Jesse Berryman is representing me through a very long drawn out battle. He’s very efficient! He takes the time to listen to you and really cares about your case and what you’re going through. And this man will fight for you and for what you’re entitled for.
My ex and I have history of domestic violence. Jesse is not my first attorney in this case. My ex, I believe is a narcissist and will continue to take me to court forever. While we were in court and we got breaks to use the bathroom Jesse made sure he came out with me every time and kept me within sight!!! I didn’t ask him to do this nor did I ever tell him I was uncomfortable to possibly run into my ex outside the courtroom. He took it upon himself to make sure that he was with me anytime I left the court room!!! Like I said he’s not my first attorney in this case but he is the first attorney that has ever done that!
Jesse is so good that my ex’s attorney made a joke that if we didn’t get out of court before it was too late he was going to have to hire my attorney to represent him.
I can’t speak highly enough about Jesse. He’s a shark and he will not just fight for you but he will give you the strength if needed to continue to fight when you have to.
He’s very fair on his billing, i’ve learned you get what you pay for. He’s not the cheapest attorney around but you 100% get what you pay for! He does not run through your money unnecessarily and in my opinion does not bill for everything that he probably should! He takes so much time into my case and really cares and listens me when I speak to him. He’s just great and I highly recommend Jesse at The Schwartz Law Group.

I'm very disappointed in Mr. Henderlite. He was quick to take our consultation fee and give us the impression he was going to represent my mother in her divorce, but when we notified him we were going to retain his services he decided he didn't want to represent her. This required us to pay yet another consult fee to another lawyer. MY mother is 82 and on social security. The last thing she needs is lawyers taking advantage of her.

Hired Mr Henderlite to represent me in an injunction I had filed. Mr Henderlite is nice to his clients but too nice in court. He is not aggressive enough presenting your case to a Judge that has a preconceived outcome. I liked Mr Henderlite but would not hire him again.

I hired Jay at the initial consultation. I wanted a law firm that handled LGBTQ cases for my divorce. I initially made three appointments with different Jacksonville firms and cancelled the other two appointments after my meeting with Jay. He instantly put me at ease by asking how I wanted the meeting to proceed and what were my expectations. He took notes and addressed each question and concern.
Jay kept me updated throughout the process and when things were not going the way I hoped, he cut to the chase and presented my options. He always gave me the best case and worse case scenarios. He and his staff are professional, curtious and genuine. They all made a difficult situation bearable. I am eternally grateful to everyone at Watson Henderlite.

After my spouse past away, Kathryn Robbie was extremely helpful in making sure I wasn't held responsible for my spouses house mortgage. The house was not in my name and didn't want to take ownership. She had contacted the banks lawyer and had to appear in court on my behalf numerous times until the matter was settled. I would highly recommend her. On September 1, 2016 the final judgment of dissolution of marriage was enter with the courts. The case was settled in my favor and handled professionally. I was and am extremely pleased with results. Otto is an excellent lawyer. When I first met Otto I was at my wits end. My son was accused of a crime he did not commit. Otto worked deligently trying to prove my son's innocence. I spoke with two lawyers before I met Otto all they were interested in is getting their fees instead of showing compassion to help defend my son. It took some time but Otto succeeded on proving my sons innocence. The charges were dropped. Thanks Otto for a job well done.

She has to be the most spread thin, admittedly ' burned out" she told me the night before our trial. Their email system " is not functioning properly" for the last 9 months so they respond to about 2% of inquiries, which is about the same for return calls vrs msgs left. Then after she cost me the trial. She testified that she " was too busy with other cases and could only talk to me after midnight!" Half of my biz was given to my ex when he PREVIOUSLY TESTIFIED that it was premarital and he didnt' expect it, but she wasn't paying attention!

Michael is an amazing human being. He truly cares for his client and understands the sense of urgency that it takes when dealing with some of life's difficult issues. Susannah Collins is a biased “investigator”. She will bully your witnesses if she is not on your side, which shouldn’t be possible as she is supposed to be an unbiased party, she is always late and she has incredibly poor judgement. She involves herself in parts of the divorce/litigation that has nothing to do with her work as an investigator. She sided with a person who owes more than 2 years of child support, and no they did not support their children in any way during that time . Who hit the car his children were riding in out of anger. Who stalked and harassed his children, ex-wife, and her family for years. He has been arrested multiple times and this is who her “social investigation” stated as being an amazing Dad.

