Invisible soft tissue injuries aggravating preexisting lower back pain made it a tough personal injury case. Visible broken bones and bleeding, etc. make them relatively easy. Zealous lawyers defending injurers will never let go easy even in open and shut cases. Yet, where there is a will, there is a way. And Ira Pearlman Esq did indeed prove it. His unique negotiation skills helped the car insurers throw in the towel: the whole $25,000.00 after initial $10,000.00 offer. It was not enough for Ira. He told me he is going to do his super best to get more from my insurer for the ongoing lower back pain and suffering that has become chronic in need of ongoing pain management, injections, etc. and is permanent knowing that broken bones do get healed and bleedings do end because they are not permanent. Mr. Kassman is a great attorney backed by an incredible staff who work really hard. We had a horrible tenant that had to be evicted in Suffolk County and Mr. Kassman laid out a plan and executed on it flawlessly. He took dozens of phone calls, and so did his staff from us and reassured us throughout the entire process. We are really grateful. Looking forward to using him for other needs that we have because he’s full service. We got the eviction and we got our lives back and we owe it all to Mr. Kassman and has a great team. Shout out Mara - she is incredible. Highly recommend using them don’t even hesitate. This is a great choice for an attorney who is very well seasoned on long island law, courts, judges and the complex process of ny law.

I met Benjamin back when I was an adolescent aspiring to be an attorney and he was my younger brother’s basketball coach. Ben’s family and mines would travel along side each other as our boys played travel basketball. We all bonded over meals and shared hotels. Ben supported my dreams and even let me tag along on his cases to experience the real deal. Who would know a decade later I’d need him to defend me, I was at the wrong place and wrong time. I ended in jail , and with 5 felony charges for a crime I did not commit. I was told I would get 3 years in prison and i was having a very hard time in jail that I ended up on suicide watch . Ben moved immediately, I was out of jail in 6 days because he vouched for me. He is a honorable man and to have him as an attorney would be in your best interest. He moves efficiently and effortlessly , I give him 5 stars and I HIGHLY recommend!!

I was going through a difficult divorce (which I'm sure most are) it was a very hard time, and the other side was always playing dirty with lies and constant tricks up their sleeves.

I hate writing reviews; I mean, I REALLY HATE writing them. When you find a professional that stands out from the crowd, however, it's only appropriate to give praise as deserved.
Steve has been extremely patient throughout my legal journey and continues to provide sound advise and creative solutions for a difficult situation. What's most impressive, however, is his ability to think quickly on his feet, using his wit, skills (the man is absurdly smart and could write a book based on his in-depth knowledge and experience), and appropriately-timed sarcasm to deliver the message in a compelling and easily-understandable way.
If you're looking for someone who will sugar-coat things, Steve isn't your guy, though. We've had a lot of tough conversations and haven't always seen the case the same way. He's objective, taking the emotions out of the legal issues, yet still somehow seems to be more empathetic than most. Why do I mention this? If you want good representation, you can't work with someone who always tells you what you want to hear. Instead, you need someone in your camp who will help you through the emotions of the situation but more than that, keep you in the game; Steve is that person.

Steven Klein came highly recommended to me by numerous people when I found myself in a child custody matter with my ex husband. Divorce is hard, but a lot harder when you are a caring and supportive father who does not want to be away from your children. Karen helped me obtain a fair divorce in which custody and support were split evenly between both of us. This definitely took some effort to obtain. Overcoming the court’s bias towards the mother was difficult to overcome, but possible with Karen's guidance. Over the past 16 years, Karen has represented me three times, for my divorce, child support modification and child support termination request. Each time she has taken the time to provide me the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Karen and have recommended her to friends over the years.

Mr. Elliot was spectacular as my lawyer. He was competent, friendly and the voice of reason during my divorce. I hired this law firm to represent me in my divorce. Initially, they gave me the impression that they were sincere. I paid a total of $7,000 and all they did was to purchase an index number in the court and serve my husband with a summons but the summons was never filed with the court. The $7,000 was used up in phone calls and then they kept asking for more money. I terminated the contract with them. I realized that they are all about money and that they have no integrity.
