My boyfriend has a family case which we wasn't knowledgeable about. We reached out to Mr. Fisher for a phone consultation and he was very pleasant, patient, a good listener and most of all very professional. He answered all our questions and direct us on what to do going forward you would have thought he already handling the case. Even after he gave us that consultation over the phone we needed some clarity on a few things, so I called back and made a second appointment for another in person consultation. Again Mr. Fisher sat with us diligently and answer every questions and concerns we had.. I strongly recommend this lawyer he deserved 10 stars . Remeber this experience is just for a consultation. It was a breathe of fresh air. Kudos Mr. Fisher.

A family member had a medical emergency during a surgical procedure which caused great emotional distress. We consulted a few attorneys about the matter but the only attorney who was willing to provide guidance in a compassionate manner was Mr. Cleary. “This attorney was completely incompetent and showed questionable ethics. Instead of defending my interests, she acted in favor of the other party and had a suspiciously friendly relationship with their lawyer. Responses were slow, she missed key deadlines that hurt my case, and dragged out the process just to make more money. She ignored my instructions, weakened my position with absurd concessions, and denied any mistakes when I confronted her. After switching lawyers, the new one achieved more in a week than this attorney did in six months, and at a lower cost. I would not recommend her to anyone.”

As a client of Cynthia Zuñiga Hernandez, it has been difficult to leave what you would consider negative feedback given the importance and weight these reviews have on a small private practice but my reflection is solely based on my personal experience as I hope to help any recent divorced mothers looking to receive competent representation. I engaged the services of a family law attorney with the expectation of receiving adequate representation throughout the intricate and emotionally taxing process of divorce. Regrettably, my choice of Cynthia Zuñiga Hernandez as legal counsel was a disastrous one. This attorney, who was hired to provide support and guidance, was instead unprofessional and overall left me feeling deserted. Cynthia Zuñiga, Esq negligence in her duties resulted in critical errors during the divorce proceedings. She lost contact with me after we accomplished to remove my Ex from my Health insurance, nearly 8 weeks trying to communicate with her about a mediation timeline. Cynthia continuously blamed the negligence on her co-worker who I assume is now her partner from Law Center of South Florida, P.A. She apologized profusely and mentioned she's shifting her area of law to probate and bankruptcy. What does her shift in a different area of law have to do with my case. The additional stress imposed proved to be insupportable and prompted me to caution others to avoid making a similar mistake in their choice of legal representation. This divorce continues since 2021 and has yet to be finalized. I would stay away from Cynthia Zuñiga Hernandez who goes by Cynthia Zuñiga, P.A. from Law Center of South Florida, P.A. and everyone who associates with her, you will be disappointed.

Issues sometimes come up in life that are some times over overwhelming , this happen to me , My young son and i needed legal help and i needed a professional who actually cares and knows the law , the first lawyer took our money , made excusses after excuse and ran leaving us is a worse than i was in previous, then even asked for more money to fix his mess ups ??
Funny thing i found a cite that recommends lawyers and I found Adela Estopinan , I went into see her to explain my case and she was a GOD send . Mrs. Estopinan is an attorney that knows the law and cares about you , i didn't feel like a customer i felt like a family member . In the end everything i was advised of happened as i was told in the beginning , and all our worries and sleepiness night disappeared.
Choosing a attorney is scary but we were lucky finding and attorney that cares about the client and knows the law.