I employed Susannah Colins for a social investigation. Below is how it went:
-Susannah was late for my initial interview with her, our home visit and every witness interview on my side. Not 5 minutes, or 10 minutes, like 20 + every time. That’s how much respect she had for me, the people willing to vouch for me, and the fact that she had been entrusted with such a job for my children.
-Before she left my home she told my children they should love their dad, because a step dad would not be their REAL dad, they only have one real dad; and she shared her story of being orphaned through a car accident and how much she would’ve liked to have her dad growing up. Showing that she is unable to separate her feelings and personal experience from her work as an IMPARTIAL judge of character for the well-being of children.
-She collected information but did not investigate. My ex made whatever claims he wanted and it was added to the report without investigating. He claimed to over pay child support (two years later he still has paid none), that he was not given the kids’ SS numbers so he could make a savings account for the children directly (in the process of the divorce that information was available to him), that I was mentally unstable and unable to take care of my children because I had been in a mental health facility for a month (this never happened. It is a complete lie), among other lies. Lies that could have easily been disproven, which could have lead to a report informing the judge of his comfort in lying during a legal process.
-The relationship between his witnesses and my children was never shared in the report. One of my ex’s witnesses had been around him and our children maybe 5 times for a couple of hours each time, in the entire 10 years we had children. This witness’ minimal exposure to my children and him as a parent was never even mentioned in the report. The second witness my ex had was a family friend that moved out of the state of Florida about 8 years before this investigation took place. This man has never even met our youngest child which was 6 years old at the time of the investigation. This witness’ minimal exposure to my children and him as a parent was not taken into account either. His third witness was my best friend. When I shared with my friend what Susannah wrote up for her interview, my friend told me that a lot of what she said was left out, that she felt bullied during the interview, and that a lot of what she shared Susannah would call hear say and disregard.
-I mentioned to her his racially insensitive comments and my concern about this for my children. A few days later my ex emailed me telling me he was not racist. I only shared this with Susannah.
-At some point in this investigation I had to consider stopping the divorce process because of financial constraints. I told her about it. Days later my ex emailed me telling me he heard about me considering stopping the divorce process and if I was having a hard time, I should've reached out to him for help. I only shared this with Susannah.
-Susannah completely overstepped her realm of expertise as an attorney and investigator by labeling my children as having the mental health condition of parental alienation. She is not a mental health professional.
-My ex who represented himself in court (pro se) kept submitting his pleadings to Susannah. Susannah is/has been a board member of the Missing Link of Jacksonville. An organization helping people complete pro se divorce paperwork. Impartiality?
-Save yourself the 5 thousand+ it costs to get a social investigation done and collect your evidence for your attorney.

Mr Jubran cost myself and my family an exuberant amount of money with little to no resolution to my child custody case. Him and opposing council kept getting the case continued for over a year, but they didn’t care, because they were getting paid. Mr Jubran made many legal mistakes and refused to admit them in court. He filed a motion that had incorrect information on it, and never sent it to me, before filing it. This made me look like a liar in court. All he had to do was stand up and admit that was his mistake. He refused to do so. Mr Jubran assured me that it did not hurt my case, yet every time we were in court, opposing council would use it against me! He also assured me that I would not have to keep paying him while my case was being appealed, because all other motions would be put on hold. That was a lie and he continued to send me a bill every month. Mr Jubran would act like he cared but he doesn’t care about you or your kids, he only cares about the money!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. We had the absolute worst experience with this law office. We should’ve checked the other reviews but my husband coworker recommended them. Not sure why because they were HORRIBLE. My husband received a traffic citation for speeding. He hadn’t received a speeding violation in over 15 years. We were informed by attorney Britney that she would represent my husband in court and he didn’t need to come since his job is extremely demanding. She also told us she would get the ticket amount decreased, and/or keep points off his license based on his driving record but he may have to take a driving course. On his court day we were informed another attorney went in Britney’s place. This said attorney reported back that my husband was found guilty and needed to take the driving class but no points would be on his license. Two days later, the attorney David Taylor reached out saying something different and the attorney that went in Britney’s place wasn’t familiar with the process, therefore not explaining the outcome correctly.
