Great Law Firm! I was leary at first and ended up reading the reviews and was judging the law firm based off other people's reviews and exprience but got the total opposite services. Maybe it's particular attorneys but A. Jazembak was assigned to me. Mr. Jazembak has great communication and wants to know precisely information to accurately get the results his clients want.
Honestly, if you want a good defense, be ready to have everything documented and ready to present to them EVERYTHING. They aren't mind readers so I think the negatives reviews came from clients thinking that they had to only give the basic information and assumed because it's a law firm they had the ability to make a good case on basic information. If you're putting in effort, they will 100% fight for there clients. The paralegal has excellent communication C. Barrett and the account keeps track of all funds and send an itemized bill accurately H. Myers. Give them a try, ypu wont be disappointed!!

I made the mistake of hiring J. Monagan for my contested divorce almost 2 years ago. She withheld information from the court and judge that showed my spouse was hiding money and moving it during the two years that she represented me. I was married for over 33 years and received $0 in sposal support.The only thing that this lawyer seemed to be good at was billing me over $50,000 for basically reading my emails.

He represented me in a divorce case, he is not truthful and will leave your case in the middle of the process if he is friends with the opposing attorney (switch hitter), then he will get other attorneys to go after your money in the bank stating you owe his firm money after he left your case. I am presently filing a law suit against this levy he had placed on my account. He ask the judge to be removed from my case without informing me, can you imagine the shock in court in front of the judge, my lawyer is stating he wants to be removed from my case, I am paying you and you couldn’t afford your client the courtesy to left him know, Is this what you want in your attorney. He’s very expensive and not worth the money. I went with Micheal Albi law firm and was able to come to an agreement with my X wife within two months of obtaining there services.

My biggest mistake with my divorce was in using a mediator at first and not engaging Laura completely and fully from the beginning. When custody and other issues came up, Laura was able to help me achieve pretty much every goal I set out to accomplish. My case and custody faced some non-standard issues and Laura did extra research to help me understand how this would affect my case and what was actionable and what was not. Two kids; one house; one dog; and a divorce. It wasnt that complicated but to her it was the end of the world… ww3 and it had already been going on for years when I first hired Mr. Salamone. To Say I should’ve hired him first as an understatement. I had my first lawyer, because all he did was talk about how much he “saw” in my case and how much he could fight and get for me. In the end, it just cost me money. Salamone is different. What it is he always showed how he could get me out of this with my shirt still on my back. I highly recommend him. He didnt get this successful giving out bad advice. You dont always have to fight to win you just have to be smart about things and listen to good advice. Listen to this lawyer you wont be sorry

Rehab. Center in Manhattan's U.E.S. (where my husband was a patient).
I spoke to Sabra as she had a pleasant smile and demeanor and I was interested in revising my will. I saved her tel. no. and called her when I was

I hired Angela after I was served papers for a modification of child and spousal support from a previous divorce case. Going through my initial divorce case was a very difficult time in my life and the lawyer I hired for that case didn't help make me feel any better. After what I experienced with my first lawyer I knew I needed to make sure I found the right lawyer this time and I was blessed to find Angela. She reviewed my previous case and helped me understand what I needed in this current case. She was thoughtful, honest and understanding of my concerns. I fired Emanuel to represent me in a circus of a divorce and custody case. The case spanned two counties as my estranged spouse had just disappeared and attempted to file for spousal support after being out of mine and the kids' lives for years. Emanuel was able to consolidate all of the case matters to one county and have them heard under one judge for a legal decision on all of the various aspects including the spousal support, child custody, and division of assets. We were able to first locate my estranged spouse and Emanuel was very tactful in his approach and able to get my former spouse served.
There were multiple sessions for this case as the estranged spouse was not meeting the bare minimum court requirements or putting any sort of effort forward toward a resolution. Emanuel dealt with frequent last-minute rescheduling of court dates which spawned from constant requests from my former spouse. In the end she lost it a bit and cursed out the entire court and all involved, but Emanuel was able to brush it off and and use the outbursts to our advantage.
After multiple warning mail and email messages from the court my former spouse still chose to keep showing up late or postpone the proceedings and finally ended up defaulting on the case. I was able to retain my full custody of both children and all of the marital assets. He was able to strategically play the long chess game and let my estranged spouse move herself into her own checkmate status.
During the proceedings this was all obviously new to me so he was able to answer my endless stream of questions as well as explain any legal jargon which I didn't understand with ease. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much from myself and both of my children!

I was referred to Dana from my business attorney regarding my recent divorce - we met for approx 1 hour to go over what I was dealing with- she was professional,understanding and very knowledgeable - we outlined our strategy and we followed it. Even with the pandemic the total time the divorce took was approx 6 months.. She was attentive to all information sent yo us from the other attorney. She has a nice way about her but she can be a " bull dog" if it was required - from what I have heard from other attorneys she is well respected in the in her field . Being a parent is the greatest gift in life and no one ever wants to be in the position where the other parent of their child is in a place where they don't feel safe having their child with them and having them be able to make (or stand in the way of you making) important decisions for them. When that day came for me, and I knew I needed to file for sole custody and knew I needed an attorney to help, I came to Ryan. I was involved in a really bad situation that would've cost me points on my license and a misdemeanor on my record. The court appointed me an Attorney who told me that the D.A. wasn't willing to negotiate and I should just accept having points on my license and a criminal offense on my record.
