Matthew and his tears are PHENOMENAL! I am just finishing up a lengthy divorce that had a lot of complications and when I addressed he was able to tackle them and make things a lot clearer and helped me understand what my rights are. Divorce is painful but with his team, the pain was eased. His rates are very reasonable and he will work within one's budget.
All I can say is Thank you Matthew and Missy with helping me thru this process.

I am so grateful for Matt Arnold and his team. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever be going through a divorce. After almost 22 years of marriage that is exactly what I was doing and I was a complete mess. At the consultation Matt was straight forward and painted an accurate picture of what to expect.
From the hiring of Matt to our final day in court was a 5 1/2 year process. Throughout the entire process Matt and Joanna, his paralegal, were amazing. Never...ever did I feel unimportant. Whenever they were working with me I felt like their only client. I had some less than stellar moments and every time they would kindly and graciously help me get back on track and refocused on the end goal.
We had several court dates throughout this divorce process. Every time Matt was completely prepared. He is formidable. He doesn't get flustered or caught off guard. He has a grasp and understanding of the law that is, in my honest opinion, unmatched. He and his team leave no stone unturned. They do absolutely everything they possible can to achieve your absolute best outcome.

This mid 50s ish old woman who was heart broken and fearful could not be more grateful for Matt Arnold and his team. 2018 I consulted 2 attorneys before contacting Mr Arnold. I was told twice that I screwed myself being Pro Sa and that I’m lucky my ex bf- no blood relation to my son, didn’t get more visitation rights than what was awarded. I wasn’t accepting that. Matt Arnold and his team got my case dismissed and my ex no longer had rights to a child who was not biologically his. I would chose him again in a heartbeat and have recommended him to others. When I was told the door had closed, Mr Arnold knocked it down. Thank you so much!

Mr. Arnold accepted my case and was able to prepare for trial in less than 30 days. As a result of his expertise and dedicated work effort, he was able to obtain a successful outcome on my behalf. Missy & Megan came through in true time of need. Missy was referred to me through a friend, and I am so glad I went with her. Missy was informative about my divorce, emergency custody and custody. Megan was able to represent me in court and came prepared with all the documents needed to present to the judge. I never had to second guess any work, and they always kept me up to date on any upcoming court dates or rulings we received. DeCurtins law office is the best defense law firm in charlotte, NC if you ask me. When I spoke with Mr. Brandon DeCurtin about my case he was professional, respectful and compassionate. He is also straight forward with you at all time which is a good thing only if you are being honest with him don’t lie to him because he wouldn't lie to you, he truly cares. most attorneys would charge you just to have a conversation, but not deCurtain law. Also I had no ride to get court but Brandon was willing to give me one. Andrew is an extremely effective attorney. I started out with a different attorney for my difficult child custody case. I did not feel that my prior attorney had my best interest in mind and was doing only the bare minimum in preparing my case. I decided to seek other representation.
I hired Andrew very late in the process, with my TPA hearing only 2 weeks away. Andrew was able to put together a very solid and sensible case based on the facts, far superior to what was done previously for me.
Right away, I noticed a dramatic difference in the way Andrew was handling and preparing my case, compared to my previous attorney. I was extremely impressed with how quickly Andrew got up to speed and reviewed/prepared all of the evidence in such a short amount of time. He is organized and stays on top of everything. In addition, he made himself very available to me, whether it was just questions I had, or any concerns or updates that I needed to know. He continued to work diligently throughout the entire weekend prior to my hearing.
Andrew has a unique ability to look at the facts, makes sense of your case, and then present them in a very intelligent and articulate way. Andrew is the entire reason I now have joint custody of my 4-month-old son and that he is being returned to his home state.
I am immensely grateful to Andrew for his hard work in fighting for my rights as a father. I absolutely recommend Andrew as an attorney. My only regret is that I did not find Andrew initially. Child custody cases are very expensive so it is critical that you hire an attorney that will work hard and fight for your parental rights. Andrew Rheingrover is that man.

Andrew has been a huge blessing and supporter in my case! I spoke to him in a consultation a couple of months prior to my separation and he took his time and listened and took notes of everything that I said to him. After speaking with him, I knew immediately that he was who I wanted to represent me if I needed him ( I had spoken to 3 other attorneys prior to meeting Andrew). Shortly after my separation, I had papers served to me from my ex to try and get full custody of our daughter. I was devastated, hurt and in disbelief that my ex would ever do something like this. I immediately contacted Andrew to let him know what was going on and he jumped on my case instantly. Andrew is very caring, knowledgeable, and a man of his word. Throughout this process he has been very pro-active and with all the stress that comes along with a separation/divorce/custody case; Andrew has a way to put you at ease. Pues resulta que no es asĂ me cobraron más de $3000 dĂłlares por llenar una forma y enviarla a USCIS, eso fue al rededor de 2 años atrás y pues ellos me enviaron una extensiĂłn a mi caso que está en revisiĂłn, y resulta que el dĂa de hoy llamo a la oficina de abogados que supuestamente me representa para que me den una actualizaciĂłn sobre mi caso ya que dicha extensiĂłn ya expirĂł y por ende ellos debĂan estar pendiente de eso pero no, la respuesta de la persona que atendiĂł mi llamada me dice que el caso con esta oficina ya estaba cerrado que iban averiguar que habĂa pasado con eso y me devolverĂan la llamada, entonces queda uno con un sinsabor de que todo lo que dicen que van hacer pues a la final queda ahĂ plasmado de momento porque despuĂ©s de que te cobran para representarte y recibir un apoyo de una firma de abogados se convierte en que solo lo hacen por quitarte tu dinero que tanto cuesta obtenerlo en este paĂs para que te digan despuĂ©s de 2 años su caso está cerrado sin Investigar primero antes de cerrar un caso de un cliente que pagĂł más de 3000 dĂłlares por nada, se deberĂan tomar al menos el tiempo de eso de actualizarse en los casos que ellos toman, pero lamentablemente no es asĂ solo buscan es el beneficio de ellos y no de los clientes.
