My Attorney I feel is the best in the S.E. when it comes to family law.
After final judgment my ex wasn't happy with the outcome from the Judge when he found and pointed out that she lied under oath several times and wasn't forthcoming with any of her testimony, so she filed an appeal through her lackluster attorney.
My attorney immediately requested I hire Mark Baseman to represent me which I did.
That was the best thing I ever done in my life to secure my future.
Mr. Baseman and his team worked through the appeal with skills that only come from experience. He reiterated to the appeals Judges with accuracy my ex's very low character in the court of law and won my case.
Mr Baseman was very easy to work with and reassured me every step of the way.
I highly recommend Mark Baseman and this firm for any family law appeals that anyone may have.

Honestly, the best lawyer, I’ve had the experience of working with, & I’ve had quite a few! Very professional always there for you 100%, answers the phone unless he’s in court. Probably should have billed me for a therapist fee because while I was going through my tribulations he was always there for me to talk to, and vent to! After the most horrific accident imaginable, I didn’t know where to turn. I was fortunate to have a friend recommend Morgan law group to see what they could do for me. I was lost and confused and never been through anything like this before. I didn’t even know what steps to take and honestly if I even wanted to take any at all. My life had been changed so radically.
Esmeralda from Morgan law group called me and treated me like a person, instead of a number. She was very friendly and understanding and almost made me cry after hanging up the phone with her because I was just so surprised that a professional Could be so nice to someone she’s never met before. It has been a few years since I was represented by Jeana Vogel in a custody dispute, I recently had the opportunity to refer her to a friend. That is when I realized that I had not provided a review of her performance. Her attention to detail and ability to set expectations was what impressed me. Syed, (and legal team member Brandy), are the upper echelon of family law representation. Once I told Syed my situation regarding my divorce he immediately had my mind at ease.
EVERYTHING he told me was exactly what took place all the way through the final hearing. He is articulated, composed, and friendly. No gray areas, no surprises, and only positive outcomes.
Whenever I called the office, (a lot), someone always answered my call. If I ever had a question I always received answers in a timely fashion. I had absolutely ZERO issues.

Syed and his team are the way to go. His fee was 25% of what they charged my ex. Easily accessible, you can text him anytime. Knows the law and everyone in the area. Everything is super efficient. He’s not out to take your money. He wants it done quickly and fairly. Zero issues. I would recommend Pete to anyone. Pete and his paralegal, Kristy are very professional and courteous and always kept me in the loop and were extremely helpful. I hired Pete to help me with a long distance parenting plan and during the process of getting everything done the mother of my child moved to a different county and her counsel was being extremely difficult and trying to drag everything out. Rather than kill me with fees and travel time Pete suggested that I find another attorney closer to the county courthouse where the mother now resides. Not only did Pete help me to find another attorney closer to the opposition, he personally called my new attorney and spoke with him and let him know all the case details and had all my case files sent to my new attorney the same day that I retained the new attorney. After my name change was approved without using a lawyer, I found out I needed to get it amended to include my birth name. The court order listed only my married name so I was unable to change my birth certificate. I started the amendment process on my own, but contacted Adam after I moved. He was able to change it to virtual court hearings. My amended name change was approved immediately once we had the court hearing with the judge. Ultimately, I wish I had contacted him sooner, before starting the name change. It is not as easy as it seems on your own. I would have saved on time, money, and stress.

I wish there were 10 stars or 100 to rate Mark Howard.I called Mark on very short notice. Less than a week before my court date,in which the case has been on going for almost three years with a different lawyer I hired. My previous lawyer practically left me hanging and Mark picked up all the pieces. I kid you not this man educated himself on my child support modification case within hours! I hired him on Friday,my case was 4 days after, which means he even worked the weekend to get caught up on my case. He was constantly communicating with me,as well as his assistant. They kept me informed at all times. He did for me in a matter of hours what my previous lawyer couldn't do in years. I was at ease, fully trusted Mark to the point that I could have let him make decisions for me because the interest of me and my kids were his top priority. He showed me outlines of everything he did, he called me and reached out to explain every possibility in my case and any outcome that may or may not happen. His assistant Joni was also very professional and always kept contact to inform me of any thing regarding my case. I cannot express the amount of gratitude that I have for this lawyer and the staff. He is very straight forward, got me back on track if my emotions started taking over. He is very direct, he explains your payments,what the invoice describes,what his next steps are. You will never feel left out in your case, you will always be reassured and confident that he will do his very best and have your interest at heart . My case was a child support modification like I stated ,but I'm more than positive that any case he handles will be handled with precision,professionalism and integrity. I am beyond satisfied with the outcome of my case. This man takes his job seriously and any case given to him his just as important as the next. YOU WILL NOT REGRET HIRING HIM. Finding the right attorney can be a challenge, especially for a strong personality client (i.e. me).
