They are horrible from start to finish. They made careless errors. For the silly typos, I want to ensure that the following points are noted: There were incorrect data entries regarding my child's date of birth. Despite my efforts to have this corrected, the issue was not addressed. Additionally, there were instances of incorrect billings and overbilling. They charged me over $600 for just a seat in an office, but when I arrived for a meeting, it was already canceled. Additionally, they pressured me to leave my recently started job to attend a mediation that was also canceled, and then they charged me for it. During the mediation, the attorney arrived late and even charged me for the time she spent texting me about her delay. Additionally, there was a breach of client confidentiality. When I raised these issues with Fritznie, they were not resolved, and it was confirmed that my rights were violated. As a result, I terminated their services, but they immediately placed a lien on the marital household and charged me for firing them. My advice is to avoid hiring them unless you have $19K to spare. They unnecessarily complicated my divorce proceedings and inflated the billable hours by filing frivolous documents.

Ron was Amazing! He was confident immediately from the first interaction that he could take on the case. Ron was very upfront and told us how he would handle the case. My case was unique because I was convicted by the military court system, and it occurred outside of Florida. His great communication skills were able to clearly convey complex legal concepts to prosecutor and judge. This has never happened where the prosecutor agreed , and we were able to get it done without a hearing. I hired Kenneth Kaplan to help with me with a very complicated divorce case. A number of attorneys preceded him and were unable to make any forward progress: in fact, a couple of them only served to make things worse. He reviewed over 1000 pages of case files and quickly had a thorough understanding of the issues. The case involved custody of a minor child and a number of financial matters. I found Mr. Kaplan to be a consummate professional who not only took pride in his work but also cared about the outcome of the proceedings. He was easy to get hold of and always returned my phone calls promptly. His advice and court action were always based in fact and tempered by financial practicalities. His advice created appropriate expectations and oftentimes served to dampen down my desire to move forward in a manner based more on my emotions than on my intellect. In the end, I avoided useless court time and unnecessary fees. The results he obtained for me on every level have been wonderful, a real blessing. I can recommend him without qualification to anyone who needs assistance with divorce. You will not find anyone better.

I was referred to Mrs. Aileen Siclait, by a neighbor who was ranting and raving about her non-stop. How she is on point, doesn't pIay, doesn't have time to waste... She's just Amazing! Needless to say, I took that number down.
I've been told often that child support cases are commonly complicated. For instance, in cases like mine, which originated from another State, with arrears of over $20,000 were often a longshot, especially when the child has already reached majority, and the opposing party presents himself as a total looser, with no money to spare.
It took a few years, for the back pay to accumulate that much and throughout these years, he made numerous attempts to weasel himself out of paying money he owed me. It was a real struggle.
Well... Aileen turned out to be Everything my friend described, and then some. We made contact the second week of August 2022, she consulted with me in person, over the phone, exchanged a few emails and by the end of the same week, she had a proposal ready for my signature.
To make a long story short, (because I could go on and on), by April 10th, 2023, specifically 8 months later, I received a Direct Deposit of one lumpsum payment of a negotiated amount, nevertheless, one Substantial lumpsum amount, which I was about to give up on. Don't Give Up People!!!! There is a light at the end of the tunnel :)

She was my public defender approximately 2 and a half years ago. Extremely professional, punctual with emails and always kept in contact. I was charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a license. It was down filed and she was still on my case. I kept her updated with any and everything I had. She went above and beyond to help me with my case and I won't ever forget how much she did for me. This was in Palm Beach County.
