do besides doing so even my wife sends threats to me family and job about killing me I thought lawyers should take this more into account so this can continue on and on but figured as much of a mess and hassle this company gave me until the 31st of the month to accept the terms of their bill or they will do it for me and give me back less than half o and btw even after I paid the company I was blown off for days not even a phone call stating hey thanks for hiring me you know lawyers always think cause they are in a law firm they can use their terms to get away with anything so speaking to the public to put the unheard voice out there may do some change or justice against this company and more and more people come out with the one star reviews maybe there will be some change good job on Paul I agree that a public defender or pro bono lawyer would of did something different with me. We had a very bad experience dealing with Jillian. It was stated before in previous reviews that she will not defend male even if you are paying top money. This is a TRUTH STATEMENT. She gave us really bad advice, advance that was against us instead of the other party. When she was confronted about it she stated that we were not a good fit and let us go but charging us tons of money for basically leave the case worse than before. If you are not capable of dealing with big/ complex cases just let the client know in advance that way they don’t have to spend more and more money with no resolution. I will think twice before hiring any one from this law firm.

My legal concern that I brought to William has not been resolved (but it is VERY EARLY in the process). His quick response was impressive! Needed items were ready to go the next day. My husband was suffering with mental illness, and had been diagnosed with dementia on top of that. He was a brilliant man, and at this time of his life, had taken action to meet with this lawyer( Patricia Lenzner, Owens & Perkins) - regarding "divorce" when we had an argument (he had totaled a car, gave me his license, and then - dementia and memory loss - wanted it back a month later, and I refused to give it to him). He actually filed and gave a deposit, then changed his mind 2 days later. 48 hours. This dishonest attorney, went ahead and filed anyway, after he had cancelled - causing distress to both my husband and me, as well as significant financial loss. I can only surmise, she wanted her money, rather than doing the right thing. When she called me to tell me, I asked "how can you in good conscience do this, if he's been diagnosed with two mental imbalances, bipolar one and dementia"? Facts regarding his health did not matter to her. He suffered, tremendously, and so did our family. He recently passed on. I have intended to write this honest review, to warn good people to seek counsel elsewhere.

I wrote a negative reviews yesterday and it was taken down by this law firm. I thought that was against the law? I better call an attorney. Krista Banfield was my attorney. She was horrible after our first initial consultation and $5000 later she did nothing except Cosme damage because she didn’t file paperwork she promised. I only got to talk to Paralegal who acted like she was an attorney. What a fraud. Beware. You know it’s bad enough to get a bad attorney, but this one actually caused an additional hardship.
