I hired Mr. Gautier at the beginning of a very difficult family case, he was highly recommended by another attorney and he didn’t disappoint. From his staff at the office, very professional and empathetic, to Mr. Gautier itself, it is a service I would recommend to anyone in need of legal representation. Mr. Gautier is detailed when organizing the case and gathering data, is excellent when developing a strategy to bring success to the case. Another aspect I would like to point out is the he takes the time to not only be prepared to defend the case in court, but he also takes the time to prepare you. For some of us, this is a highly sensitive, heartbreaking time and it can be extremely stressful, Mr. Gautier takes all the time to explain the different scenarios that may arise in court, he answers all your questions and makes sure you are as prepared as you can be to go through it. At the beginning of the case he told me he could not promise anything but he would promise me this “ that he would fight for my case with everything he got” and I can truly say he did that. I had extremely successful results, I obtained more than I asked! I can say with no doubt that if you are looking for a family attorney, Mr. Gautier is your best choice.

I used Fausto for two real-estate investments properties, commercial lease negations and assistance with current commercial landlords for my businesses. Fausto has always been able to achieve the desired result with everything I have given him. One of my investment properties in Miami had a lien on it that was very difficult to find and became a lengthy issue and is a long story, but he won my business off of resolving that issue.
I have delt with several attorneys and Fausto is by far the best I have ever worked within any industry. I know I am always in good hands when I hand off issues to him and his team.

I can only say, with all my heart, thank you very much! I came to see Attorney Marilyn Colon's after having hired two different attorneys who I felt were not representing me to their best extent.
On the first visit, I saw how professional attorney Colon was and as well as her team. She was surprised by the situations in my case and I remember her reassuring words; "You are a good father and you will have time that you deserve with your daughter."
She took all of my information about my case and started working right away. The first thing she did was send several friendly proposed agreements to the opposing attorney to avoid unnecessary expenses and as to not continue wasting time. This showed me that she was an honest professional and that she did not want to take my case just for the money. She knew the other attorney very well so she organized a great defense for my case.
In a matter of days, I began to see results. Her style of work was flawless. We began to defend ourselves from the other party's attacks with great precision.
We started to move forward and attorney Jenifer Betancourt took on my case with attorney Colon. I was surprised how she knew all the data, all the background, dates. She advised me well and explained the options to be able to finish my case and thus to not continue generating more expenses. I am really very grateful, she is an impeccable professional and her honesty makes her even greater.
Also, I would like to congratulate Noelia, her work as a paralegal was always excellent, she was always informing and works very organized, as well as Yolanda.
I am very grateful to the entire team for their hard work and for ensuring that I can spend equal amount of time with my daughter and as well as being able to come to a fair agreement.

I am a surgeon who is still young in terms of our normal career path. I found myself unable to do any procedures or surgery despite being in a specialty that is by definition procedure oriented. I did purchase private own occupation long-term disability insurance when I was a resident, but I never thought I'd have to use it.
When it became clear that I was not getting better at the rate I would like, I called up a few different firms to help me guide through the process. I found that Eddie was not only available but affable, and I could tell he is definitely able. His previous win for another surgeon who unfortunately had to go all the way to the court gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to be able to fight for me every step of the way.
We had quite a bit of push back from the very beginning, but he was able to guide me throughout the process and despite persistent pushbacks and demands from the insurance company, I was just told today that we finally got the approval! His assistant Sonya has also been excellent.
Getting the approval is way more difficult than I first imagined. I am so glad that I had Eddie to help me. I'll recommend him and his team without a hesitation

People rely on lawyers and attorneys, usually, at points in their life that they'd rather not talk about. But, that's how it goes. Mr. Fuste was that attoney that for me at the point I needed him he went through every single step of the way with me when I had lost hope and thought I had lost my career in law enforcement. Mr. Fuste gave me the motivation and showed me that there was a light at the end of every dark tunnel. Mr. Fuste even checked on my well being do to the stress and traumatic experience I was passing. They had released me of my duties and told me I was no longer going to be receiving any payment. Mr. Fuste worked extremely diligently on my case and for the five months I had been released sitting at home he was able to still get me my payments. Mr. Fuste finalized and won the case after just 5 months. I returned back to work thanks to him I am where I am today and continue doing what I love most.

I hired this attorney with the expectation of receiving competent and professional legal representation. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. Throughout the process, I felt that the attorney was not fully engaged with my case and did not provide the level of attention or diligence I anticipated. There were frequent delays in communication, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get updates. I also felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, which left me feeling unsupported during a difficult time.
Additionally, the strategy employed by the attorney seemed poorly thought out, and I had concerns about a lack of preparation for important meetings and hearings. Ultimately, the outcome of my case did not align with my expectations, and I felt that the attorney's representation fell short of the professionalism and expertise I was seeking.
