My Attorney I feel is the best in the S.E. when it comes to family law.
After final judgment my ex wasn't happy with the outcome from the Judge when he found and pointed out that she lied under oath several times and wasn't forthcoming with any of her testimony, so she filed an appeal through her lackluster attorney.
My attorney immediately requested I hire Mark Baseman to represent me which I did.
That was the best thing I ever done in my life to secure my future.
Mr. Baseman and his team worked through the appeal with skills that only come from experience. He reiterated to the appeals Judges with accuracy my ex's very low character in the court of law and won my case.
Mr Baseman was very easy to work with and reassured me every step of the way.
I highly recommend Mark Baseman and this firm for any family law appeals that anyone may have.

Adam Cordover and Britney Penaherrera make working through a very difficult and time-consuming process much more manageable. After my name change was approved without using a lawyer, I found out I needed to get it amended to include my birth name. The court order listed only my married name so I was unable to change my birth certificate. I started the amendment process on my own, but contacted Adam after I moved. He was able to change it to virtual court hearings. My amended name change was approved immediately once we had the court hearing with the judge. Ultimately, I wish I had contacted him sooner, before starting the name change. It is not as easy as it seems on your own. I would have saved on time, money, and stress.

Excellent experience with attorney Adam and his paralegal.
Objective with common sense, yet looking out for my best interests.
I will say it was the greatest decision I've ever made.

I worked with Traci on establishing paternity and requesting 100% physical custody of my 3 year old daughter. Her mother has been battling severe mental illness and is not capable of parenting at the moment. Traci was incredible to work with. Top notch communication, always responded quickly to any questions I had. Worked with Tara as well during the final hearing and Tara was well prepared and knew all of the facts like the back of her hand. I would 100% recommend Traci Koster and her team. I couldn't envision the process having gone any better. Don't mess around with something so important. Call Koster Legal and you won't be disappointed.

Syed, (and legal team member Brandy), are the upper echelon of family law representation. Once I told Syed my situation regarding my divorce he immediately had my mind at ease.
EVERYTHING he told me was exactly what took place all the way through the final hearing. He is articulated, composed, and friendly. No gray areas, no surprises, and only positive outcomes.
Whenever I called the office, (a lot), someone always answered my call. If I ever had a question I always received answers in a timely fashion. I had absolutely ZERO issues.
I would say most family lawyers are like Kirkland brand chocolate; good but you know there’s better. If you want Godiva level quality, you go to Syed.

Syed and his team are the way to go. His fee was 25% of what they charged my ex. Easily accessible, you can text him anytime. Knows the law and everyone in the area. Everything is super efficient. He’s not out to take your money. He wants it done quickly and fairly. Zero issues. The attorney will matter regardless of how simple you think the case is….get a good one that knows what they’re doing.

I wish there were 10 stars or 100 to rate Mark Howard.I called Mark on very short notice. Less than a week before my court date,in which the case has been on going for almost three years with a different lawyer I hired. My previous lawyer practically left me hanging and Mark picked up all the pieces. I kid you not this man educated himself on my child support modification case within hours! I hired him on Friday,my case was 4 days after, which means he even worked the weekend to get caught up on my case. He was constantly communicating with me,as well as his assistant. They kept me informed at all times. He did for me in a matter of hours what my previous lawyer couldn't do in years. I was at ease, fully trusted Mark to the point that I could have let him make decisions for me because the interest of me and my kids were his top priority. He showed me outlines of everything he did, he called me and reached out to explain every possibility in my case and any outcome that may or may not happen. His assistant Joni was also very professional and always kept contact to inform me of any thing regarding my case. I cannot express the amount of gratitude that I have for this lawyer and the staff. He is very straight forward, got me back on track if my emotions started taking over. He is very direct, he explains your payments,what the invoice describes,what his next steps are. I contacted Seth for support regarding a Family Law matter. He was immediately responsive. Finding the right attorney can be a challenge, especially for a strong personality client (i.e. me). It was very important that I found someone not only extremely capable of dealing with my case but also dealing with me. I needed someone to support me when i was on the right train of thought, or advise me when I wasn't.
Seth and his team were very attentive to me and prompt in moving my case forward. He always gave sound advise and talked me down when necessary.

My situation was too complicated for other agencies so they referred me to Open Palm Law. OPL called me and explained The Tampa Bay Pro Bono Collaborative Project. I cried with relief. Even though I still didn’t understand the scope of it, I knew it was my last hope for a desperately needed divorce.
Austin did such an amazing job of explaining the collaborative process, using Joryn’s amazing posters, that my husband signed the agreement to go forward. We each received and read Joryn’s book, War Or Peace, and I started to realize what was being offered to us.

Regina was my saving grace. I thought I could handle on my own what was supposed to be an "uncontested" case. Long story, short, the case was contested and I ended up being strung along, but I was just not strong enough to manage the situation. Things only escalated and were getting worse after each interaction. I finally gained enough confidence to do what I should have done in the first place - hire a skilled attorney who was not afraid to go the distance if it were necessary. I was surprised at how quickly things got resolved after Regina took over and laid out the path necessary if the case were to go to trial. I just wish I would have hired her sooner. Mindi is bright, sharp, intuitive, and bold. At our first mediation, the opposition came in and demanded everything. I'll never forget Mindi roaring, "We aren't agreeing to any of that!" I knew in that moment that I was in really good hands.I felt protected and empowered.
Throughout our very long, drawn-out case, Mindi and her team made sure to advise me on all of the big things and all of the small things. Teresa is an amazingly gifted attorney with a supreme knowledge of the law that plays out epically in the court room. I would recommend Pete to anyone. Pete and his paralegal, Kristy are very professional and courteous and always kept me in the loop and were extremely helpful. I hired Pete to help me with a long distance parenting plan and during the process of getting everything done the mother of my child moved to a different county and her counsel was being extremely difficult and trying to drag everything out. Rather than kill me with fees and travel time Pete suggested that I find another attorney closer to the county courthouse where the mother now resides. Not only did Pete help me to find another attorney closer to the opposition, he personally called my new attorney and spoke with him and let him know all the case details and had all my case files sent to my new attorney the same day that I retained the new attorney. Dealing with issues from ex-spouse for 18 years and had never won a case. I filed for divorce in 2005. It took over 3 years to finally get my dissolution of marriage completed in 2008.
Since, 2011 I have basically been litigated against by my ex-wife and her new attorney non-stop. My other attorney (who was also a family friend) quit because she got tired of handling it and I started handling everything Pro Se.
In June 2016, I finally had enough and asked another attorney friend of mine to a family a referral. He recommended the office of Christine Derr. Christine put Kim Hamill on the case.
I want to tell you that Kim is probably the most capable, most well prepared attorney that I have every worked with.
Kim meticulously researched and countered all the opposing attorney's issues, resulting in ALL his motions basically being denied. As a result the case, that has dragged on for YEARS now looks to finally be coming to an end even though Kim has only been on a case a short time.
I emphatically recommend Kim Hamill for any family law case that you may have. I am sure she is probably just as capable in other areas of law as well but I have not personally see her in those areas.

I have spoken with Attorney Harris on several occasions and he truly impressed me with his knowledge and ability to understand and interpret the law and wording of legal matters. He was able to explain it to me in simple words what certain aspects of a contract meant . Some of the things may not have been what I wanted to hear, but is better to have a lawyer who tells your the truth, rather them mislead you. I found this lawyer, to be quite competent, understanding of my fears and wishes, and easily accessible compared to other lawyers I have had in the past.
