I won in court with Ray. Ray is an amazing attorney. On the first communication he spent about 25 minutes with me on,the phone, giving me enough time to express the matter and the concerns. I was perfectly satisfied with his answers and the willingness to provide care for my issue. I immediately felt a great sense of relief, and was able to relax that night, as it felt that I found someone who will guide and be by my side me through the upcoming court battle. In the following weeks Ray, again gave me an additional hour and a half of free consultation, wherein I was perfectly settled in my quest as soneone who found a knowledgeable and caring attorney. Ray forgave me some payments, my final expenses were actually lower than initially we agreed. It was clear he was not a greedy person, as unfortunately is oftentimes the care with other attorneys. I went through a few attourneys before finding Ray. you need an attorney who will really listen to you. Adam represented me and in our first meeting I said that I wanted to take the path of least resistance. In an 8 year contract law case, Ms. Alberga was instrumental in an estate case that was dragged from Surrogates to Supreme Court to 2nd Appellate and NY Court of Appeals. Then again on a different issue (same estate) from Surrogates to 2nd appellate. There were approximately 8 decisions for which the courts agreed and affirmed with the facts supported by law that Ms. Alberga laid out in her briefs and summary judgements. Ms. Alberga was not only professional, she was extremely supportive and responsive to questions and concerns. If she needed to followup, she jumped through many hurdles to make sure she was following the law in the best defense of her client. I was using an attorney for my divorce before Kurt Richards. The attorney I was using wasn’t right for me. She is knowledgable on a whole range of subjects within the divorce and separation sphere. She put me at ease, was lovely to talk to but most importantly fo me, she didn't use my very delicate home situation to install more fear in me, although she did point out the potential pitfall and dangers. Yet, I didn't feel she tapped into my emotional discomfort for anything and truly had my best interests at heart, which is not what I have experienced elsewhere.

I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!
