I am truly grateful for the representation of Fender Law Firm during an extremely difficult divorce. Addison and Tracy are "The Real Deal". Addison remained professional and made it a point to encourage me to share my thoughts throughout the process. Both Addison and Tracy wanted to know how the children were coping and were eager to learn of their daily routines. My case was definitely unique and Addison prepared and sought experts to best represent both my children and me. He respected my faith and encouraged me to pray prior to making decisions. Most importantly I needed a strong litigator to defend me who actually cared and could clearly see the truth. Fender is a team and they take a family approach. Not a good representation at all. Multiple conversations on the same topics uncountable times to milk your money. She take notes only not to have them later. To many phone calls a day asking one question then hanging you on the phone to lengthen the conversation then turn around and do the same thing again . Not to mention over charging me for the time.
When I called this tactic to her attention to ask all questions needed. The conversation was not pleasant.
I saw that the financial statement was only to see what the max you could pay. What attorney burns up your entire retainer balance in 3 hours.
I could go on, but enough said.

I used this law firm recently and am very satisfied with the results. This firm saved me money by keeping the case from going through the courthouse and an excellent mediator was used for litigation instead. My attorney was straight forward, knowledgeable of the law and thorough, which means you will be doing some work to win your case. I absolutely recommend this law firm because they will get you the result you want!

One of their biggest differentiators is their ability to understand that the words and approach to a legal agreement must also meet business needs -- it isn't all just boilerplate words. A few years back, my wife and I had an unfortunate situation that required us to get an attorney to help resolve a situation in which we wronged. Nate did an amazing job getting us what we deserved. He was a true pleasure to work with and a brilliant lawyer.
I’ve dealt with other attorneys since then but none measure up to Nate! I haven’t talked to him for years so he may not even remember our case but we will never forget his level of service, professional, and even some level of “fun” throughout the process. His secretary was super helpful also.

I had no idea where to start during my separation. Mr. Frazier assisted me over the phone with a free consultation and told me what steps I would need to take in order to start getting child support etc and how I would need to take action for the divorce. He was very reasonable as he does more of a flat rate charge than hourly. Separation and divorce can be a stressful thing and he helps with monthly payments to take financial stress away. Anytime I needed guidance I was able to text him and get a quick response. He was very pleasant and understanding. He tries to end your case as quickly as he can.

I hired Mr Frazier during a very difficult and emotional season for me. Mr Frazier was and continues to be, professional, up-front, and informative. He listened to me, spoke candidly, explained my legal options, provided a clearly stated contract and was available for me (often on weekends, because of my work schedule). In court, he presented himself well, was kind and factual and helped me feel protected. He knows the law and can represent you well. You always know what you're paying and how that agreed amount breaks down. I sincerely hope I never need these services again, but if I do, Mr Frazier would be my first choice again.

Dorchester County - It has been three and a half years since my divorce. My son is now five and a half years old and his father started coming around less than a year ago. He was non-existent for years.
I did a good bit of leg work back in 2017/pre-divorce and Atty. Rudolf made it easier for me to put everything on paper. My ex-husband is a very intelligent, highly functioning, narcissistic individual who can convince almost anyone. Charming and articulate, of which I am the opposite. I feared that I was not going to be good enough to represent myself and/or have someone represent on my behalf and what I want for my children (peace, sanity and freedom from mental and emotional abuse and alcoholic environment) but I was blessed enough to select the right lawyer to represent me and understand what is best for me and my kids.

After my kids had been taken away from me and alienated from me, I was beginning to lose faith that I would ever see my kids again. Then in 2021, I found myself facing DSS regarding made up allegations of abuse fabricated by my ex-wife.

Settlement was less than my medical costs. Never respond. Entire 3 years of my case was unreturned calls, emails, paralegals telling me conflicting info, a game of telephone between them and the lawyer... literal months would go by without them responding, holding up my medical treatment, just for Ian to reply hes busy with another case. Like what?? Then don't take cases you don't have time for. I wasn't at fault so I would have been better off letting insurance just cover everything. They profited off putting me into medical debt.

I consulted with 15 lawyers and hired 2 two lawyers prior to finding Mr. Forman. Not only was he able to finally put an end to my horrific 2.5 year divorce case, but he did it quickly and at a fraction of the cost. He is a man of few words and a man of action. He was extremely accessible and shattered the norm for how poorly my previous lawyers treated me. Mr. Forman spotted helpful issues that my other attorneys didn’t, and he strategized in a way that moved my case forward quickly, negotiating a settlement offer I am extremely happy with. My biggest regret was not hiring him sooner. Don’t waste your time looking any further than Mr. Forman!

I am so thankful that I had Andrea as my representation. I have been back and forth with custody of my son for years due to false allegations. I had several other lawyers that were not half the lawyer Andrea is. She is passionate about getting results, but also is very to the point. That’s what I thought about the service rendered by Andrea B Williams. I was in a unique situation and she worked to determine what was needed to resolve my case. She approached every angle to make sure every question or requirement would be addressed. My unmarried daughter died of COVID after delivering a newborn infant by an emergency c-section. The expectation was to be in sedation on the ventilator until are lungs were stronger. She was never able to sign to get the birth certificate and name the father of the child. Neither the father nor myself was able to apply for the birth certificate. Andrea made certain that an emergency hearing was set and we were granted a final hearing at that time so that benefits could begin. She was stern and straightforward and communicated with me to keep me informed. She was also very affordable for the amount of time dedicated to this case. I’m very grateful for her personal concern for my family and would recommend her for any legal matter you may have.

Ryan Lane and his office staff are to be commended. Mr. Lane represented me to modify a divorce regarding child support. I truly experienced justice with him. I told him several different outcomes I wanted as far as child support. He thoroughly explained why some things would I wanted were in line with child support law and why some things wouldn’t be good because they weren’t in line with the law.