Attorney Lynda Amadi Esq is an amazing lawyer. She was able to get me divorced this year, in less than eight months, even during the pandemic. It's been over 5 yrs since my divorce & every year, I have to lawyer up because my MSA has so many loopholes & no penalties if my ex doesn't provide me w/ the correct documentation or compensation. So this year, as I lawyer up I feel compelled to write a review about Deborah Chames & her assistant at the time, Christina Echerverri. I hired Deborah because at the time, I thought these women were strong, smart, and caring lawyers who would have my back. I had just come out a 20 year abusive marriage and was weak physically and mentally. Upon our first consultation, as i relay what is going on, Deborah puts her hand up and says shush. I took this as a sign of strength, that she would be the bull in the china shop I needed on my side. I could not have been more wrong. During this first meeting, Deborah was appalled that my first lawyer (who I thought wasn't aggressive enough for my manipulative ex) was not able to get my cell phone returned to me that my ex wrestled out of my hands, along with my wallet and car keys (which he often took from me). I thought, she is going to help! She will be my strength my voice that I don't have right now. Looking back, I could not have been more wrong. I feel like both lawyers not only took advantage of me but of my father's wallet. They only saw dollar signs. I had to tell my dad the horrors I had been living under with my 3 kids. To this day, he is still upset with my lawyers. During the 6 or so months of working with the 2 women, I would questioned things but I would drop it I had no confidence after literally being tortured physically, emotionally and financially. When I did get up enough nerve to ask a question, Christina would get frustrated and she would get Deborah on the line who proceeded to screech at me. Her high pitched shrill voice took more time to dissipate then the wake from my contentious divorce. All in all, they bullied me, oer and over again & I acquiesced for fear of Deborah getting mad at me. Looking back, the few times they were nice, was when I had to come to town to get ready for one of many trials that never happened. They were nice bc they billed my dad for hours getting ready, when they probably knew no trial was to happen. My dad spent close to 6 figures, because they insisted my ex had no money. I kept insisting he will bounce back, he always did. I even hired a forensic accountant, who charged my dad close $30k & did not find anything. After the divorce, I found out that he owed the IRS $80k & then they came after me for the money. One time, an issue came up & I had to speak to Deborah (I cannot remember the issue) & she called me back & preceded to screech at me & tell me I ruined her son's engagement party! I got off the phone and cried. Much like the time I was on the phone w/ Christina, and I was asking her a question she didn't care for, when a squirrel ran out in front of my car & I ran it over. I got upset & was like OMG, I just ran over a squirrel! Christina proceeded to tell me to pay attention & focus on her in a very sharp tone and I said, I have to go and hung up. These women are cold, unemotional, and deceiving. Do not mistake what you think is fierceness and compassion as that! Like I said, I have had to lawyer up every year since my divorce because of my disastrous MSA, to which, other lawyers, even on my ex's side have voiced they have never seen such a poorly worded sections in a document. Took me years to forgive my lawyers so the weight could lift off my shoulders. I feel terrible my dad had to pay and I am embarrassed I picked such a bad husband but also in my opinion, very bad lawyers. Today, my ex flies private, has 2 homes & makes well over 6 figures. I on the other hand, can only make $40k or he can amend my alimony. And in the end, I never received my cell phone back. It was all just smoke and mirrors. I left my name on this review bc they don't intimidate or scare me anymore. Be kind.

Deborah Chames was not the attorney who had my best interest at heart. I paid her way more than I could ever afford to get a settlement of nothing. My ex husband was ordered to pay $800 a month for two kids while I was left with a bill of $27,00 from this lawyer. Do yourself a favor, get someone else!

In Florida child support cases it is required that both parties provide certain financial documents and do so within a certain amount of time, however the non-custodial parent in this case, only provided a single W-2 on the day of the hearing and nothing else (no income tax returns, no bank statements, no paystubs, etc.), was given credit for child support that he did not pay, and was allowed to claim the dependent child in odd number years so long as he is current in his child support (which is not allowed according to IRS Publication 501, pg. 13) without any objection from Ms. Veloz. Furthermore, according to Mandatory Disclosure I must receive a copy of the documents that is provided by the Respondent in the case, unfortunately that did not take place - he received everything I provided and I received nothing. Instead of being penalized for his non-compliance, the Respondent was rewarded by being given a 5% downward deviation from the child support guidelines, again without any objection from Ms. Veloz. During the hearing when I told her that I didn't understand, she just said that she'd explain it to me later (of course she never did). I asked to speak with the attorney several times before the hearing took place, but according to Ms. Veloz, because she handles so many cases, she does not have time to speak with everyone, however, she somehow found the time to speak with the Respondent's attorney. I was told that I would be represented by someone else, so I'd never heard of her. I did not know her name, so I could not contact her to voice my concerns about her actions in court and every time I would contact the child support office they would give me the name of the attorney that was supposed to be handling the case, not her. I was told to fax my concerns to the "Legal Department" and the attorney would get back to me. By the time she got around to contacting me, the time for me to for ask for a rehearing had expired. She then advised me to contact the Self Help Program. When I contacted the Self Help Program I was informed that they could not help me because I already had an attorney. She refused to even try to resolve the numerous issues that I have brought to her attention. I do not live in Florida and cannot afford an attorney so obtaining legal aid is not an option because I am not a resident of the state. In my case, Ms. Veloz did more harm that good. I would suggest to anyone that has Ms. Veloz appointed to represent them, to try to get someone else. If that's not possible, know your rights and don't be afraid to speak up during the hearing even if it causes a delay.
