He went behind my back and drew up an illegal custody arrangement with my ex and pretended to be a non biased attorney "just making sure it was legal". He took away my basic rights as a parent. I was denied even standard order posession when our agreement was supposed to be 50/50. He then screwed me out of $3500 trying to fix his original mistakes because my ex refused to pay him anything even though he was her attorney. I only agreed because I desperately wanted time with my kid. He never filed the modifications. Then laughed in my face when he told me he used his wife Sasha, (who is also his paralegal) as the "psychologist" to clear my ex after she called and told our son she was going to blow her brains out and he would never see his mother again. His wife use to work at Arlington schools as a counselor, not sure how she is qualified to clear a suicide attempt in a custody case. They hid this information falsely under HIPPA rules. My poor kid has seen his mother shoot a gun at me, and dealt with a slew of psychological BS because of this man and his shady practices.

Worst experience in my life!!
I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Bergquist Law Firm. After hiring them to handle a legal matter, I found their communication to be lacking and their representation to be subpar. The lawyers seemed disorganized and unprepared, and I felt like my case was not given the attention it deserved.
Furthermore, I encountered billing issues and unexpected fees that were not transparently communicated to me. This lack of transparency and professionalism left me feeling frustrated and let down.
I would caution anyone considering hiring Bergquist Law Firm to thoroughly research their options and carefully consider whether this firm is the right fit for their legal needs. My experience with them was disappointing and left me questioning the integrity and competence of their legal services.

I met with Mr. Engel during my free consult. I paid $100 to his firm and he informed me that he may be able to assist with getting my money returned from a debt resolution company. They kept all paperwork. I've called the office since then, on numerous occasions, and the receptionist takes a message and informs me Mr. Engel will contact me. I've still not received any type of communication from this law firm. I won't be hiring them.

I don’t even know where to begin about this disaster of a decision I made choosing Farid Moghadassi as a family lawyer. He’s a crook and a con artist, I wouldn’t EVER recommend him to anyone going through a custody battle with their children. When in court he FORGOT my name in front of the judge, he did not fight for me! and mind you I had him as my attorney for 6 months because I believed he would help me and NOTHING WAS ACCOMPLISHED HE MADE MY SITUATION WORSE! never once did he show any empathy, emotion or any type of human decency towards me and my situation with my 3 children! Just blamed everything on me! Did not accomplish ANYTHING but taking me and my mother’s money. MONEY WASTED PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CON ARTIST. He will take your money and not have a care in the world about what you’re going through! RUN AWAY!

I sought Ms. Wilson’s counsel for my divorce after firing an incompetent attorney, and while the divorce took much longer than I thought, I can’t say enough positive things about her. She responded promptly to my calls and emails, and always kept me apprised of any communication with the opposing attorney. The settlement of my divorce was more than I anticipated, and she helped me avoid a jury trial, which the opposing attorney had requested. This lawyer came highly recommended! He NEVER went and saw his client! He didn’t communicate as he assured he would! Once he got his money it was radio silence! He never informed the family of canceled court dates knowing that they were driving in from Houston! He’s arrogant and very smug! He talked crazy and was very argumentative with my mother who’s a senior citizen! He lied and was very disrespectful and when I asked him to apologize, he said he would but didn’t! This is a stressful time for families and for a PAID attorney to behave this way is unacceptable! This is why SOME PEOPLE don’t like working with attorneys of our own skin! I wouldn’t recommend Andrew to help with a parking ticket!

Only reason why they are getting 2 stars is because they won my case.Mainly because the attorney I had there was amazing. But they drove her off near the end of my case and that's when everything went down hill. My case ended in February and I have been waiting for my reimbursement from my trust with them. They have continually said they have sent a check in the mail. But it never comes, I have called multiple times and asked that they wire it back to my account for a month straight and they still refuse to do so. It has been over 6 months and they blatantly refuse to return my money. I would not advise anyone using this firm.

Horrible experience. I retained counsel to draft franchise documents. I was told the cost and estimated 3 weeks to complete. After 2 months, I received an additional invoice even though I paid in full. When I inquired, I was told to “google how much it costs to obtain franchise documents” and that it would be double to quadruple the price I was originally quoted. This should have been communicated upfront and not half way through. We could not have made this easier on John as we had a franchise consultant that handed John everything he needed. It is clear this firm has little to no experience drafting these documents and found themselves in over their head. I asked John to call me in the morning hoping to come to some sort of resolution. Instead, he sent me a half done draft and a closure document. I’ve never felt more like a number. This place has scammy tactics. I would stay far far away and definitely don’t take their word on anything.

Had a very complicated and emotional case in which Steve and Diane took sincere care of me from day one. As they say "knowledge is power", Steve and Diane did a phenomenal job explaining and educating me in the big picture to every minute detail of the process, to ensure I was 100% ready for any variable during the process. Steve's vast knowledge and experience really paid off for me, in knowing exactly what I should do in certain situations. Steve and Diane were also extremely hard workers in their preparation before every key bench mark deadline or important date. We entrusted this attorney to help us with a serious situation regarding my being the target of my next door neighbor's obsessive and resentful attention. At first he did all he could to "win our trust" but at the months went by he began speaking to me in a condescending massgenistic way. He was lazy, unprofessional, and a real jerk. Now he had $7000 of our money and we are still wating for him to complete the task for which we hired him. He is a rude, arrogant, entitled, dangeriously passsive agressive and controlling person who will use your retainer fee and the duties set fourth to him as retaliation if he is expected to have even an inch of integrity and high sense of character. He has made a mess out of our situation and my family and I can't give him enough poor reviews.
